I'm new, been here since November . Absolutely no issues . I'm a phase 6..Been sober 9yrs August 2 2026 will be 10 years . And if "YOU" put in the work believe in "YOURSELF" and don't give up "YOU" got this . I've been… with CtC for my entire recovery (almost was on subs prior and IOP). I was at 43rd and had no issues and I expect the same here . My counselor Jessica is awesome and she listens . And staff is very kind . I wanna thank Lisa especially before I transferred (due to moving) she was very helpful and went above and beyond very smooth transfer . Doc is awesome and nurses very kind and Enetrea been completely supportive throughout all the years. been their during all my family losses as well as my prior counselor I'm just so thankful . That is my experience . Like I said it's all about "YOU" and "YOU" must not ever give up on "YOURSELF" ...We do recover you got this don't ever forget that .

Was disappointed this week geat people work there but not letting people know a head a time what time they close in open on holidays it makes things difficult on my behalf I don't have no car just to ride up there I… have to scheduled my rides

Very hardworking, under appreciated counselors and nurses. Safe, clean, and supportive atmosphere. I am very grateful for them and their helping hand. I can tell you this: some of the entitlement, arrogance, and plain… disrespect I have personally witnessed the staff endure is absurd. It’s as if some of the patients act like they are owed something when the stress and frustration are already plainly written on the staff member’s faces. I know that personally, I couldn’t handle it. A kind word, some patience, and a sincere “thank you” can go a long way. Furthermore, not a single person there “owes” us anything! None of the staff is getting rich by working there, they work there because they genuinely care. Remember, they are there every day at 5a.m. for us already, and you are a sad human if you don’t realize that and treat them accordingly. THANK YOU ALL, there’s no telling where many of us would be without you! Your support is definitely noticed and appreciated!! Keep up the great work!!

How is this place still in business is what I want to know.

If you want the help and you're willing to put in the work, time, and effort this place will work with you. But again, if you want to make excuses and blame everyone but yourself, you'll make this place the problem.… From the nurses, counselors and Dr. Hayes they really do care. Is everything perfect? No but that's life - things can always be better. But again, if you're willing to make a go at recovery, you can succeed in this program. It starts and ends with YOU and if YOU want it .

Been going to this clinic since 2022. Great place to get clean if you put in the effort. However they basically control your life outside the clinic over bill you even while having insurance coverage that the clinic… does take being it is in there network. Insurance company sends the patient the claims yet the clic is still billing the patient even after insurance has paid. Insurance Co sends proof they paid monthly yet the bill gets higher weekly not lower.

From reception, to counselors, nurses, and doctor; the S. 10th Street location are absolutely invested in the tx and recovery of their patients. A top notch place with professionals who truly care about individuals.… Life saving.

10th Street CTC provides a truly comprehensive treatment experience. While medication is provided, the real treatment is provided by the counselors. They work closely with patients to develop abstinence plans, relapse… prevention plans, and teach recovery skills so that patients can succeed when treatment at the clinic has been completed. Anyone who is genuinely looking for their pathway to recovery will find it here. There’s nothing like this clinic anywhere in this region.

After 2 weeks of training I got all the help I needed from the staff love being part of the ctc team
