Left hung and dry with meds after going through a particularly hard time. Not a drug abuser. I've never gone through meds early except for this one time. They will not act on your behalf no matter what extremes you are… going through. Fawn is exempt and a good counselor.
Place was horrible, very few good caring counselors. Recently there was a change at the top and seems to be better. Tiffany, Carly and Fawn along with the office staff are good and helpful. I was lied to, told I had to… leave then got an attorney and it all changed. It is getting better there and hopefully it continues
I can’t speak for the quality of this place, but I feel my time was wasted. They are focusing on patients with suicidal thoughts, so I recommend looking elsewhere for mental health services if this does not apply to… you. I feel like this information could have been revealed to me before I took time off of work to come here. Otherwise, these are nice people. I’m sure they are useful for those who regularly come here!
Horrible mean people ....not what you expect when u need therapy.. I need therapy just from visiting them for the first time rushing me out the door with a mug on there face the whole time I felt like I was in the… principal's office not only that they would talk about me downstairs in the lower departments in front of all the other people there's extreme HIPAA violations going on here
These guys were great and they helped me a lot
look for private provider especially if you want to get in quickly, i have tried a few therapists there and only had very few that was helpful and understanding.
Not very many experienced staff. Mostly students with the first job jitters. The secretary's answering the phone have a very nonchalant attitude when answering. Like you're calling them at their home and bothering them… during dinner. I have tried again recently to be seen and have never gotten a return call for a "phone screen" before a physical intake appointment. In short, this another attempt by the local government to "help" people who are struggling with mental illness. Honestly, your best bet is looking for a private provider, or someone who can help you with a plan aimed at your specific issues. This is a start for mental illness evaluation and treatment. Not a end all solution. Good luck and I hope this review helps you in your search for mental wellness. :)
