Key Point Health Services Inc – Baltimore Detox and Rehab Services
Key Point Health Services Inc – Baltimore is listed as running intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Day programming is scheduled, with evenings spent at home. A proper assessment sets the level rather than leaving it to guesswork, and it is worth asking for one explicitly.

Key Point Health Services Inc – Baltimore Address, Location and Contact Information
The site is at 1012 North Point Road in Baltimore, Maryland, 21224. The city lies within Baltimore City County. The site also serves the surrounding area, and anyone traveling in should confirm the route before setting out. Public transport, parking and the length of the journey all affect whether someone completes a course of treatment, and they are worth settling before the first appointment rather than after.
It is worth calling first to confirm access, parking and the shape of a first visit. Remote appointments may be possible where travel is a barrier. Reception hours vary, so a call that goes unanswered once is worth repeating rather than treating as a dead end.

Key Point Health Services Inc – Baltimore Reviews and Ratings
For a view of Key Point Health Services Inc beyond its license and service list, read the reviews in this section. Patients and families use them to describe the admissions process, the staff and the day-to-day running of the program.
I don’t have anything bad to say about this place. My son was in a deep depression. I got therapy there and two sessions. I see a huge difference.
There are better programs for you and especially. Your children. This is not a safe place for children. The PRP program is a mess!
Please do yourself a favor go somewhere else. The environment looks like depression. Terrible program driving by numbers they won't even clean the place up!
I’ve been talking to therapists and psychiatrists since I was 6 years old…I am now 34 and this was the WORST experience I’ve ever had with doctors, my psychiatrist Dr. Riley in specific(request NOT to get him), I told… him I was on 4 medications before and they all worked for me and he only put me on 2 of 4 because apparently he knows more about what works for me than I know myself…but to top it off, I had a phone appointment with him(which he begged to do phone instead of in person), then doesn’t make a follow up appointment with me because he told me he was gonna call me by the end of that week about my meds. I did NOT hear from him by the end of the week and didn’t get a call back until the next week and he still didn’t book a follow up appointment. My meds ran out, the pharmacy sent a request for a refill and somehow it got denied so when I called and asked when I’m supposed to see him again, I get told “oh you were supposed to book another appointment with the front desk”…I said”the appointment was over the phone, there IS NO FRONT DESK”. Just the fact he “forgot” to schedule another appointment for me shows clearly he is NOT trying to help anyone, he simply puffs out his chest with his degree and gets his fat paycheck and that’s all he cares for. When I told them I’d like to request to see a new doctor, they told me that I either need to continue to see Dr. Riley or go somewhere else. So now, after only 2 appointments, I am without a doctor and without medication AGAIN. Thanks a lot Keypoint for a whole lot of nothing. These doctors have no care in the world about helping their patients, I’ve never seen that level of not caring in the medical world in my whole 34 years. DO NOT GO HERE
I received both therapy & psychiatric services here, starting as an adolescent. My experience was highly inconsistent, shifting from excellent individual support to a complete lack of stability. My initial therapist,… Sarah, was fantastic & helped me through a lot. After Sarah left, the therapy became a revolving door. I was swapped to a new therapist almost every other month because the staff kept leaving their jobs. This constant turnover made it impossible to make progress & was extremely destabilizing. My psychiatric provider, Julie Solomon, prescribed Sertraline up to 100mg. Despite my stating that it wasn't working, the regimen continued. The combined lack of consistent therapy & ineffective medication led directly to a crisis & a necessary hospitalization. I had to find a new clinic. I found a much better provider who actually listened to my needs and provided a more comprehensive diagnosis. I finally achieved stability & better medication management after leaving Keypoint. While I still use the medication regimen they started, the stability & real progress came only from switching to a clinic with reliable, consistent support. Keypoint’s high staff turnover is a serious concern for anyone needing long-term mental health care.
My therapist & psych are great. But the fact I was talked about just now because I didn’t see the sign and I have seen people not check in before and be called. It’s one thing to not check in, but for the front staff to… call the nurse in the side room and then talk about me where I can hear it. I’ll most likely be actively looking for a new facility now because of that. I’m very upset, and truthfully never want to come back. If you’re going to talk about me, do it when I’m not here.
I been going here for 12 years. I've been through therapists and doctors. They will NOT hesitate to find the right fit for you. I'm extremely happy with my treatment here
The owner needs to upgrade this place. It's such a gloomy place. TV is never on. Consider getting some bright pictures to bring the place out. Other wise the therapists there are awesome. No disrespect intended
Front desk staff very rude, no professionalism at all!! Whoever the owner is they need to correct the situation. People are going to start reporting this place.
Very unaccomadating in the mental health field. Your patients need to be seen in person. I'm not a mental health professional but I know that phone and virtual appointments do not work for them. In person isn't even an… option for Key Point patients at this time, even though everything else has been reopened since Covid. My son's psychiatrist has never seen him face to face. I rarely get call backs and if there is an emergency we need to go to the ER because the on call doctors are never on call. If you are seeking help for yourself or a loved one please look elsewhere. Key Point will NOT help you.*Edited post* I have removed my son completely from Key Point services. After his therapist left he was assigned two new therapists whom he never saw because they quit before he had the chance to. No one from Key Point bothered to inform me of this change until I relentlessly called them to see why my son wasn't receiving care. After finding new health care facilities for him I requested his medical records. More than two weeks later and STILL we don't have those medical records. (2/19/24)
Disorganized business. Waited 3 months for appointment. Just for it to be canceled a week before scheduled. Terrible waste of time. Do yourself a favor. Find another place to get help. No more real doctors. Now nurses… only. Time to find a new business. That deserves to be paid.
