Gotta agree with the other reviews.. been 7 months trying to get a simple change in prescription and each month its $50 for a 2 minute phone call asking to change my prescription and then being told "ill see what I can… do" then it doesn't change and I have to wait another month to repeat the cycle because the schedule is just to busy

Abruptly closed up shop and left us with a doctor. No notice or even refills to tied us over. Extremely disappointed.

I had been at this office for about a year when my dr left to a new practice. After, I chose to stay only because while my old dr was there I never really had any issues (Now thinking back that was mostly due to my dr… knowing me well and always made herself available to me) So I was placed with Ms. Ruiz, a nice practitioner. It was very hard to get an appointment because she only worked 4 days out of the month and mostly on the weekend. So I had to accommodate her schedule being that she was the only one on staff, so I was told. On my supposed 2nd appointment with her the staff said my appointment would be on Thursday around 6ish. Well I waited the whole 6ish hour for my text to join the telemed never got it. So I checked my emails nothing. The procedure before my appointments has always been a text about 30 mins before to give me info for my telemed. So the next day was a friday, I called and spoke to the Office manager. She had a very "oh well" attitude when I let her know I never spoke to the practitioner and I needed medication refills. She said its the holidays and I would have to wait till after Christmas to speak to Ms.Ruiz. How does an office that works with mentally ill people so blatantly not care for my mental wellbeing or see the emergency in not having meds over the holidays!?! A day or so later I did get an email but not to reschedule my appointment but to pay a $75 no show fee for the telemed I never had. I called again and even though I was told the owners would be notified about the appointment misshap and the fee, I received yet another email requesting payment on that same appointment. I'm no longer with this particular office and since have found an amazing Dr. I wanted to say that I pray it's an isolated incident but it wasn't and hopefully Ms. Ruiz doesnt get a bad rating due to the faults of the staff. All I can say is best of luck to yall

Absolutely the worst Psychiatry experience Ive had. They do not keep appointments nor do they answer the phone. As I write this, Ive been waiting 20 minutes for a video appointment. No calls, nothing. Nobody answers the… phone. Seek mental health help elsewhere. Im actually worse off now than before going here.
