My experience with Medpsych and Dr. Makadiya has been phenomenal since the first day that I reached out as a new patient. The office and staff communicate efficiently and are always pleasantly helpful with scheduling… appointments, reminders, and convenient methods of submitting payment. Prescriptions are always submitted timely and never have an issue with picking them up. Medpsych perfectly blends quality care and attention with the convenience and flexibility we all need.

I've been going here for years and love this office. Dr. Makadiya is very understanding and actually listens to me, and his team always makes scheduling a breeze. Highly recommend!

I’ve been seeing Dr Makadiya for years. He took the time to find the right medication management I need for anxiety. He was patient and understanding during the time it took to get it right. He returns my calls promptly… if I have any questions or the need for something. I continue to see him for med management and at every appt he always starts with asking how I am doing. I am so happy I found him. He has changed my life!! I highly recommended him.

Initially tried to schedule my appointment online, but I missed the paperwork request because the email went to my spam folder. When I arrived at the office, I realized my appointment hadn’t been confirmed. The office… manager was very helpful—she explained everything clearly, assisted me with completing the paperwork, and was able to schedule my appointment within an hour. I really appreciate how smoothly she handled the situation. My therapist was also very kind and made me feel comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience.

This is easily the worst doctor's office I've ever tried to go to. I say "tried," because I never even got so far as the first appointment. I called them three days ago and made an appointment. They said that since I… was a new patient I could come in and fill out the new patient forms. I came in yesterday on my lunch break to fill out the forms. Pretty basic stuff. Then the problems started. My appointment was scheduled for a day when I would have to work. I asked if I could have a doctor's note for work. The lady at the front desk said there would be a $25 charge for that. I told her that every other doctor I see provides doctors notes for free. She went in the back and came back and said there would be no charge. Then she told me my appointment was virtual instead of in person. I told her when I made the appointment it was supposed to be in person. She said she would change it to in person. I left the office. I called the scheduling people and asked them the same questions. The person I spoke to from scheduling told me the exact opposite of everything the lady at the front desk had told me. They said there would be a $25 charge for the doctor's note and that my appointment was still listed as virtual. At this point I had had enough. I told them to cancel my appointment and delete me from their system. I have never been treated anything close to this by a doctor's office before. There is simply no excuse for this. Every time I talked to someone from that organization, they told me something completely different. To this day, I still don't know what was true and what wasn't. The only positive thing I could possibly say about them is that I went back in the office when I got off of work and demanded that the office manager delete all of the files I had given them. She did it right in front of me or at least put on a convincing show of having done it. Of course I'll never know for sure. She tried to get me to change my mind and promised that there would be no charge for the doctors note, but by that point I'd had enough. I don't even know what was true and what was false because every person I talked to told me something different. I strongly advise against going here. Ironically, I was supposed to be seen for high anxiety. Instead of helping me, they just made it worse.

I have been consulting Dr. Singh for 3 years, and Francine for 4 months. Dr. Singh is by far the best Psychiatrist I have ever consulted and my medication treatment plan has been working very well for me to reduce my… anxiety, depression, irritability, anger, and mood swings. I recently started to consult Francine to improve on certain things which require behavioral modifications. I find both Francine and Dr. Singh to have calming personalities. One technique Francine suggested helped me very much to control my emotional eating. I am still a work in progress, but I am taking the time to appreciate and share how much I have benefitted already.
