To whom it may concern, Junior is an awesome driving intervention program leader. I have learned a lot during my 72 hours in the program. I have learned not to operate a vehicle while impaired because I could hurt… others and myself, which I don’t want to do. All this can happen as a result of making improper decisions. So, for drinkers out there in the world, Junior and I urge you to make proper decisions, like not driving under the influence. Please remember that you can hurt others and yourself by making the wrong choice.

JR. is a breath of fresh air very knowledgeable and well informed on the topic and Kiki comes with compassion soft spoken heart of gold that really makes you feel this program is not just worth joining but a place where… you can get help with respect and plenty of life changing information coupled with a mother’s touch. Great job and the head instructor whose name I forgot because only seen first class was very impressive and very talented. Great work ladies 👍🏾💯

Junior and Kiki were absolutely amazing, they took care of us, very respectful, down to earth, I learned a lot from their class, they were fun and had great stories.

Junior and Kiki both did a fantastic job at delivering us the information for this class and their life experiences. They are both a great asset to your team.

Poor communication

Steve Danny is one of go to guys at EFze housing. He's always been positive and helpful. He inspires me you remind why I took on this New Journey. He never should me lack of competence an if I don't receive another tool… from him while im here he have did a great works on me. He does more than just his job. Believe that. Yes he is always at his post but bethe scene he always brakes rank to accommodate me with meds or kitchen. I also feel he should have a raise ASAP HE PUTTING IN THE WORK

They charged me over $100 in processing fees to refund money after there broken website gave me error messages when I tried to complete a transaction. They lied to the credit card company about what happened.

Poor management, poor food that is expired , and poor living conditions. This place has a high turn over rate. They really don't help anyone they just make you go to class just so they get their pay check . It's… multiple classes a day like 5 plus meetings are mandatory daily . The living conditions at the house is poor only like three usable toilets . Also as said before the food is always expired barely ever fresh , a lot of people have gotten sick from the food . If there is a better facility or a friend or family to help out that would be better options because this place is not it .

The touch Rain program is a very positive and safe for children they our able to be themselves and experience different things Rain is a great support to all the children

They have the most amazing instructors Mr.Dan,Ms.Vjay, and Ms.Joanne and Mary Pat are amazing. THIS COMPANY HOWEVER feeds you prison food that is expired and unsafe. We paid over 600 dollars to be here with promises… food was provided i STILL spent 100 dollars on food over my 72 hr class. People got sick and we are not the first class that got sick. THE HOTEL TREATED US LIKE MURDERERS OR SOMETHING.

I have been going here for a very long time for therapy. I am not a drug user but my mom is a recovering addict and used to go there so I decided I might as well just be seen this was about 2 years ago. I was just in… therapy for about a year and me and my therapist had talked and said meds were best for awhile so I had started going to the psychiatrist. This was in June of last year. Since then I have been prescribed celexa and last week I called to place my appointment being told Camille would call me back which she never did so I called back today to make my appointment since I am now out of my script. And was asked why I waited until last second to make my appointment when I reminded the lady I called last week and she replied “oh” I then stated I needed that script so could Camille write me a couple days worth until I can be seen which she said no and I said I cannot go that long without my prescription I told her not taking it can cause me to have withdrawals which she said she didn’t think so so I kindly told her to do some research and look. Long story short Camille chose not to give me my meds and have me go thru withdrawal from celexa. It is her choice to send out couple day scrips and she chose not to all because I haven’t been there since December… when I had 3 refills since then and had a family emergency happen within those 3 months. My therapist was great but this just medical abuse so I’ve lost my therapist and my meds bc I will never step foot back in there again

The center was ok, but the living conditions are horrendous. You are housed in a dirty & dilapidated warehouse in the hood near cherry and green belt parkway. Also, be prepared to have 3-4 bunk mates. If you really need… a spot to stay, go for it. If you have other options, most definitely look into them! 🙄
