Bonnie Mucklow – Englewood

Bonnie is the longest Therapist that I have stuck with. I definitely feel better after the session.

Bonnie has helped me in so many ways over the past few years meeting with her. She's been nothing short of a blessing in my life. My weekly sessions are now only every month or so because of the tools she's given me to… deal with my anxiety issues.

My husband and I, met with Bonnie twice, once for the initial intake and once for a couple’s session in 2022. She was 15 minutes late to the first session and about 20 minutes late to the second session. She had us both… fill out intake forms in the first meeting, to collect our personal and insurance information, she lost my husband’s forms and had requested the information multiple times, but never billed our insurance for the sessions. Even after we had talked through this in person, and provided the insurance information via email twice. Now 2 years later she has sent us to collections for a disputed charge for the 2 sessions that should have been covered by insurance and communicated to us directly.

Terrible experience, worst of my life. After telling her repeatedly, she made me have "family therapy" with my ex husband and son. He was physically aggressive toward me, degraded me, called me horrible names and cursed… me out in front of our young son. Bonnie did nothing and continually let him behave in that manner toward me. She is not intelligent, could not deal with an aggressive person and had no idea what to do. If you have any wish to reestablish a relationship with your children, please find someone else. She ruined my relationship with my son and helped my husband show my son it was acceptorable speak to me and be physically aggressive to his mother.

Bonnie is awesome! Her 40 years plus experience helped my younger 3 kids, all which have different, unique challenges. They actually liked going to counseling with Bonnie. Bonnie is phenomenal with kids (and families)… and is successful with obtaining responses & interactions from my kids. Unlike some counselors which simply ask questions, Bonnie askes questions AND puts a plan in place which inevitably brings accountability to the family. In addition, with families which have strained parent relationships, she will email both parents with a issue in an attempt for the parents to understand the issue and problem solve the issue. I can't say enough positive things about Bonnie!

Bonnie Mucklow is one of the most outstanding therapists in Denver. I've known and worked with her for more than 20 years and recommend her highly and without qualification.

All those people who responded are rude! I was with Bonnie for 4 years and she helped me get through my suffering of thought distortions. Bonnie was caring, kind, and friendly! First things first sometimes people have… problems remembering names what’s wrong with that?! She has to remember 200 names! Plus Bonnie had children that were going down in flames! Like me! She was helpful and gave me free books! Meditation discs! And more! Please if your reading this, please give her a chance. She deserves it. And Ms. Bonnie if ur reading this. This is your awesome Arianna

Just awful. Went in for counseling to my young son. Incompetent, after significant investment in time and money, she still didn't even get my name nor his correct, didn't seem to listen and had canned responses. Bad… experience all around.

Made an appointment for my child which was cancelled by the scheduling Dept. 24 hours before. They then rescheduled for the following week. When we got to our "new" appointment, we were advised we weren't on the… schedule. Couple next to us stated they've been double booked before. Bonnie then states she has a cancellation for an hour later. Mind you, we were there to discuss possible ADD for my son. No way was he going to be able to wait patiently for another hour! Would not recommend such an unprofessional physician.
