Harbor – Perrysburg Address, Location and Contact Information
Harbor – Perrysburg is located at 800 Commerce Drive in Perrysburg, Ohio, 43551. This address falls in Wood County. The catchment reaches beyond the city itself. Journey time and parking are not trivial details when treatment runs several times a week over months.
Phone ahead about parking, access and what the first appointment covers. Where travel is difficult, ask whether an initial appointment can be held remotely. Reception hours vary, so a call that goes unanswered once is worth repeating rather than treating as a dead end.

Harbor – Perrysburg Reviews and Ratings
Questions worth keeping in mind while reading Harbor reviews: Was the assessment explained clearly? Were costs set out early? Was there a plan for after treatment?
Accounts that address points like these are usually the most informative.
Great place, but currently have lost alot of providers and is understaffed. Takes months to get a appointment. Not alot of help with kid providers age 8 and up either.
I was seeing Stacey Carabin at this location for about the past year. She tried around a dozen different anxiety medications to treat my condition and none were effective save 1, which she refused to prescribe any… longer, not even for just as needed use which is what I required. I am very disappointed with the service I received here. I've transferred doctors to get a second opinion and I'm hoping my experience will be better. If you're considering going to this location I strongly advise refusing to see Stacey Carabin, she is unreliable and unwilling to work with clients.
I had no problems with anybody there ,everyone has always been so kind to me ,my doctor david jahns is one of the best doctors I have ever met ,he is the one I would recommend to anyone to see ,he is great ?
I love my psychiatrist she was the best, but the receptionist I spoke with today was unbelievably rude. Every question I asked was met with “I don’t know,” and when I explained that I needed to return to having my… psychiatrist prescribe my meds instead of my PCP, she kept repeating the same question as if I was drug-seeking. It was insulting, dismissive, and made me cry. I will not be returning. Patients deserve respect, not to be treated like a problem, and if this office allows staff to treat people this way, it shows a complete disregard for the very mental health care this company claims to provide. They also would think it’s acceptable to have someone that heartless, clueless, as their first point of contact, it’s an absolute disgrace. No wonder so many people lose faith in getting help. Stop hiring evil, incompetent staff this is exactly why people lose their lives trying to get help, because the people you put at the front desk are an embarrassment and a burden to live with.
My mom is a patient at this facility and has been calling for over 2.5 weeks for a medication refill and concerns of an allergic reaction for her new RX and can’t get anyone on the phone. They always say to leave a… voicemail and they will call you back but never do. As a medical professional myself, I cannot believe this facility is still open.
It’s a good mental health institution, but I’ve been waiting weeks for my accommodations for work . Does it really take this long just to get some documentation signed for work , on the other hand they tried saying I… don’t need an accommodation, according to the nurse who set an appointment up with me said that “I don’t seem that bad off “ enough to need an accommodation for work . Well if you actually was my psychiatrist that would be a valid response but it’s not . Almost a month later . Still signature from anyone . I will wait 2 more weeks . If not I’m finding a new provider and medication provider. Leaving this place for good soon if they don’t get back
Comfortable atmosphere. Great workers. They treat you as a individual and with respect..
I really liked the dr I saw there. She was the first that Really made sense and made me feel like she was really going to help me get meds straightened out and on the best ones for me. Even a more holistic approach… Which I Really Wanted!!! But the office staff is incompetent. I made an appointment IN OFFICE, FACE TO FACE, after my med appt for therapy. And let me tell you how badly I needed it.... Showed up on time for my appt and I'm not scheduled. Not until Oct 1 for my med appt. I also called last week about my meds, a possible interaction... and I needed to be sure it was OK to take the 2 things together as it warned not to. I never got a cash back so I stopped in and they couldn't help me because everyone left. I get it. Friday. But it's mental health. This is 5 days later and no call back. Yes. I had attitude. I cancelled Oct 1 appt because they obviously don't want to help me.
The people are amazing: however, the office has a truly insane bizarre rule where faxes are not accepted, requests from other offices are are refused, and any communication regarding any work medical document… authorization must be done in office with physically handing documents to the front desk. Despite my love for the staff and my doctor, this has derailed my life multiple times. Recommendation: if you live really close, this office is fine. If this office is a bit of a drive, then the drive will add up if you have other physicians or work who want to coordinate with the office.
One star is the minimum you can give, more like negative stars would be more appropriate, weeks upon weeks to get in,some of the staff super rude, seen for meds and referral, several day later still nothing and one med… proscribed half dose of what I was on befor. Tell them your on edge of crisis and try to prevent they call to schedule return for 2 months later are you kidding me. So said people trying to get help and be dragged out 4 month with basically nothing seek help else where no one listen to anything you say!!!
My child was put on a medication and it’s taking days to get a response from their nurses. The medication is on backorder, but I made sure to find a place that could fill it. He’s now going days without. This is not… acceptable when the medication can have side effects.
Shirley Vogelsong has been very helpful to my family and myself. I now receive many benefits which I didn't have before! I don't know what I would have done without Shirley's help.
Anna was amazing couldn’t ask for a better teacher mentor or friend can’t wait to see her passing in life some time til then enjoy my friend Anna
Worst medical experience I've ever had. Do not come here if you are looking for real help.
INCOMPETENT, RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL RETRAINING IF POSSIBLE.
Will not return phone calls to patients regarding a medicine change no matter how many times we’ve called and asked. It’s been weeks of silence. I would not recommend this place if you have a choice.
I can’t recommend high enough! My care team has helped me immensely!
The people here are incredible. They really listen to you and the environment is very clean and managed well. Also my appointments are set up when I can make it and if I am late they accommodate me and rescheduling… isn't a hassel. I recommend Harbor as much as I can now. My children and myself go here for all our mental health needs. I struggle personally with Agoraphobia, and they have worked with my trauma and fears of going outside. I am so happy I finally found somewhere that is willing to help me with this issue. And my daughter a d son have their struggles as well. They finally feel they are heard and are on the right medications. They clicked right off the bat with the people here at Harbor. We feel blessed.
Much better building and I can really speak and not be judged To/by Dr. Amy Mossing. The staff are very helpful and friendly but I miss the staff at Behavioral Harbor staff is very friendly as well but the therapist's… seem to come and go. Just when you get comfortable with someone, they leave.
When Harbor took over Behavioral Connections, I was sad, because the staff were like good friends. Luckily some of the staff continued to work there, so there were some familiar faces. Now they all left or just don't… work when my appts are. Even though it pretty much all new staff, they are friendly and helpful. I like my new psychiatrist, Dr. Mossing, she is friendly and easy to talk to, and i don't feel like I am being judged. I recommend going to Harbor for all your behavioral health needs.
The staff is awesome, friendly and very helpful! Dr. Susan Haley is the best,❤ thank you!👍
They are all was very nice and helpful to my family and I....
