AllHealth Network – Castle Rock Detox and Rehab Services

AllHealth Network – Castle Rock provides intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Structured outpatient runs to a schedule while people return home in the evening. Whether medication is available is worth confirming at the outset. Ask what the assessment recommends before comparing anything else.

Co-occurring mental health conditions are addressed alongside substance use, which is the approach the evidence supports. Medication and talking treatment run together under clinical oversight. Ask whether family can be involved and at what stage. Establishing what happens after the program ends is worth doing early.

They won't let you see their phycistrists unless you see their therapist. You can't have your own therapist that is not in their practice. This seems less patient focused and more profit focused. It's too bad, I was… hoping to find care closer to home, but this place it a scam. When I talked to the person on the phone they said they would send me management to voice this opinion and instead I was hung up on. Do NOT recommend.

The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly especially the male receptionist which I did really appreciate, but my male therapist Jimmy didn’t really help me much and made me feel uncomfortable or like I was a… burden he would also get slightly passive aggressive which was frustrating I wasn’t impressed with this facility and was very disappointed and upset with my therapist, lots of people going to therapy or especially starting therapy are going through something difficult and they just made my problems feel worse I’m very disappointed I do not recommend jimmy or this therapy space.

They don’t know how to use computers they blame the client for missing the assigned time and send out little packets saying it’s your fault that they don’t know how to do the job and they yell at you for it. I’ve been… in mental health for years and during that time I’ve never been openly yelled at isn’t the way to conduct a conversation and continued service be warned they push appointments to 3-4 weeks where in my experience they’ve been doing weekly or biweekly appointments. I get the system is terrible but AllHealth emphasizes that problem. Fair warning

Simone is fantastic and she’s helped me a lot and continues to do so. She’s very easy to talk to and asks pertinent questions to better understand the underlying reasons for my behavior. I’m not usually a fan of… telehealth, but with her, it works, and I am very grateful to have access to such a talented therapist.
