MedMark Treatment Centers Lafayette – Lafayette Detox and Rehab Services
MedMark Treatment Centers Lafayette – Lafayette is listed as running detox, intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Detox runs under medical supervision, and the first three days carry the highest risk with alcohol and benzodiazepines. Structured outpatient runs to a schedule while people return home in the evening. The right level of care is a clinical judgement rather than a preference, and an assessment should produce a defined answer.
The listing records a single focus rather than combined treatment, so anyone needing both should confirm what is available. Medication-assisted treatment combines approved medication with counseling and clinical review. It is worth asking how many hours a week the program runs, because that decides whether it fits around everything else.

MedMark Treatment Centers Lafayette – Lafayette Address, Location and Contact Information
The site is at 4705 Meijer Court in Lafayette, Indiana, 47905. Tippecanoe County covers this area. People travel in from the surrounding area, and confirming the route beforehand saves difficulty. How someone gets there matters more than it sounds: travel is one of the commonest reasons a course of treatment stops partway.
A quick call before you go will settle directions, parking and what to expect first time. If getting there is hard, ask about a remote first appointment. Admissions lines are frequently busiest early in the week, which is worth knowing if the first attempt fails.

The receptionist at the front desk right when you walk in; Her name is Gwen and its wonderful seeing her smiling face right as you enter the building. She is always very helpful and sweet to the children who… occasionally come in with their parents. She is great❤️ I got off MAT services about four months ago and could never thank this place enough for giving me a chance to be a good mom. 5 years of services and I’ve always been taken care of ❤️
In June of 2018,I thought my life was coming to an end. I had been addicted to pain medication for a little over 10yrs. My life was slipping away from me.I heard of the new methadone clinic in Lafayette. It was the first… time I'd ever heard of such a place. I thought I'd take a chance and see if it would help at all. Now,almost 9yrs later I'm so glad I took the time to see. Without this my life would have been useless to me. They are a wonderful, understanding, and there to help in anyway they can. The staff is wonderful. From front desk to counselors to nurses. They actually made me feel I wasn't a waste of a person at all and they were there to help in any way possible. My opinion if you are truly wanting to change this is the place to do it. Without taking the chance myself with them. Who knows where my life would be today!
Their care team is excellent from the office all the way down to their care team. They make people feel like normal people not just a drain on society. I am glad my husband found all of you. Rachel and Karen Robert… would like to Thank the two of you most of all. Care, compassion and hospitality is excellent!
EDIT: 216 days later and I’m still sober with the help of this place and these lovely ladies I got my life back!! Couldn’t have done all this without this place. Keep saving lives. Love you ladies! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!… 10/10. The staff is so caring, thoughtful, and loving. Haven’t used since the day I walked in here almost a month ago. THESE PEOPLE AND THIS PLACE SAVED MY LIFE!! Forever grateful for these ladies and what they do!
I'm leaving a review based on two times I went to this place. The first one was where I had my newborn daughter with me and just because I didn't have the same car dropping me off every day the woman counselor I had… threatened to call DCS on me because she had to have been watching me out the window. She was like who was that man blah blah. Funny how he was actually my cousin's boyfriend that gave me a ride and there was nothing to be concerned about but after that I felt unsafe and uncomfortable to even go back kind of like stalked. My second experience involves a picture I wish I could post about their sign for call this number for any child abuse and neglect. I took the picture for this moment right here and to tell you all how unprofessional you were when I was in there taking pictures of the bulletin boards there was customers walking out and the staff was being snotty saying "goodbye finally" as people walked out the door. Prepare yourselves to get caught up in DCS threat conversations. Make sure if you arrange a ride it's the same person or maybe you just have to stop going like I did. Don't forget they watch you thru their windows and peep on your driver and no if you're a mother it can't be the opposite sex either!! Cassie Marie Long
