Absolute nightmare everywhere which round. Been there for over a year, new management over the last three months, and I have weekly take homes, now I have nothing. Their system is an absolute wreck, every visit is a… cluster you know what, and they blame their System errors and issues on you. I’ve been a model patient, passed all my drug tests for a year! Followed all my rules and appointments, and today because they couldn’t get a doctor on the phone for my yearly annual physical physical, I was sent packing with no medication. And they won’t let me have my transfer papers to go to another clinic, and won’t fix the issue. Horrible horrible place.

Facility runs from not only a college degree but from past addiction as well. ** Other facilities ran just from a college degree only is nothing more than a joke!! (My opinion)** Staff at Pisgah Recovery will go out of… there way to help and support you. I've been in multiple rehab centers and I will say that Pisgah recovery is your #1 facility, your supporter, your friend!! They know exactly what you're going through. They listen and they do not judge you, they will never threaten you with child services like other facilities do. Pisgah Recovery treats you like a human being!! I do not recommend anywhere else than at Pisgah Recovery!! I'm now 1.5 yrs clean from fentanyl!! Thanks to all the former staff and current staff members at Pisgah Recovery!!

I've recently moved to waynesville nc and found out that my favorite person miss Shannon was running this clinic so I was so happy. From day one her and everyone else there have been caring helpful and understanding. I… would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is in need of help and support.

Highly recommend this center! Everyone is super nice and respectful. They care about your recovery and they know how to make your transition the most comfortable. I've been to several different clients throughout my… life and hated them. The 2 Biggest reasons are: transitioning to medicine was super slow, and the staff. " There's is BIG difference between the clinic's ran and operated by people who have battled with addiction themselves and know what HELL truly is, compared to those who operate clinic's from the knowledge gained from a textbook and a college degree. " I PROMISE, YOU WILL BE HAPPY HERE!😁

This is 100% the truth. If it was not for this place I would more than likely be strung out or maybe even dead.

I recommend Pisgah recovery to anyone trying to get clean! The staff there really care about their patients and try their best to go above and beyond for everyone. Thank you Pisgah recovery! You guys are amazing!

I've been going for two years now and without there help I would still be stuck in the same song and dance.... I couldn't work without help getting sick and I worked to ... but yes they helped me break the cycle since I… don't qualify for medicade and insurance is way to expensive they were the only help I received. And also, Logan Braswell left a nasty comment I think a benzo addiction with 190mg plus is very dangerou(because they definitely domt start someone with anything over 30 mg and then go up 10 mg each visit so idk why shes coming off benz addiction and prescribed 190mg at the same time but they dont and cant do that) the doctor who didn't drug screen should get the bad comments not PRS . because PRS has always listened to anything I've asked and helped me anyway they could have.

If you're looking for help these guys are there to provide it. Everyone here is super courteous and helpful I'm glad I found out about them.

I would like to share my personal experience as I with no doubt rate this facility 5 stars! The staff’s beyond phenomenal, professional, friendly, and effective!!!! This program helped me recover from heroin as I am 1y… 4m sober, I tried 3 times myself and could not succeed as I was able to first experience with these people and their offers. Pisgah Recovery, you guys rock

This place is the best if you only want to be clean it is nothing like FL. Daytona Beach over 800 or more people go there to even get your medication your waiting 4 hours this place also has good counciling

Need to make sure if you change your hours after, having it from 11:30 to all of a sudden closing at 11 you update all sites with current hours of operation.. especially something as serious as peoples livevelyhood!!

I’m writing this review simply due to the one star review. Unfortunately benzos and methadone are deadly together. It is common practice to decrease methadone doses by large margins when patients have benzos in their… system - in fact I believe state requires it because the two are deadly together. Not to mention the nurse Stacy, goes to the local jail to dose patients and overall does care about her patients. She wouldn’t go to the jail to dose them(when she does NOT have to) if she didn’t care. Overall my fiancé and I’s experience here has been generally positive. They do have a bit of a high overturn on certain positions however the current nurse is the first nurse they hired so there is consistency in the important positions.

Very charismatic and professional and people are entitled to their but when signing the treatment plan says you’re not allowed to take benzo‘s and to give a one star review for potentially saving your wife’s life from… overdosing is really ridiculous. I recommend anybody with an addiction to Opiates to come in and get you on the right track to recovery.

#1 Concern is Helping Others!!!

My wife went there and she was coming off of benzos, they dropped her from 190mgs down to 130 mgs two days later. Then two days after that they dropped her again to 90mgs. She was having seizures from benzo withdrawals… and went to the hospital. The clinic lied to her when she was in the hospital saying they told her dr that she was on 190 mgs, the nurse at the hospital told her that they said "her daily dose is 90mgs." They also told her that the clinic doctor would have to see her and decide if she could be dosed when she got out of the hospital, when she showed up they told her that they had discharged her from the program and could not see her. They did not taper her down to a safe milligram of methadone before kicking her out. And since they discharged her she cannot transfer into another clinic at her normal dose. They are very unprofessional and act like they will take care of people thinking about going there then they treat their patients badly. Nothing but a group of two-faced people who just want money. And if you pay daily they overcharge you. I would not recommend anyone to go to this clinic.
