Angel, Milli, Lori, and Antonio was so awesome. They treated me with the upmost respect. And handled all my needs with care. Made sure to ask me questions so I can get the right treatment for what was wrong with me They… were very thorough in taking care of my medical needs and listened to everything I said and didn't rush me.That kind of gentle handling does not happen with most places in the medical field these days. Would definitely recommend everyone I know to seek their care with them. You will be truly satisfied and leave with a peace of mind.

The staff was great Angel, Mr.Lauri and juju were so sweet and executed everything i needed done. they went through everything with me gave me tips on how to lower my cholesterol. All in all my visit was a 10/10 highly… recommend.

After some disappointing healthcare experiences elsewhere, finding Empowerment Resource Center has been a breath of fresh air. From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff is welcoming, professional, and genuinely… kind. My new primary care physician has been outstanding—knowledgeable, attentive, and willing to take the time to listen and explain things clearly. The bedside manner throughout the clinic is exceptional, and I never feel rushed or dismissed. Most importantly, I truly feel that the team cares about their patients and wants them to succeed in their healthcare journey. I am grateful to have found this clinic and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality care.

I recently visited this urgent care and had a wonderful experience. I came in with pink eye and was seen by Lauren, who took excellent care of me. She quickly knew exactly what I needed and was able to treat me the same… day. I left with antibiotics and was feeling much better within just a couple of days. What really stood out to me was that Lauren personally followed up to make sure I was recovering well — something you rarely see from an urgent care clinic. The entire process was incredibly convenient, especially since I could walk right across the street to CVS to pick up my prescription. Overall, the staff made the experience easy and stress-free. I will definitely be back if I ever need urgent care again.

I had a health issue arise while in town for a conference. ERC was not only close and convenient. Far more importantly they were compassionate, kind, professional and very efficient. They set and maintain an excellent… standard for care and I highly recommend them.

Their staff and providers are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and compassionate, creating a… space where people truly feel supported and heard. ERC is an Atlanta “Center of Excellence” in HIV prevention and care, playing a critical role in helping end the HIV epidemic through education, access, and community leadership. Highly recommend ERC for outstanding care and impact. You will not be disappointed!

Came here for a comprehensive STI panel and everything was super smooth and easy! They validated parking, I was in and out in about 30 minutes having done all the necessary test and the staff was incredibly helpful and… knowledgeable. Milly drew my blood and I barely felt it, and Angel and Juju at the front desk made sure I had everything that I needed and felt comfortable while I got the work done. They all deserve a raise lol. Would definitely recommend!

It is not a free clinic and you can’t be billed

From the moment I walked into the clinic, Juju and Angel at the front desk set the tone for an experience that felt genuinely caring. They weren’t just doing their jobs—they were warm, patient, and incredibly… reassuring. Juju greeted me with a smile that immediately eased my anxiety, and Angel took extra time to make sure I understood the check-in process and felt comfortable with everything. Their kindness felt sincere, and in a medical setting, that makes all the difference. The rest of the staff continued that same level of care. Everyone I encountered was calm, supportive, and attentive, which helped take away any lingering nervousness. Dr. Lauren Allain was thorough and informative, explaining everything in a way that made me feel both confident and included in my care. She didn’t rush, and I appreciated how thoughtfully she answered my questions. Overall, this clinic provided one of the most comforting experiences I’ve had.

I popped in to ERC for a Flu shot, the staff was super friendly, the vibes were great, and the whole process was fast and painless. I was in and out before I could even finish scrolling my phone. The clinic is clean,… welcoming, and centrally located downtown Atlanta. If you need a flu shot or any other health services, this is the place to go!

I received great customer service by the front receptionist, Angel, will definitely be coming back for sure.