I think Key Point Health Services is a great place to receive care for mental health - I know I'm not the only one! The staff have always been kind and courteous and have shown great compassion! My therapist, Mary… Ellen, is amazing! For the first time in my life, I have been able to open up and have been honest with myself and my feelings thanks to her. I'm a work in progress, and for me progress is cherished. Sometimes I don't want to talk about the tough stuff that I need to face, which she understands, but she has a way of helping me think about it in a way that makes it hurt not so much. She has shown so much empathy and compassion! I think that's a huge reason I am able to open up to her. She understands! My psychiatrist is also great and is always on board with what is happening in my life and helps maintain the meds I need to make a positive difference in my life. Key Point has helped save my life more than once through their therapies. Bless everyone there and thank you with all my heart 💙🤍💙
All the people there are great
Amazing medicine doctors and therapists
This is the most unprofessional, irresponsible, compassion lacking, Poorly trained facility out there for mental health. The receptionists are clueless and barely coherent. They only have one staff member to do intake… and it takes months to get in to be seen. They cancel appointments within an hour notice and dont care about the inconvenience it causes. We wonder why there are so many suicides and mental health issues in the world today Maybe its because of facilities like this one that could care less about your mental health as long as someone is getting paid .
Great doctors and therapists. Very caring.
I’m 19 and came here when I was 18 after a bad breakup, I had an intern at first and she was amazing, then I got switched to Melody and she was so good! Literally helped me heal so much and to think I was against a… therapist at first. She helped give me back my happiness and independence, I will be forever grateful. Highly recommend!
Key Point is a decent place to seek help for counseling and therapy. The staff and front desk workers are kind and hard-working. Disregarding that, one women yelled at me because I didn’t do what she wanted me to do. My… therapist, Ms. Kati Lane does a good job in keeping up with my problems and progress from Bipolar disorder. She’s non-judgemental and seeks to help me move forward and continue ways to cope with my emotions. From keeping peace between my parents and I, she knows what to do in these situations. However, my psychiatrist, Dr. Rosinsky—he’s good at giving me the medication that I need—but he’s rude. He called me names and didn’t listen to what I had to say about what I wanted in my treatment. He was insensitive—considering I have moods swings in my diagnosis—and continued to berate me. Though, Key Point is a good place to help you with your problems, from depression and ADHD to external issues. I don’t recommend this place for medication and physical issues, but I do recommend therapy. My favorite therapist, Ms. Kati Lane—she’s good. Give her a try. Good choice. Overall, Key Point is decent—I guess. If they had better organizational skills and more fit doctors this place would be a great choice; if they had the comfort of a “happy place” it would draw many people seeking caring mental help.
I think this is the most unprofessional mental health clinic that I have ever been to. They show very little concern for or sensitivity to their patients. They do not alway keep a clean and comfortable environment and… they lack confidentiality. I felt worse after going to this place then I did when I started out.
Management , therapist , psychiatrist are poorly trained at the Dundalk office!!! Ineffective program management with lack of training ,experience, organization and people skills. The program manager has NO clue or idea… on how to supervise employees, handle crisis, stressful situations ,communicate effectively or work with clients. I would never ever take my child there again!!!!! They caused more damage then before we came. Find somewhere else to go trust me.
This place is a joke, I asked several times for a new therapist and doctor know one would listen to me, and then they gave me some stupid attendance letter to sighn they didn’t explain what it was , they asked for me to… sighn It I was in aware of what it said but was in a rush the day they asked me to sight it ... the doctor that percribes your meds wouldn’t listen to me at all of the meds I used b4 that I knew would work for me instead kept changing them around that would make my systems worst , or would make me sleepy I mean I have 4 kids! I don’t have time to be falling a sleep or to feel tired all the time... this place really is a joke no one really no one what there doing, they don’t give courtesy calls to remind you of your sore Because they said they can’t afford that kind of phone system... like really but they can afford to remodel the office and put some random door in the front from stupid therapist who works there! Everything is out dated and old there ... they don’t keep there offices tidy and if ocd this is a big problem I wanted to clean the doctors office plenty of times and made me anxious every time I had to go there... I mean how hard is it to fix up the books and stuff on your shelf? The doctor acts like she’s better then eveyone and Doesn’t even want to be there... I will never go back here and don’t recommend any one to this quack of a place !
Refused service for a depressed minor due to primary insurance even though secondary insurance is accepted. Then hung up on me. What an uncaring organization. Just think they have licensed professionals who should be… offering assistance to those in need. Then to hang up rather than to refer to another agency??? How are they actually helping people????
THIS PLACE SUCKS..I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE...EVER!!!
The therapist Julie Newman is amazing
