Skylar is wonderful!
I wasn’t sure what to expect, I’m overwhelmed with the results, the techs are so inviting and friendly, answering all questions and truly seem to love their job! They add in a daily poll just to keep things fun!! Great… experience!!
Extremely friendly staff! Matthew and Kelly are spectacular people who have keen discernment, trust the process because I was apprehensive at first. Never had any issues with scheduling my appointment, and the office is… always super clean!!
The experience at Bloom Center was great. The front staff recognize me and are always helpful and friendly. I am a bit nervous and the technician was patient, friendly and understanding. The doctor was funny, good… humored and positive.
There were so many online tasks to do prior to the actual “counseling”, that my appointment got cancelled. They said that I exceeded the “grace period” of 15 minutes. I started at 9:15 to get ready for a 10:00 virtual… meeting and was still madly uploading photos and filling out forms at 10:15. Their portal is not iPhone friendly, so I needed to get my laptop. My laptop was frozen and had to be fixed first. I needed to figure out how to get an iPhone photo of my insurance card uploaded onto their portal. I emailed the photo, and sent it to myself, opened the photo on my laptop, hit the download, saved it as insurance card on my desktop, and then somehow got it into their portal- had to do that four times, medicare, medicare supplemental, front and back, then a photo of myself, pages of personal info required and the site will not go forward until you check the boxes that say you agree for them to share your “unidentified” info with everyone…..on and on-. So I am on their site, trying to finish this labrynth of input, and they cancelled my appointment, because I exceeded the “grace period” HA! And my appointment was supposed to be to treat anxiety / depression over an increasingly irritating world of isolation in one’s home doing admin tasks
I enjoy talking with my therapist and my physicist both.
Excellent staff!
Unfortunately, this a business that cares way more about money over patients. look at all the negative reviews on here…plus, they badger you about scheduling an appointment and not respecting your time. just let people… schedule an appointment on their own accord…
I cam only comment on my interview with Dr. MERRIN, a physician who will determine whether Spravato therapy is the right treatment for me. Dr. MERRIN certainly put me a ease, and displayed impeccable courtesy and… civility throughout the course of the assessment. At no time did I feel uncomfortable with any of the questions. Would recommend!
This is by far my he best experience I’ve had with a facility of this nature. Everyone from the front office staff to the billing department are quick and amazing to work with. Dr. Nicole Jones and Kiana Hughes really… listen and care about their patients. I would recommend either of them to anyone I care about!
The doctor was 10/10 nothing but the best experience so far!
Really good experience with my counselor
Always nice to talk to the doctor. Love that I can do it quickly virtually.
The services provided by this company have been extremely beneficial for my son with ADHD. His therapist and psychiatrist have helped him tremendously; they are very professional and reliable regarding appointments.… Thank you very much for your excellent services.
I love the providers and counselors here! I've been a patient for over 5 years and they have never done me wrong. I highly recommend Bloom to anyone with mental health needs, especially if you don't want to travel all… the way to NoVa.
The psychologist seemed cold at this appointment. Had the nerve to ask me if she had talked to me on the last appointment. I have custody of the child she sees and yes she did. Was short and snippy with me. She was not… like this on the last appointment. I could not even get in my concerns I had. She only let me talk about the improvement. Not any issues.
Awesome/////Awesome
Very efficient office and doctor
blows up your phone if you don't schedule anything
