Best Treatment Center I've ever been to!
Overall a good experience with minimal issues and complaints.
Clinical team is amazing. The rest of the team, terrible. The tech team is generally mean, inconsistent, and undertrained.
The place is magnificent! But they are short staffed. The groups are phenomenal and very useful for information and discussion. 8/10 recommend and tell a loved one and or a friend!! Sobriety is bliss my friends!
Avenues is full of caring and empathetic staff that want to help others to improve their lives. However it does has its flaws when it comes to the medical department and the food.
I appreciated the staffs courteous and supportive approach. The groups were not too big for the rooms. Avenues helped me find my true self again. I look forward to coming back to Avenues to share as an Alumni graduate.… Just remember STICK AND STAY

Avenues Recovery Center is a blessing in my life! I’ve prayed and prayed for my higher power to offer me the right way to better my life’s patterns and I found Avenues or maybe Avenue’s found me, I don’t know. I do know… though that I am more confident about myself. I am spiritually and emotionally more connected than I have ever been due to the relentless effort of team of Heroes who are now are an extended family and support circle of friends. I am forever grateful for Avenues’ team of professions, counselors, and every person off staff that assisted me through my journey!

One of the worst rehabs in this area. There are a few counselors who are amazing. But the intake process is really just to get "heads in beds". The staff needs so much more training and even some of the counselors… agreed. Specifically a woman named Terry. They definitely have the opportunity to grow and change but it doesn't seem like they care. There are many other treatment options available. I loved my counselor, and a few of the BHT's but other than that this place is trash. It's disgusting, smells gross, overall disgusting.
My experience with Avenues Cambridge location was fairly decent. The counselors and caseworkers were great but they did have a staff shortage. I would recommend but only if you are truly ready to dedicate 51 days to… your sobriety.
Avenues is a great rehab. Everyone who works here is meant to, they understand we’re all individuals and the groups/meetings grow with us during our stay. Thank you!

This is the best rehab I have ever been to and I've been to many. The staff cares so much it's incredible. Being here you will find a family and new friends totally supportive of your recovery. The groups are fun and… informative and the instructors are very educated in what they teach. If you are truly looking for a place to start your recovery this is the place to go.
