MATClinics – Westminster

I’ve been on a few programs from Hartford County all the way down to Baltimore city, I’ve never Experienced such kindness,, Compassion, respect.I Called And someone immediately answered the phone I wasn’t put on hold… for five hours. They made sure my prescription went through and I didn’t have any problems and even Rocky followed up with the call to make sure everything was OK. again, all the other clinics I’ve been in that’s never happened. I appreciate each and every single one of them.

Ive been a patient of MatClinic in Westminster Md for over a year and compared to my previous provider and her staff that made even the smallest of issues feel like pulling teeth to get anyone to make a call to my… pharmacy, my insurance company or even to reschedule. MatClinic gets everything done a.s.a.p. The providers are awesome as well as staff! And they are great working with my pharmacy.

They've been extremely helpful and a blessing for me.

This clinic is absolutely fantastic!!! They will help you in any area if they can't they will point you to who can. The nurses are FANTASTIC and always treat you like a human NOT an addict. The nurse last week was so… amazing and gave me some of the simplest advice I've heard 1000 times but something about how she said it gave me the confidence boost I needed. They work with you to make sure you can get to your appointments and have medicine until then. Absolutely awesome clinic!!! I'll recommend them 100 times over.

Everyone is nice and very understanding. As long as you do your part, they do theirs.

Love Matclinic and all the offices. The only thing I dislike is how rude the male is who answers the phones after hours. I’ve had him hang up on me. Tell me he couldn’t help me when there was a problem with my… prescription. And he’s extremely rude. Not helpful. Told me there was nothing that could be done and I would have to wait till Monday with no meds. Luckily I was able to get in touch with the doctor and she fixed my prescription.

If you truly looking to get real help for you and or one of your family members Mac clinics has taken such a different approach than anyone else they truly care and work with you with no judgment towards you all the… people that work for them don't just say they can relate to you they truly can as they have been through it yourself love this place don't know where I'd be without them

Everyone was willing to help, the staff is very open and all have a helpful attitude. I understand the process and my Rx was done before I got home from the visit. I was seen shortly after I checked in and was done my… appointment in no time and was on my way. It was a totally professional visit!
