I just had my first visit to establish care at Clay Medical Center, and honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you are looking for providers who can take great care of your entire family, I highly,… highly recommend Emily Arndt, CNP, and Samantha Neal, CMA. They are absolutely wonderful with patients of all ages. Setting up the appointment in the first place was incredibly easy, but what really stood out to me was how I was treated during the visit. Emily and Samantha were so respectful, warm, and attentive. I genuinely felt like I mattered as a person, rather than just being rushed through like another number on a schedule. To top it all off, I was able to walk right over and get my lab work done immediately after my appointment with absolutely no wait time. It is so rare to find a medical clinic that is both highly efficient and deeply compassionate. I'm so glad I found them!
Dr pikas is a super doctor he cares about me and my concerns
Wonderful experience staff was kind and courteous. The Doctors were thorough and explained a lot.
My family and I are always very pleased with the compassion and care we receive at Clay Medical Center.
It's a nice clinic although I left because of Dr. Pikas. I'm allergic to Aleve. I was having issues with pain and he prescribed Naproxen. So come to find out it is in my medical records that I'm allergic to Naproxen.… Yeah I spent money on this stupid mess! Then when I switched doctors they did something to my electronic records and nobody can access them.
Dr. Pikas is a horrible doctor and his nurse is no better. He was more worried about giving me a Pap smear then establishing new patient care and issues. Him and his nurse like to give you the run around to pharmacy and… can never get the script right. Then they claim he called it in and never did. He is already on indefinite probation starting last year for unprofessional conduct and I totally understand why. Beware of this so called “Dr” The Only good thing I can say is that the front desk ladies are very helpful and professional -Taylor
Dr.Pikas and the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing. I’ve been coming here for years now. They truly care about their patients. Couldn’t say enough good things.
Need an injury looked at and they tell me by appointment only. What a joke that people can't have a readily available walk in Clinic in this town.
