Community Services Group – Williamsport Address, Location and Contact Information
The site is at 1000 Commerce Park Drive in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, 17701. This address falls in Lycoming County. The catchment reaches beyond the city itself. How someone gets there matters more than it sounds: travel is one of the commonest reasons a course of treatment stops partway.
It is worth calling first to confirm access, parking and the shape of a first visit. If getting there is hard, ask about a remote first appointment. If the first call does not reach anyone, try again at a different time of day rather than assuming the service is closed.

⭐ 1/5 My experience with Community Service Groups was extremely frustrating and disorganized. I requested my records multiple times and provided them with my information, including my updated email address. I spoke with… Erin, who told me my records would be ready later that day. I never received them, and no one followed up with me. After waiting about a week, I was finally able to speak with Kim. At that point, I learned that they did not even have my correct phone number or updated email address, and I was told that my records had not even begun to be processed. I was then told they have up to 30 days to complete the request. I understand that organizations have procedures and processing timelines, but my concern is the lack of communication, follow-through, and basic organization. If I had simply been told from the beginning that it could take up to 30 days, that would have been one thing. Instead, I was told the records would be ready that day and then heard nothing. Based on my experience, anyone considering counseling or other services here should carefully consider whether this level of organization and communication is something they are comfortable with.
Their policies are so backwards, and the system is actually so messed up for people who are struggling with mental health issues. Not only do you have to wait months upon months to get on medication.Yet they expect you… to meet all these requirements just to get help. Then, when you call back in to get help again, they tell you, you have to wait 6months before calling back to get an appointment. You're clearly not dealing with people who are well, yet. We're gonna make it completely impossible for you to get help. This place is the worst.
Snakes! That's what they're all starting with Kent Young and Anna Johnson. This is one of those places that everyone has a title and gets a check. Very unprofessional and the communication will have you chasing your… tail. Not to mention after my brother's death they wouldn't give me a straight answer on life insurance nor his savings. Updated: It's been a month since my brother's passing and I received no info about his checking and savings and not one dollar sent to the funeral home. I got your back bro and finished paying the funeral home myself.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They treat people like cattle. In and out with absolutely no feeling. This place should be investigated by the department of health. It’s completely immoral how they treat people with mental… heath issues. This is not a place where people who are struggling with mental health should go. They make it worse. Just look at all the reviews. Like they say….if it walks like a duck
I tried calling several times but it was all confusing and nobody answered it was always busy , that makes me mad
This place absolutely deserves no stars. Where do I start? The Doctor always wants to talk about his life and what's going on with him instead of the other way around. He literally was trying to give me medications for… my physical health which is the job of my primary care doc not him and trying to do the job of my PCP with no regard for my well being at all. He was extremely disrespectful and confrontational all the time. This is extremely unprofessional behavior and idk how he even has a job. I highly do not recommend this place to anyone.
The psychiatrist dismissed every issue my fisncss been diagnosed and was told she is making it up. Explain how that's helpful and why I shouldn't take formal action due to his negligence as he let's her spiral?
dr. reed is smart and careful. I love my therapist too. the nurses are kind and do their job well
We haven’t even seen anyone yet for my child, but trying to get ahold of someone is impossible! We had an initial intake over the phone 2 months ago. No one has called us back. I have called several times waiting in que… and put my number down for call back 3 times. No one has called back. Good luck trying to get ahold of someone.
They change your appts without you knowing. They also say you miss appts when you actually answer the first telecommunication appt but the doc didn't call for your second one and they blame you. So many problems with… them.
I really enjoy going to Community Service Group for my therapy needs. They are all very professional and knowledgeable. I don't have to wait long when I arrive for my appointment. I highly suggest going there for your… mental health needs.
I've been dealing with csg for years took my son there nd now my grandson..
I called to set up an appointment as a new patient and they transferred me to the referral line and was on hold for 45 minutes. The lady that picked up then took my information and put me on another hold for 5 minutes… and said that once my insurance goes through I will get a call..... which would most likely be tomorrow. I'm not sure why the local office couldn't speak to me about making an appointment. I'm thankful a friend suggested one in Divine and they picked up right away and booked an appointment right then and there. I guess i should have read the reviews to before calling looks like their counselors aren't any good either.
Being a client for CSG has been one of the worst mental health experiences I have ever had. I am aware of the issues with the Covid-19 situation, and have been very understanding of the difficulties involving this… process. However, there is no excuse for the disrespectful attitude, negligence, and disrespect of everyone in the process. The call center has no idea what is going on, one women did not know the basic functions of her job and scheduled me with my counselor who does not even work there anymore. There had been a lapse in my care (due to my own personal issues, though they did not care about that), and they couldn't even be bothered to return calls. These were calls from both myself and the pharmacy. Every time I called I was treated as if ALL the issue were entirely my fault, and they clearly and blatantly do not care about their clients. While, I do not expect to be catered too, if someone is crying on the phone from a situation involving your company, at least pretend to care. It was like speaking to a wall, they were cold and heartless. They took no responsibility for any issues on their end and instead blamed me, including being disciplined by the Doctor for a technical error during a video chat. These people are suppose to help clients, and while human error is understandable, the consistent poor experience said a lot about the company as a whole. I cannot speak for every individual counselor and their process/behavior. I just know all of my experiences have been bad so far. I am currently seeking out new resources for mental heath, and unless you are a current client who has been successful I do not recommend this company for new clients.
The DBT program is fantastic.
Very poor ran and operated this company. They don't care about there patients. We take our daughter there for mental services which they are supposed to be provider of. They constantly drop the ball on appointments.… They can't seem to coordinate between there services and the doc is always calling in wrong rx or has the doses off and then we are left with out my daughters meds for longer periods of time which then in turn loses the progress they have made. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU AVOID THIS COMPANY IF U WANT HELP YOU WILL NOT GET ANY WHERE WITH THIS FAILING ORGANIZATION !!!
Do not be fooled. Frank said he would be therefore me. He lied!! He dumped me as a client!!! Just when I needed him most!! Therapist are to be understanding!!! Remember your insurance and you pay them to. Do not trust… him!!! He walks the walk and talks the talk but like they say B.S. does!!!
