Community Medical Services – Saint Paul

Happy with service , I had a few annoying moments when I had to switch to the other clinic but it was more a software problem then it was a staffing issue. 5/5

I've been with CMS Roseville location a little over a year, with a relapse in that year. They were super easy to come back to after my relapse. My counselor Lisa I was provided this time around actually cares and it… really shows. She holds me accountable but does it in a way I don't ever feel judged, if I am struggling she reaches out which helps me want to stay on the right path. They start you out at a dose that actually helps right away, you only have to come to the clinic 3 days a week from the time you initially start which is so much better than having to go every day. I am in and out in now time every time. The people working the front desk have both been there since I started coming, which says alot to me, it must be a good employer that treats their employees well since there is very little turnover. I was referred here after being released from the hospital and wasn't happy about it at first, I wanted to go back to the home location. I am super happy in the end. This clinic is much cleaner, more professional and I don't feel like I'm just another number here. Everyone I encounter is super friendly, professional and treats me with respect while never feeling like I am judged, even when I miss a day or 2. Thank You CMS for helping get thru this difficult time.

This place is amazing. I love the staff and councilors. Everyone is very understanding and helpful, very glad I chose this place and have recommended it to many friends that I’ve convinced to join me here and they love… it too!

Wanted to say this has been the best experience in my sobriety journey. From the front desk girls (who are true, authentic real ones) to the counselors and nurses. Just they get it and they want you to succeed. You want… help and to make it in this crazy world with some help on your opiate addiction these are your people!!! Thanks for all you guys do.

CMS is a terrific company, let me start by saying methadone saved my life, I was a lifelong dope fiend and with methadone for the first time in my life I have a lifestarted using their services 6 years ago in Phoenix… AZ, I just got out of jail (again) and I wanted to stay off H, after 24 years I knew I couldn't do it without help, I walked in with nothing, they dosed me that day and continued to no charge while they helped me get medical assistance from the state, when I moved here, they had it all arranged with the Roseville clinic that didn't even have any clients at this location yet, I drove into town, drove to the clinic, got checked in and dosed within the hour. They're fair, you treat them with respect and you get it back, plus they understand if you're in a methadone clinic, you're going through some shit.

When I Went in there for the first time, I came out so relieved and literally have been sober since that day, 54 days going strong! It’s a great staff, all are so so kind, nice facility, and lots of resources. I highly… recommend coming here for ANY type of treatment related issues/sobriety struggles.
