Healthcare Resource Centers – Boston Detox and Rehab Services

Services at Healthcare Resource Centers – Boston run to intensive outpatient and outpatient care. The structured element runs during the day and people go home afterwards. It is reasonable to ask how progress is reviewed and by whom. Ask what happens if the recommended level of care is not available immediately.

The record does not show integrated provision, so confirm this if it matters. Medication-assisted treatment combines approved medication with counseling and clinical review. Ask how the program handles someone who has been through treatment before. Whether medication is available is worth confirming at the outset.

How Much Does Treatment at Healthcare Resource Centers – Boston Cost?

Before insurance, typical prices in Massachusetts put standard outpatient care at $1,500 to $6,000 a month. Healthcare Resource Centers’ own fees were not found at the time of writing, so the figures describe the state as a whole.

Programs usually price the intake assessment, group therapy and individual counseling into the fee. If you need a specialized therapy such as EMDR, ask Healthcare Resource Centers whether it is offered and what it costs. A direct call is the quickest way to get an accurate figure.

I travel 1.5 hours to this clinic (when I could just go to one 20 min from me) bcoz they treat you with such care, ZERO. judgement, support & compassion. From the front desk clerks to the nurses to the bomb upper level… staff. They deal w/ tough stuff daily within this industry & their hearts are still wide open. HCRC bradston is so busy but treats u like ur their only client - Kiewon remembered my full name & # after meeting me once! I love it there & dont have enough space to write all my top notch experiences they've just been a huge support in my journey (the most important journey of my life tbh) so ill gladly travel the 3hour round trip! HUGE appreciation to all at bradston st🙌🙏🏼👏❤️‍🩹🏆

Had to deal with them as a nurse for one of my patients. Found them mostly unhelpful, not responsive, providing poor oversight, during one phone call your staff said "I'm in the middle of dosing man" and declined to… assist in any way. Frankly, just multiple bad experiences

I wanted to take a few moments out of my day to acknowledge the staff at the Bradston street clinic. Especially Keiwon Crump. I don't usually write reviews... However, there is NO WAY that I could let this staff (and… again, especially Keiwon) go without writing just how amazing, patient, understanding, and caring this establishment treats ALL of the people who walk through the door. (All due to the staff). The environment that Keiwon has brilliantly created there begins with staff at the door - whom without fail, always greets nearly each individual with a smile. If you have any concerns or questions, they are always ready and willing to make sure that before you walk out the door that whatever it is you may need is handled. At the front desk is where Keiwon typically mans the clinic. As you can imagine, there is a large variety of things that get sent through that station and in my experience I have never seen Keiwon look overwhelmed or be anything but cool, calm, and collected, and of course, professional! He is definitely the "go to guy" for any information of what you may need. He is very knowledgeable and always steers clients in the proper direction. I can't think of a single day he hasn't been there working, even all weekend (and what seems like) every weekend as well, on top of the regular work week. And I want to make sure I don't send the wrong information, Keiwon is working and over seeing FAR more than the front desk. That just seems to be where he works his magic from! The Bradston street clinic is lucky to have Keiwon to say the least. In my opinion, I get the feeling of why he is so compassionate about his job is 2-fold: (1) because he clearly is someone with integrity when it comes to his level of professionalism (2) he goes above and beyond for everyone because he really truly cares for the well being of the people walking through the door. Keiwon makes me want to go back into recruiting because he is definitely a stellar employee and just an all around amazing professional!!! He could work anywhere and with anyone. That's not a quality you can learn and is hard to find. I'm not sure if I should be writing this, but should anyone be looking for a once and a lifetime employee, check this guy out. In my experience when you work somewhere for a while and you are known to be a 100% trustworthy and responsible employee (to the point the top level staff sleeps better and night knowing they have less worries when Keiwon Crump is there) the more and more responsibilities you pick up but more often than not it doesn't benefit your paycheck. I only say that because I'm sure many professionals know this and have experienced it. It always happens to professionals who are dedicated like Keiwon! Thank you Bradston street staff for always helping my day start off happier!!!

This is my first time ever going to a clinic but for the most part everyone there seems pretty cool and there’s never really a line. My only thing that I find really difficult is that I’ve been stuck on 25 MG since I… got out of detox at the end of October and apparently have to wait until the 19th of November for my clinical intake to up my dosage which I need badly every day it’s hard to just wanna get up and go there because I’m in so much pain. It almost feels like it’s not even worth it to go sometimes because I have to walk 40 minutes there in 40 minutes back from my house every day.

I've been on this clinic for two months now and these people have helped save my life. The director and the nurses are all amazing people who are willing to go the extra mile to lend a helping hand. They are some of the… most caring people I've had the pleasure of meeting. They thrive on helping people like me stay sober.

Kristen is the best director ever, she treats everyone fairly and always sticks to her word, she truly wants to… help people, the staff is amazing and they work with you as long as your respectful and work with them. there job is tough considering where the clinic is located but the staff and nurses do an amazing job. only thing is I wish there wasn’t a line everyday but other then that this clinic is the best! Definitely 5 stars.

I'm curious if methadone actually works well supplementing fentanyl. It's not even an opioid it's completely synthetic. It's one of these questions that needs to be addressed is there a better substitution for Fentanyl.… I mean whoever came up with suboxone really made a market for themselves as well as all the street Hawkers now peddling their doses

Dont listen to these bad reviews. Methadone clinics are depressing by nature but I've been to a few and this is by far the best. My names david westwater and I dont care who knows. this place has the best hours and in… my time the director was a nice guy who wore a dress shirt alot and spent along time talking to people on the line. The nurses smile and the hours are much better then most. No one complains like a drug addict we are ALL ultra sensitive to our own suffering and ignorant of the suffering we cause. If you need a clinic RUN to this place!

For the most part a good clinic but......there is a weird culture that exist here at the hands of one person.(You know who you are and for all others: if it doesn't apply let it fly.)If you complain to corporate or… write a greivance they will outcast you. You will come in and have to be stared at while you do an awkward and uncomfortable Walk of Shame by The Snitch to get your medication. Word will quickly and unfairly and FALSELY catch fire by all staff that you are out to get them fired. Everyone from security to The Director will love making you feel bad. Not taking into consideration that we come here broken, hurt, mad, FALSELY ACCUSED, victimized..... looking for help, to be believed, to just even be smiled at. Not talked about. Not hurt more. Not hit on. Not treated like trash by educated people. Experienced people. Blows my mind how one Supervisor can spread hate and hurt in a place that is supposed to rehabilitate us back to "normal". The few who don't participate will silently stand by and do nothing! This is a Perfect environment to employ people who will make you feel bad about yourself if they feel bad about themselves. I can only hope that current/former employees speak up! Say something to the right person. And not just jump ship - which seem to be on the rise. Also, tranfering my care is not an option. That would mean that during an EPIDEMIC -that is taking people's Children, spouses, mother, father, police, politicians, rich, poor and so on..... without regard -is winning and I REFUSE. What also blows my mind is how can you be staff or a patient walk/drive through "Methadone Mile" and see all the hurt, pain, sadness........and further help to make it worse. Shame on you. Pay attention people and speak up. And to my fellow patients: Don't just get your meds and go or yell at staff. Take the time to post, file a greivance(ask for a copy and/or take a pic just in case it gets "lost"), call corporate or all three. There is strength in commuting by car, bike, feet or public transport EVERYDAY just to swallow meds most could not or would not last. I come in peace and I love u all no I love most of u all. It's about us not him. I mean them........ wink, wink. I don't know if this falls under review guidelines but thought the people should know my experience.
