It's the place for me. Their view on mat and treatment is right in line with my ethics, morals, and beliefs. I've tried facility after facility. Till one didn't give up on me as much as I did. I'm 5+ years into my HOME… for recovery. IT REALLY DOESNT MATTER WHAT FROM. Find your place and your fit. I've found mine.

When I first started it was okay it helped me get clean but most recently they've been saying I'm dropping dirty for fentanyl with suboxone in my system which is beyond me treated me like I'm nobody they don't listen to… my concerns or my safety will be with the other patients there that were giving up against me talking about me to each other to fight me talking about my children so I highly recommend you not to go there I don't know but i am over getting mistreat or accused of do something i am not and them luing to my caseworker as i habe the drug test site to see what in my system

They really work for you. They treat you just like family.

The staff here are amazing. Not only are they are all VERY compassionate, understanding, relatable, hard working, prompt, knowledgeable and they genuinely go the extra mile for their clients. They offer not only… rehabilitation services with drugs/alcohol, but they also have licenced therapist, certified peer counseling, several amazing group therapys, they even have a call service if you need help after business hours with anything. Transportation if needed. Their staff are all friendly, kind, hardworking, and they genuinely care. They have psychologist, and Doctors and medical on staff, and they NEVER make you feel like just a number. They are VERY fast, wait times are almost non existent (I've never waited longer than 10/15min max), efficient but not in a way that makes you feel like they aren't listening or don't have the time. They make home visits if not able to travel (after initial visit), they offer kids program's, help with any treatment plans needed for government agencies (drug court, Children services, ect.). The case workers they have in house are amazing and very knowledgeable with county/state/city resources available to help with housing, jobs, job and family, social security, and any other issues or concerns you have. At New concepts you feel like your going in to chat with a friend not go in for treatment. Welcomed with a smile, and kind words, Ms. Towana at the door is a ray of sunshine, she really is. She greets every person that comes in with a friendly disposition, and any info you need regarding Dr visits, psych visits, therapy appts, groups, transportation. She has a very warm, comforting, calm vibe that you need when you walk into a Dr office. You feel calm and assured that your needs will be met and that you'll be gen heard. Transportation, the drivers are the greatest! They are friendly, prompt, professional, and safe drivers. Great, great individuals they all are. Ms. Gheiner really sets the bar high for the caseworkers, she's so dedicated to her job, goes above and beyond for her clients, and will get in the trenches and fight alongside you to get you to where you deserve to be in your fight with recovery. All the cases workers will, their sole purpose there is to make sure you have all the resources you need to be successful in your journey. Ms. Pedaway, Ms. Johnson, and all the rest of the licence therapy team are (at the risk of being repetitive) truly life savers, angels in their own rite. They are very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and will go above and beyond for any of their clients. Their dedication to the job, and clients is remarkable. I've never been a patient somewhere where they absolutely, genuinely 100% care about you, your mental health, and recovery and where you don't feel like a number. They motivate you to want to grow and succeed in treatment, grow as a person, and make sure you have the opportunity to have every resource made available to you. They are VERY discreet, prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and just all around amazing.
