Kelso Comprehensive Treatment Center – Kelso Detox and Rehab Services
Kelso Comprehensive Treatment Center – Kelso is recorded as offering intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Structured outpatient runs to a schedule while people return home in the evening. The right level of care is a clinical judgement rather than a preference, and an assessment should produce a defined answer.
The listing records a single focus rather than combined treatment, so anyone needing both should confirm what is available. Approved medication is paired with counseling and regular review. It is worth asking how many hours a week the program runs, because that decides whether it fits around everything else.

This place is probably the number one reason I am still here working thru my steps to recovery. I'm so grateful for my counselor, O, she has forever changed me in all of the good ways
Overall I'm grateful to this place for the help that they've given me, cause I'll be real, they can only do so much and then it's up to me. The reason for four stars is because of the wait times, they are ridiculous,… and the way I feel I'd that there had got to be a better system put into place so that people who are their to simply dose can do just that and get on with their lives..if there is someone doing anything other than that then there should be a line for other stuff. And the people who cheat and can't wait in line is becoming a huge problem. Honestly I feel like it should be a take a number system or something...alls I know I'd something needs to be done because there's been days I'd rather just take the AWOL and turn to leave once I see the line. If I had a job I would be very upset at the process because as it is it appears they don't seem to care that people have other things to do. Perhaps there should be a cap on the amount of patients maybe, the policy take everyone that comes obviously is causing more problems.
This place has changed my life! My counselor Carrie is the best!! She always makes time for me and really cares about my recovery and my life. The staff here have always been respectful and supportive. I have been in… and out of treatment for many years and this is the only place that has helped me to achieve any kind of real clean time. I am so grateful we finally have a clinic in Longview/ Kelso! We've needed one here for such a long time! If your ready to change and do what it takes to get your life back on track, this is the place for you. ❤️
Not a clinic I would ever recommend. Although the staff are friendly and kind, the wait to get meds was far over any time I’ve waited at Vancouver clinic. If it’s a busy day, expect to be cut in line and yelled at by… others. With the wait being between 45 mins to an hour, the frustration is understandable, but this was not an environment that felt safe.
I have had a pretty decent experience w/this place in general cont to give me the knowledge to live a clean and sober life. Have I been falsely accused by this place, yes more than once. I continued to stay regardless… knowing I wasn't going to let this very same place that has falsely accused me of opioid use and have me be triggered into losing all my yrs of sobriety. Due to their lack of therefore should know better that's not in my life and hasn't been in over 17 plus yrs now. I've had a few hiccups along the way but that was my going back to old relationships, people, places and not putting myself first. My late dad was the wonderful father that drove me daily for over a yr to my first treatment facility in Portland Or and being able to care for him and my late mother never feeling tempted to use or cheat, came from me learning the way to always live a sober life not on again off again but I owe you daddy for caring so much about me and being their for me unlike so many others that shame me to this very day that I still cont treatment and live a clean and sober life. Thank you Daddy I love you and mom too. I miss you both so very much.
I mean if you don't mind it taking 5 to 6 months to get on a stable dose and you don't miss a single day and make your groups you'll only be required to see your counselor probably two times a week due to positive UA's… and whatever b******* they want to address and then do an hour-long group each week that is curriculum never changing and continually repeats and provides no substance and submit random UA's that will require you to have a face to face meeting with your counselor to explain why you have a positive UA when they know that it's because you are not on a stable dose due to increase dosage availability not being an option quick enough and stand in line from 20 minutes to an 2hrs each day you'll be fine! It's a wonderful place to be if you don't mind all those things and rude staff.
This is the worst Treatment Center I have ever participated in. Over the years of fighting addiction I have been to every Treatment Center there is that provides medicated assistance in Washington and Oregon and this is… by far the worst Clinic I have ever had the encounter with. They do not care about client success as I have continually had wrenches thrown in my path from day one. If you're fortunate you'll get the one counselor there that they have that's great and really tries to help her clients and that is Star, she cares about her clients and tries to help you succeed but as for every other staff member they are disrespectful, have lines that take at minimum 20 minutes per each client daily to those if you're lucky as nursing staff will take breaks in the middle of busy hours, they do changes to your dosing amounts without explaining procedures, and it is a fight to get to a stable dose. I am very disappointed and upset with his Clinic to the point that I'm being essentially forced to continue using because I cannot get moved up adequately or regularly on my dose despite requests being submitted. If you can drive to Vancouver you will receive far better service stay away from this Clinic.
if u want to finally take that step & try to better yourself.... DO NOT GO HERE. most polite way i can put it. PS if ur reading this... that means ur at least thinking about trying and thats awesome. i wish u all the… best cuz your worth it.
I honestly can't say enough about KTS. I have always been treated like a human being. Because of them I'm clean, I have my life back. I know it alot work and determination but the staff here are really nice… compassionate and again have always treated me good. I've never felt that they think I'm just a looser and junkie. As a patient we can make our experience good or bad. I'm very thankful we have this clinic here.
I moved from another clinic and They changed my entire dose after I've been stable for 8 years. And now I've been going through withdrawals every morning. Usually a clinic will go based off your previous dosage but this… clinic messed me all up
This place has literally saved my life. I have an amazing counselor who sincerely cares about what happens to us. Unlike most who are just there for a paycheck. I am truly grateful for the 2nd chance that this place has… given me.
I walk by for work everyday and I see staff (people with keys and name tags) be really rude to the patients
I know people will put the clinic down sometimes however most that do were dropouts or flunkies that couldn't follow the simple rules. Most were possibly not ready for recovery. I have been a patient of the parent… company for 10 years, Accordia. I have experienced 10 years of a new life. Partly because I followed counseling and put forth the effort. Recovery is simple. You only get out what your willing to put in.
This clinic has literally helped save my life & helped me get my life back. I started at Kelso Treatment Solutions about 12 days after they opened & they have came pretty far from starting with one counselor, the… director, a receptionist & a doctor. The main problem they have is having hold ups in the dosing line constantly. There are 3 nurses, but most of the time when all 3 are there, one is doing intakes, with as many ppl that are coming in at times, they need to make sure they have 2-3 nurses just for dosing, at least for when it gets busy, they also like to hold u responsible for the actions of somebody u live with, even when you have earned your take outs after being clean 3 yrs & still have to go dose daily at the clinic. I have experienced the end of 1 pregnancy while there, & another whole pregnancy while there & they were all great. This place is amazing & I have the BEST counselor that I have had since my first day. Overall this place is amazing & I would highly recommend it to anyone that would like help & wants to get their life back.
There was ALOT bumps that needed to be smoothed out at the beginning as in any new place but things steadily stabled. I personally didnt learn anything from the group's and think there could be alot of improvement. they… were very unethical and un organized and would go off topic. Maybe thinking of creative ways to engage and make it fun to learn..?Allie was awesome and super professional no matter how chaotic things got.Girl deserves an extra paid vacay.💅
Most of the counselors are extremely rude and unprofessional. They think everyone should be at the same stopping dose, which is not true at all. Im not that high of a dose though. They just treat all of the patients… like junkies and always believe the worst., even when you've proven to them for long enough. They really need to get their stuff together and figure out how to help people. Only 2 counselors, the 2 nurses as well as head nurse, and tge receptionist should be able to stay. The rest need to be switched.
The people OR amazing & i couldn't ask for a better counselor.
Sooo incredibly petty. They dont see the big picture they think forcing people to do 4 hours of group to discuss drugs is gonna help..i prefer outa sight outa mind
Happy to have a place locally where addicts can get the care they deserve.
