About Imagine by Northpoint – Omaha
Imagine by Northpoint operates from 8710 Frederick Street in Omaha. The site sits in Douglas County, which shapes which public funding routes apply. Nearby communities include Boys Town, Chalco and La Vista. Nebraska draws people across long distances for treatment, so travel time is worth weighing against waiting time.
Partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and outpatient care are delivered here, alongside telehealth appointments and care for co-occurring mental health conditions. Which level fits depends on the assessment rather than on what is available, so the useful first question is what that assessment involves.

Treatment Services at Imagine by Northpoint
Partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and outpatient care run to a set weekly schedule, with evenings and weekends spent at home. That suits people holding down work or caring responsibilities, though it asks more of someone managing early recovery alone. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.
Trauma-specific services run alongside, which matters where the two are tangled together. Co-occurring mental health conditions are treated in the same building rather than split across providers. Assessment decides the level of care, so ask what that involves and how quickly it can happen.

if I could give this place zero stars I would. I was an actual person who attended this program and I want to share my experiences. to start off I got kicked out of this program because I believe I was falsely accused,… they said they got many complaints from parents about me saying things to the other people there that made them uncomfortable. first of all I dont remember saying the things they accused me of, second nobody there at the time trusted their parents or had a stable relationship with them, and neither did I. still dont. but this whole incident of me getting kicked out has made it even worse. I feel like the workers there just do it for money they dont like it when the mentally ill people show signs of mental illness. they should be fired and work somewhere else. my friend who went there told me about this one staff her name we wont say but it rhymes with jamie. so this staff, working in a program with plenty of mentally ill people, got mad at my friend for walking around with her healed scars. it was summer by the way and her scars covered like all of her body. if you cant handle healed scars then maybe dont work with mentally ill people??? just a thought. i feel like I didnt get any help there I didnt work on anything and I got nothing good out of that program. ive heard that when you graduate the program they send you to a different program which is like,, whats even the point of doing this one?? just say you dont know what youre doing. also if you get kicked out instead of graduate they treat you like the scum of the earth, when people graduate the program everybody congratulates them, signs a card, and says bye. but with people who get kicked out its none of that; we dont receive none of the love that they got just because we messed up and got kicked out. when I got kicked out they didnt tell me I was leaving the program until the end of the day. that one staff... she said it was because she didnt want to make me cry well it did. i wouldnt have cried or maybe not as much if I had known the whole day that I was leaving. sorry if there's any mistakes in spelling or wording I just woke up from a nap and theres already so much hatred filling my heart 🦉
Bad communication. Sketchy billing practices with no estimate communicated. Took my daughter in before telling me what i was gonna have to pay. Terminated her from the program (justly) but humiliated her on her last day.
This place honestly did more harm than good with our teen. Came out worst off then when she went in. No improvement, still depressed and anxious, more behavioral issues at home, still not going to school, just $6k in… debt now
Imagine by NorthPoint is a great organization that teaches children excellent coping skills. The staff and counselors are kind and patient. The building is cozy and welcoming, in a great central location. For the… parents looking for a place that will help their kids grow into resilient and strong adults - Imagine by Northpoint is what you have been looking for!
We absolutely think this place is a God sent blessing. We were told by a friend to check it out and my daughter has been able to grasp some areas that she learned and I am actually very impressed with some of the coping… skills and calming mechanisms she has learned here. When no one else would listen and accept my daughter they did. I hands down recommend Imagine by Northpoint. Ms. Gabby is amazing! The entire staff was incredibly helpful even the hotline!
The place is awesome it really made a difference in my son. Joyce was so wonderful she really love what she does and you can tell by the way she cares for the kids she works with. She is a blessing to my family and to… the program. Its people like her who really give these kids hope. Thank you.
Staff completely does not communicate with you. When you ask people from billing to get a hold of you they don't and you have to keep calling the office to make them have the person call you. Then come to find out that… you can't afford their program and they only give you 6 months to pay for what insurance doesn't cover every place else 12 months to 18 months hands down! And when I ask before we even started services for financial affidavit have they told me that we will have the lady contact you that's not a problem we'll get this all set up and straightened out is a flat out lie!! Come to find out that they don't do that because they're more worried about getting your money out of your pocket than helping your kid! This place is toxic does not communicate keep your kids away from this place there are other better services in the area that also provide financial assistance for people that need it. They did not make any of this known when I tried to communicate above and beyond before we even started services here it is week later somebody finally calls me back when I had to keep calling the office again and again and again
This place was literally life changing for our family. They understood my son in a way I didn’t want able to in the moment. They helped him become the best version of himself. There is still work to be done but everyday… he is doing better and better. I cannot ever express my gratitude for the caring and kindness each and every staff member showed all of us
I am so thankful this place exists. Amazing program and staff. ❤️
I enjoyed our experience with Imagine. The staff were compassionate, easy to work with, and helped move us in the right direction.
As a former patient who was struggling realy hard in life this place helped me get back on track. Would recommend.
Excellent program will definitely recommend to everyone!!!!!
