Staff were very polite, however, horrible wait time; went here with my son here at 2:25 p.m. Still in t/ waiting room at 4:25 p.m. Didn’t get out until 6:20 p.m. Should it really take this long? Will this happen on… future appointments too!?

Juan and Jasbir were extremely helpful in guiding and helping me switch medical insurances when Northwell no longer took Fidelis. I couldn’t have made all the phone calls to NYS exchange without their help. ** Wanted to… add that I have never been a client of the organization but was provided with Juan’s number from a separate insurance broker. These are services that are available to the public for free.

I have seen other reviews and have experienced not so nice encounters but I love my therapist 💓

Stephanie Lauder is my therapist... she is a wonderful person... kind & very concerned about my well-being... I have been seeing her for quite sometime... I get along with her very well... I feel blessed to have on my… side... thank you so very much for trying to help me through these difficult times in my life... i also have a psychiatrist. I have been seeing him for over 30 years... I can tell him anything... he's like my best friend... Dr Howard Kirschen... Thank you to both of you for caring and being there for me... God bless both of you!

Last year I srarted CNG PROS as well as my clinical services.I very much love it because everyone is so nice. I'm never going to leave as its most favorable to me. My number 1 pick is CNG.

This is the worst agency in the world. They will put your life in grave danger. I am living with rats and mice for over a year and a half in my apartment and they refuse to do anything about it. I even went to their 24… crisis center yesterday and they told me to get lost and get the hell out of here their exact words. This is the worst agency ever. I've been asking them to move me for over 10 years and they still haven't done it. I have to spend countless nights in my car because the house is infested with rodents and I'm paranoid of them. Stay away from this place. If you value your life and sanity and safety because staying with them, You're putting your life in grave danger. Office of mental health needs to step in and finally shut this place down

Helped me through my depression and suicidal thoughts many times

Everyone is so amazing at this clinic. There are so many services provided including but not limited to targeted case management and peer services. I love my peer advocate Colleen. They also allow emotional support… animals.

The staff was not helpful at all!! The front desk people were actually the only nice ones. I do not know these “doctors” names but The black guy who had yellow glasses was not helpful. He didn’t help at all. He said… some threatening things to scare me. And the black lady with braids who came in for questioning didn’t even know how to ask certain questions. Please remove all of them. They said it would just take a few minutes, not too long. I was there for hours. The service is shitty. Worst company ever.

Sophia Eveillard helped my family during a stressful time trying to get my brother health insurance. She acted as my health navigator and was so amazing during the process. She was informative, kind, sympathetic, and… knowledgeable.

6 months and my son learned stop clueless dont care to help

They have labeled me, they have made a mockery of my past and they have violated my privacy as I was getting dressed one day they thought I was having a seizure and violated my privacy and a male care coordinator at the… time came in and called the ambulance to bring me to the hospital and I was quickly dismissed. And I was continuously still under heavy scrutiny by this company and they don't help those in need in their housing program they rather see you still on disability and not succeed in any field or have your dreams or goals in hand.

Scott mutch is being my only therapist in this clinic he is the BEST i feel so comfortable with him all the time God bless him

I have been working with this agency for over seven years and I’ve been working with a wonderful navigator and his name is Juan Manzano. Juan doesn’t just treat you like a client he treats you like a friend or like… you’re a part of the family that’s how friendly and warm and loving and caring that this gentleman is. He is always willing to go over and above to find you the correct Healthcare that is affordable to you and he doesn’t stop until he gets it right. I cannot say enough about this agency or this wonderful navigator, Mr. Juan Manzano. God bless you Juan and I am so blessed that our paths have crossed. 🙏🏻 Debra Riccio Lombardo

CNG is a place for help and learning. My therapist Melissa has been instrumental in my mental wellbeing. She is kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I am very lucky to have found CNG and Melissa.

I've gone to law enforcement over behavior toward me from some of the workers. I came here looking for peace, and some of the workers were helping a longterm stalker try to access me despite being informed of enough of… the situation to know better. It was shockingly bad. I also had some very strange and inappropriate experiences here before this.

Was a pleasure working with Scott Mutch he was very patient with me and I enjoyed my time speaking with him. Definitely recommend him to anyone for services.

The drop in socal program is the best.it a place for people to not be alone.in life and make friends

Holy hell making appointments with this place is a nightmare sent from hell. Even when you call them during office hours they won’t pick up the phone. I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment for WEEKS. I can’t even… contact my therapist directly to schedule an appointment with them.

I’m so thankful for the help I received from Carlos setting up my health insurance. Great customer service skills! -RD
