EDIT: WHY AM I GETTING A REPLY TO A REVIEW FROM T W O YEARS AGO? WHY AM I STILL BEING BOTHERED BY THIS PRACTICE WHEN THEY ALREADY RESPONDED T W I C E. Billing is a JOKE. They fall down on their job and then unexpectedly… call you asking for multiple payments before they'll even send you your appointment link. I've never encountered such a money hungry practice before. The actual doctors are great, but billing is incredibly deceptive. Update: well my care WILL be about finances today because of this. Update 2: I was just called by the front office who lectured me on my options before asking me to delete my review. Update 3: I just noticed "integrity" edited their review and removed the part where they said they "wanted patients to focus on their treatment during appointments rather than billing" after I responded to it in my second update.

This is an absolutely unprofessional business!!! I explained to the scheduler that getting my daughter in, before me, was my top priority....it was like she ignored what I was saying. When I was asked to provide all my… information to them, I asked why they didn't have that already, as 48 hours ago, I had filled it all out for them, sp they could get my daughter and I set up. I will admit, I was not real happy with having to repeat myself, but no worries. The scheduler continued working on me, when I said, probably 3 different times, I want to get my daughter in first, then we can worry about me. Still, completely oblivious to what I was asking... Long story short, as someone that is always managing their mental health, me taking the step to asl for help, is very big. When I finally tried, again, to have her pivot from me to my daughter, she became very rude....and proceeded to hang up on me. If this company does pride themselves on being open and concerned with helping those that have mental health crises, then why would your scheduler just hang up on someone who needed help??? Like I say, I would just simply avoid this company, as I actually had forgotten I had een with them before, about 3 years ago....and in the time I was with them, didn't feel heard or made to feel like they cared. Avoid — big MAHA, anti-science vibes plus ridiculous policies. I tried to take my daughter here. The initial scheduler made a disparaging comment about children taking medication, which felt really inappropriate. Went… ahead and scheduled to give them a fair shake. Then, received a link to complete initial paperwork. Was planing to do it in advance of the appointment — as I do with all medical appointments. I’ve never experienced a practitioner canceling because paperwork wasn’t completed early and yet…THEY canceled on us four hours before the appointment. The cancelation included a snarky lecture about how paperwork was my obligation to do 24 hours in advance. Seems like that energy could have been better spent with a reminder call. Good riddance!

I went to Integrity about four times. Each time I went I personally paid my copayments and even paid one over the phone. My balance owed was zero. However, about two weeks after my last visit, I received a bill for my… copayments stating they were not paid. I therefore called the number on my bill, which gave me the number to the billing department. When I called the number, the receptionist, who makes appointments, answered. I told her the problem; she checked her computer and told me I had made only one payment. I was surprised, since all my payments had been made to this person. She then said she would refer me to the accounting department and that they would call me back. I could not understand: (1) Why my records were not correct in her computer? (2) And, why I could not speak to someone in their accounting department right then? (Very unusual.) So, my problem was not corrected and the receptionist sounded as if she did not want to be bothered. I cancelled my next appointments, not because of the therapists and nurses, but because of the support staff. So beware if you are considering Integrity.

I was referred to Integrity for some anxiety and possible adhd? issues I was having. After a month of trying a couple different medications and then being prescribed anti depressants (which after doing research I… decided not to even fill the prescription ) After receiving my bills I was floored on how much I was being charged and basically the way my visits were going I decided to give up. For the cost of 2 visits I could hire a personal yoga instructor and get weekly massages for less. Staff were always super nice and my Dr. was also great to chat with but the cost gave me more anxiety than what I walked in with.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE , was told that they was in network just to find out later there not and was made to pay over 200 bucks for a office visit. Having low vision i relay on the help of my primary care giver and I… have reached out to integrity mental health to make sure if they was in network. Only to be lied to. Not only did they told me they was in network they also told my primary care provider they was in network. They will tell you lies to get you in there office under false pretense. Lesson learned, will never trust this company at all

I have received no therapy as of yet. I have been waiting for about 6 months. There have been plenty of bills though.

Coming to see Elisa Salazar, is encouraging and inspiring. I find comfort and stability. In this crazy world we live in, is always good to count on professionals to guide us. Thanks.

This place has been very professional and they have an extremely nice staff.

Carey is amazing. She listens to what you are feeling or needing. The desk staff is wonderful and kind. Scheduling is easy and they work with your schedule. If you need somewhere where your mental health needs are met,… I highly recommend Integrity Mental Health.

If I could do no stars I would. I was told that my benefits would be a $0 co-pay for mental health services, for a child. I then received a much much higher bill. I had filed bankruptcy in that same year so they wrote… off all those bills. But then my son had another appointment in February the following year and I had called BEFORE that appointment to confirm that I would NOT have any issues this time. Was told there was a note in the file for $0 co pay. Clearly that was a lie because I then got a bill. Never called about it cause it really pissed me off and now it’s in collections because their office failed to do a benefit check correctly.

Billing is terrible! I’ve been trying for almost a year to get a bill fixed but my calls are never returned. The local office I was seen in closed and their billing office is 8 hours away. They have since sent me to… collections. I was billed $800 for 2 visits - was told my 2minute follow up appointment was included and then charged $500. Beware!!

Carey Crill has been amazing for our daughter. As an added bonus, our daughter loves going to the appointments because she might get to see the office therapy dog.

The staff is great, I felt like they really do care about finding what helps to make me get to the place I want to be.

I love Integrity. Elisa is wonderful. I highly recommend them.

Very nice staff! They wet every accommodating to my schedule and timing to start!

I’ve never had full-scale medication management in addition to therapy, and my previous experiences were very lackluster. But at Integrity, I’m six months in and honestly look forward to my check ups. My clinician is… very easy to share with and listens to any of my hesitations with being on medications, and she’s always accessible. I truly feel supported in every way.

They are dedicated to each individual. When it's your turn to visit with your physician or therapist they treat you like you're very important and don't pressure you to hurry. They listen and address all of your… concerns. Carey Crill has changed my life. I have been seeing her since 2008/2009. I am truly blessed to have her in facility in my life! Thank you everyone!

Carey and her team have been amazing working with my two boys. Very helpful when I have questions.

Staff is friendly and prompt. Messages are always returned in a timely fashion. Elisa is a fantastic provider. Highly recommend.
