About Rosecrance Jackson Centers – Davenport

Rosecrance Jackson Centers operates from 2322 East Kimberly Road in Davenport. The site sits in Scott County, which shapes which public funding routes apply. Nearby communities include Bettendorf, Eldridge and Panorama Park. Iowa draws people across long distances for treatment, so travel time is worth weighing against waiting time.

Partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and outpatient care are delivered here, alongside medication-assisted treatment, telehealth appointments and care for co-occurring mental health conditions. Which level fits depends on the assessment rather than on what is available, so the useful first question is what that assessment involves.

Treatment Services at Rosecrance Jackson Centers

Partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and outpatient care run to a set weekly schedule, with evenings and weekends spent at home. That suits people holding down work or caring responsibilities, though it asks more of someone managing early recovery alone. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Buprenorphine and naltrexone are available and paired with counseling rather than prescribed alone. Co-occurring mental health conditions are treated in the same building rather than split across providers. Assessment decides the level of care, so ask what that involves and how quickly it can happen.

Rosecrance Jackson Centers Address, Location and Contact Information

The address is 2322 East Kimberly Road, Davenport, IA 52807, in Scott County. The catchment reaches Bettendorf, Eldridge and Panorama Park. Confirm what a program covers before traveling in, since the level of care listed is not always the level with capacity.

Telehealth appointments cover some contact where travel is difficult, which removes part of the journey for people further out. Ask what a first appointment involves and how long the current wait runs before making the trip. Waiting times vary with capacity, so call ahead rather than arriving unannounced.

Receptive, attentive and flexible. The most reasonable IOP I've ever attended. Deena, Holly and Shelby make a great team.

They finally called and the proper documents were sent to the DOT. However, these should have been sent 5 mo. ago as I had already signed a release at the time of my evaluation. So, maybe I'll give them 2 stars. I would… give 0 stars if it was an option. My first appointment, the case worker didn't show up. It was very unclear what needed to be done after the evaluation. When calling the Davenport location, I get a voicemail always and they never return the calls. Then I get to the DOT and they need Rosecrance to directly send them a copy of my evaluation. I called and guess what, voicemail. When I did get someone on the line, they said I needed to e-sign a release form so they could send it to the DOT. Have yet to receive that email. Very frustrating.

Got an Evaluation done for a DUI and when I left they didn't give me paperwork or recommendations, nothing. Went to court to find out they said I needed level 2 extensive outpatient treatment when I've been sober for… over a year. Was told that I had to go 3 hours a week 5 days a week and the schedule did not work with my job. Told me that I'd have to get another evaluation if I didn't start classes right away. This place doesn't seem to be professional nor do they seem to let people know what they recommend. I'll never go back and I'm going to get another evaluation done with cads. This place has caused me to get into more legal trouble.

I was told by my attorneys not to go to Rosecrance but all the staff were very pleasant and were also very helpful. Sam especially was very patient with me and extremely helpful when I used Rosecrance services.

They kick you out if you are struggling after only two weeks... still charge you an arm and a leg.

Evaluator lied about the recommendation and got me into legal trouble. Don't waste your time and money.

A counselor told me they would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours that was 9 days ago. Clearly just a number, not a person. Im sure they didn't forget to bill my insurance though. Seek a different treatment program… clearly they don't make a person a priority. Very sad when that is your job and your busines to help people to and in recovery... and you can't even do that. .

I went there for about 10weeks. It was good program. The counselors were great, the manager was nice. And the groups were good. I had a chance to use thier gym and learned a lot from hearing other group members stories.… The counselors taught recovery tools but also taught things that help with nutrition, mental, and physical health. They also had individual sessions and offered my family support education. I also had activities to be a part of.

As newly sober person 2yrs ago I was given an opportunity to tell my story at Rosecrance New Life Outpatient Center. I was subsequently added to their speaker schedule. I have been speaking here since 2019. I can’t say… enough about how professional and welcoming the staff is! The clients were also very respectful while I spoke. Which speaks volumes to the programming in place and how it’s presented.
