About Complete Behavioral Health – Omaha
Complete Behavioral Health operates from 4565 South 133rd Street in Omaha. The site sits in Douglas County, which shapes which public funding routes apply. Nearby communities include Boys Town, Chalco and La Vista. Nebraska draws people across long distances for treatment, so travel time is worth weighing against waiting time.
Outpatient care is delivered here, alongside telehealth appointments. Which level fits depends on the assessment rather than on what is available, so the useful first question is what that assessment involves. Care offered spans more than one level, which means someone can move between them without changing provider.

Treatment Services at Complete Behavioral Health
Outpatient care runs to a set weekly schedule, with evenings and weekends spent at home. That suits people holding down work or caring responsibilities, though it asks more of someone managing early recovery alone. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.
Ask what happens at the end of the program as well as the beginning, since that is where plans usually thin out. Assessment decides the level of care, so ask what that involves and how quickly it can happen. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Complete Behavioral Health Address, Location and Contact Information
The address is 4565 South 133rd Street, Omaha, NE 68137, in Douglas County. The catchment reaches Boys Town, Chalco and La Vista. Confirm what a program covers before traveling in, since the level of care listed is not always the level with capacity.
Telehealth appointments cover some contact where travel is difficult, which removes part of the journey for people further out. Ask what a first appointment involves and how long the current wait runs before making the trip. Waiting times vary with capacity, so call ahead rather than arriving unannounced.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Sarah Dolan. I joined our scheduled telehealth session at 9:00 AM and stayed on the link, taking screenshots at 9:02, 9:10, and 9:17 AM to confirm I was… present. After not receiving any response, I reached out to at 9:17 AM to ask if the session was still happening, no reply. I also tried contacting her office but was unable to reach anyone at the front desk. Eventually, I called another office and explained the situation. They said they would follow up. Later, I received a text from her at 3:50 IN THE AFTERNOON, many hours after my scheduled session, claiming that she was on the session and I never joined. She also said that after 15 minutes, it’s considered a no-call no-show, and that I was removed from her schedule because she had been informed I wanted a new therapist. My first appointment with her was December 16th. I then scheduled with her again December 31st which she canceled. While I understand that emergencies happen, being stood up without communication, and then being told it was my fault, was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. I hope this feedback helps others be aware of this experience.
I have loved going here since I started a few months ago. Sonya Fittje is amazing.
I'm very impressed with all the staff at CBH! Aryn Bolwby-Saffranek is so easy to talk to, she's a straight shooter and gives excellent advice!
I would give 0 stars if possible. I was recommended this facility by my employer as part of their employee assistance program. If you come here, avoid Aryn Bowlby-Safranek like the plague. I walked in, and was told… almost immediately that I was “already on my jobs radar”, how is that supposed to make me feel better? Following that, she diminished a previous autism diagnosis, saying she didn’t believe it. After that she spent the whole therapy session telling me that old people work and have no problems, that I’m not doing enough/taking accountability, and when I went down the list of her “solutions” with her, she got angry that I had already tried a lot of her suggestions with no success. She would cut me off multiple times while I was trying to explain things to her. She told me I was “bastardizing her words” for asking her clarifying questions, told me I need to take accountability, but wouldn’t clarify for what, said I had distortions but also would not clarify when asked. The whole time I sat with her she was cold, distant, accusatory, she did not listen to what I was saying, she got impatient and angry when I told her I tried her solutions with no success, she didn’t even like it when I said I would take her suggestion for continued counseling. She ended the meeting abruptly and became very short and clearly bothered, and when I expressed frustration, told me I was being smart. When my husband picked me up, saw that I was clearly upset, he went in to ask what happened and both the receptionist AND that therapist were so rude and dismissive and disrespectful. If you aren’t perpetually happy or positive, she will not have any patience for you. I have been in and out of therapy at various times throughout my life since I was 16, and this is by far the worst, most damaging experience I ever had. I left the office in tears, and worse when I came out than when I went in. I don’t know why this woman is in this field, she spiked my anxiety 10 fold, was combatant, cold, unempathetic, impatient, and just downright rude. People come to these places for help, not to be judged or made to feel worse.
Great experience. Dr Tamayo is excellent.
One and done. Went here for marriage counseling. Took three days of phone calls and leaving messages.even asked if I should just go somewhere else. Finally got an appointment. Took another three days of phone calls to… receive insurance email. Rushed thru our session, first opportunity counselor had to make an easy assignment for her work load she went with it. Felt like there was very little if any care at all about our situation. This caused more problems and was a waste of time. If you’re seeking actual help/counseling Go somewhere else.
Absolutely fantastic. Christine was Absolutely Great and all the staff was so nice and kibd would definitely recommend.
I’m sure the other councilors are great !!! But the one I was seeing has made my life miserable. Not only that your counselor/therapist is supposed to be there to support you and to help you and to guide you and to be a… friend to go to to trust in this case that was at my counselor/therapist my counselor totally broke my trust my peace of mind and has made me feel like I am nothing. She is also broke Hyppa and has worked against me. I have never ever ever ever felt like killing myself so much the way I have after I left her office before thank God for me being able to have a good friend to go to to talk to to help me get out of that state of mine and back on the right state of mine not only for my child but for myself. I have never seen a counselor go behind the clients back and call caseworkers and stir up trouble. Especially when she knows this is about her child. I am currently filing charges.
This place is amazing and has changed my life positively. Scheduling has been easy. They have never asked for too much personal information. In fact I think they ask for just the right amount given their profession.… When I come here I feel safe. Every time I come here I now know I’m growing to be better. If that interests you then have it a go.
Provider is ok. Scheduling is a completely different story. I put all of my appointments in and confirm yet they tell me to leave when they made a mistake.
I went here for therapy and Kelly helped me a lot.
Really great place to get the help you need. Helped me so much so far.
