She is an absolute expert in what she does. She knows the treatment world inside and out, knows what questions to ask, what steps to take, and how to help a family when they feel completely lost. But what makes her so special is that she doesn’t just know her stuff — she genuinely cares. She will help you wholeheartedly and fight to get your loved one the help they need. I have truly never met anyone like her. The knowledge, compassion, dedication, and support she gives to families during one of the hardest times of their lives is something I will never forget. If you are debating whether or not to reach out to Alicia, don’t debate it. Call her. You will be so grateful that you did. Having the right person guide you toward treatment can change the course of someone’s life, and Alicia is that person. I cannot recommend her enough.