The review before mine was made by a delusional individual who needs help immediately. This place does NOT poison the community; it helps the members of our community to get AWAY from the poison. People who write… reviews like that are uneducated in terms of what MedMark actually does, or they were discharged from treatment because they couldn't follow the rules that come with the clinic. And there are a lot of rules and regulations that come with dispensing this FDA-approved medication. Which has been around since WWII. If it was poison, we would know it by now. It saved my life, as well as many others. Poison doesn't do that. This clinic will change your life. It sure did it for me. The thing that really stands out at this clinic is the desire to help from the staff. They really try to help, and they are 100 percent non judgemental. The nurses (Rachel, Jamie, Erica, Rebecca just to name the absolute best ones) are so, so great. They have ALWAYS made me feel comfortable, they answer my medical questions, and are very efficient. They have true care and concern. The receptionists are very kind. Gwen, Karen, Camille and a new woman (who is very kind as well). I've been going to MedMark for a few years and these women have become like family. They are so helpful and I've never seen any of them in a bad mood. Seriously. The counselors (Angel, Melissa, Brent; Amy, and a few others) genuinely care and even though you see them a lot at first, you will see them less as you continue being sober and following the rules. But they are available ANYTIME! You can ask to see them anytime you want to, and they usually can make time for you right then. And boy are they helpful (if you are really trying to get sober and healthy). I saw Angel yesterday and I felt great when I walked out the door. They are effective and really are there to help with care and concern. Dr. Westmoreland is an amazing, intelligent, down-to-earth doctor; I am so, so happy she is our doctor. Her door is ALWAYS open and she is extremely knowledgeable and very im tune to the present state of addiction medicine. She isn't just relying on what she learned in school; she keeps up with what's going on NOW and that is so helpful because things are not the same as they were 5 or 10 years ago even. She is so kind, easy to talk to, and she shows authentic desire to help. I am on Reddit a lot and I am so glad we have such an awesome clinic when I read about other clinics. All of the nay-sayers are most likely patients that were discharged for whatever reason (but the reason was the patients fault, they do not discharge patients lightly and they definitely don't do it with a vindictive attitude. They give you tons of chances). This clinic is awesome, and like I said, my life has been handed back to m4 with their help. If you're hesitating, I suggest you take a leap of faith. Your future self will thank you.
Please explain to us why ... you can continue to poison our community. And do not even offer help to get drug.Addicts off of the drugs u keep giving them. .. They are supposed to see a counselor. But I have video proof… that your counselor only speaks to them.Maybe ten minutes on a phone once a month. Where is the rehabilitation. Why do you have people that is on methadone at your clinic for years. And their doses keep going up..... when did you lose funding for poisoning our community
Great place everyone is so nice and great there. And the program helps so much. It actually does what it's supposed to do. I have been doing great since I have been going there
Methadone Maintenance has helped because I wanted to end the cycle I was having with opioid addiction and withdraw.I don't like the way they handle certain situations because everyone's recovery is different, they go by… the saying one size fits all, What we say goes, rule changes without any notification you are just somehow supposed to know You think they care but now I think it's just a job for most if not all on the treatment side.Sometimes I feel like I'm in liquid handcuffs.Or on methadone probation forever! It doesn't get easier I've been there since DAY 1 and overtime i feel like im making progress I get knocked back down to reality I'm just a number 1001 without a voice, without a name when I walk through them doors!
The reception staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, the Doctor has a terrific bedside manner, and the counseling staff has been wonderful to work with throughout the process.
I have been a patient of Medmark, Limestone before that since they opened. I hate reading reviews of ppl that has not had any real experience with the place/product to have any idea of what it’s really like. Or ppl that… sulk in their own poor me crap to trust the review. I’ve had a Dr violate my rights, broke the hippa rights against me, and tried to discharge me. The Facility came together and helped me get through those ruff times. The Dr, after I made a complaint to the Attorney General they sent my case to medical board and the Dr Ronald Hill is no longer able to practice. Joseph the director and the big shots at Baymark did fire him from the facility when he tried discharging me after intimidating and violating me. Medmark people helped me when I felt very attacked. The counselors care about their patients. There’s even a free closet that ppl bring free stuff&food for anyone in need of. If you want to improve your quality of living and feel good about changing for the good. This is the place to get that help! What are you waiting for?
Wonderful caring people who help and if you want to get sober they will help! I highly recommend this place if you are to do mat.
This place has helped me to be able to function in society while dealing with substance abuse disorder
I have been a patient at MedMark Treatment Center for about a month now and I can honestly say that my overall quality of life has gotten significantly better since choosing MedMark as my center for medication-assisted… treatment!!! 🙏
I’ve been a patient at MedMark (Limestone Health until 2020) since the first day they opened in Lafayette 5+ years ago. I’ve stayed a patient because, after trying multiple other options, MMT is the only treatment… program that I’ve had any long-term success with. The program and methadone itself has drawbacks and isn’t a good fit for everyone: needing to physically get to the clinic every AM to dose can be annoying and methadone absolutely can have side effects. Anyone considering starting on methadone should research it for themselves first and decide if it sounds like a good fit. Methadone isn’t a “quick fix” for a recent habit - it’s a major lifestyle adjustment meant for chronic opioid addicts, and takes effort and a lot of patience to work out in the long run. The majority of the staff at MedMark are helpful and professional. The nurses Tracy and Mary, the current front desk staff Andrea(?) and Miss Gwen, and my counselor Todd are especially great at their jobs and definitely aren’t being paid enough for everything they do there!
Wow I love how I was lied too about this place thank God I looked it up to see what this place really is people who lie God has plans for you do pretty sad and pathetic it involves your own child. This is not a regular… doctor's office then the ones who told this was a doctor's do you even know how to be honest for real enough of the lies God will get you for lying and I guess this where my actual money is going right smh.
This place is awesome if You or a loved one is struggling with addiction then please don't call your plug come on in to medmark and get right with methadone. From the first visit it will only. Take under two hours from… start to finish. If you have never been to any clinic then it's. As easy as the Drive there get your fix for free with insurance safe and legal.
Updated from 5 stars to 2 This place has changed tremendously in the almost 4 years I have come here since certain employees have left & certain employees are there now. Joseph, the director, is extremely rude & 100%… should NOT work in this profession. He is very judgemental & cocky. He will yell at you in front of a crowd in a public area & not apologize after he is corrected which also violates HIPPA rights. He is extremely over the top rude & has absolutely no business working with ppl that are in a fragile state. There is also a couple other employees that should not be there either but if they got rid of Joseph that would give their 5 star rating back from me. I love limestone. The staff are very friendly and actually care. There is a "family friendly" atmosphere there. They are kind and gentle. No feeling judged or compared at all. I could go on and on about how great this place is. I just love it and the work they do to help ppl. They treat you with respect & compassion.
Great staff .
Methadone is great if nothing else works for u but don’t expect to get treated like a patient or fairly at this place. The one’s making the decision are vindictive and greedy. If only I was born into wealth, I would… give them some competition.
I had an emergency and had to guest dose at MedMark. They made the process very easy. I have nothing but good things to say about them.
Professional great place !
This place honestly cares about you as a person .All of the staff are great from the director to the counslers and the ladies at the front desk are 👏 amazing!
Beth, shamika, and drew are the real mvps. The nurses work so hard and are friendly. the Dr could use some extra help but its tough every where these days!
MedMark Clinic is an amazing resource for anyone wanting help with their addiction. Great employees, hours, location, etc. can not say enough great things about this place. Anyone who says otherwise has never been to… any other clinics as they are a NIGHTMARE a compared to MedMark. 5 ⭐️ 👍🏼👍🏼
Been coming to this Clinic now for quite a while. This coming August will make 3 Years for me & I can honestly say this place Saved my life! Their caring, they listen to your concerns, & they don't just give Methadone… out to patients an that's it. They actually offer 1 on 1 individual counseling with your Assigned Counselor & every day of the week they have at least 2 sometime 3 groups a day (Hour Long) Those help me most because to where I don't feel welcomed anymore at 12 Step Fellowship's, MedMark's Group's/Counselor's make you feel welcome & plus everyone can relate to one another being on same Medication is all. I just wish people would stop giving Methadone such a bad name & actually learn about it or talk to someone who's been on it for couple to few years who actually uses it to help them stay clean. Definitely 5 Star Treatment Clinic! Ignore the negative reviews. Highly recommended!
