This is by far the best counseling service i have found for my son. Everyone there maintains a professional and friendly attitude . I needed a refill on my sons meds so i emailed them and within 5 minutes i get a reply.… Stating that a refill was sent . I would like to say thank you to them all. they are the best i have found for my son

I keep on getting messages about updating my insurance and I haven’t been a patient for like 5 years. When I was patient the therapist told me the weirdest things like when I worked an 8 hour night shift and an eight… hour morning shift the next day to get off at 2pm. They told me it was fine for my family to wake me up for supper at like 5pm and to go eat with them because they cared about me. I thought getting sleep was a must for good mental health. I guess that is why you want me to update my insurance and come back because you don’t have many patients when you give advice like you don’t need to sleep after working a double for good mental health. I would recommend Keypoint Health Services or Barbara Page LLC.

Great business, I utilize telehealth appointments for my medication and anytime I have ever called and needed something the receptionist is extremely helpful and nice!

Ms Forka is very polite and friendly, easy to talk to and listens very tentatively. She offers her assistance in addressing one's needs. She has a very competent staff Sarah and Brittany are the Bomb always ready to… assist above and beyond. Thank you Ladies for all that you do!!!!!

I have been going to Norkris for years. I LOVE Audrey Forka and Joyce. Sara at the front desk always makes us feel like family. I highly recommend Norkris Services for both children and adults.

I’ve waited so long to have a doctor that would listen to what I had to say & engage with me in my health care. I feel so grateful to have found that here with Joyce. Best place ever! Care givers are very knowledgeable, respectful and professional. Office staff is very friendly and solicitous. Another plus is that if you work normal day hours like me they are open much later than… typical doctor's offices which is so nice! Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone new or who is disappointed with their current provider.

Joyce CRNP was very nice, but the place is very unprofessional from top to bottom. From being put on speaker phone for initial phone calls to the establishment decor, (think patio furniture in the patient room),… handwritten posters on the walls. I felt like I was in someone's basement and we were "playing pretend doctor visit." unfriendly reception, no smile, no hello. I am not going back. Will keep looking. This is a *brief* summary as I do feel the CRNP means well. I didnt check reviews before scheduling since PCP and counselor both had this practice on their list of recommendations, but as soon as my child and I walked in the door, I whipped out my phone to read up. Again, not just the back-alley vibe being the problem as I chose to stay and give it a chance. Just offering my feedback to help others and honestly help the business. They're in need of transcription services, dictate your notes into a microphone for medical records or speech-to-text. The entire visit the CRNP was hen-pecking info into her desktop key-by-key, asking same questions over and over. It's just so antiquated. everything.

I desperately needed sleeping medicine because I'm bipolar and hadn't been sleeping, which can cause mania for me. Dr. Forka proscribed a $500 Rx that insurance didn't cover and refused to prescribe anything else… because "that's what she thought would work"(!) There are dozens of sleeping meds, she caused me to end up in the hospital because I couldn't sleep for weeks. She should have to pay my bill. The gentlemen at the front desk who does scheduling was always perfect though.

What's a doctor for if they say 5 times they are calling in your meds that you are out of but don't. Completely ridiculous! This is people's mental health and it always seems to be difficult. Time to find someone new

My mom, loves coming here and the attention she gets from staff and mental medical care. My mom does not speak English, they are very patient with her and overall very loving. My mom laughs and gives out many 🫂 hugs. If… you can make my mom’s life more cheerful 😃, I’m happy as well.

Worst experience ever !!! Don't ever go here !!! She is not a doctor. !!! She changed my brother's medicine clozapine from 600 MG to 25mg He has been on the same dose 35yrs She needs to be sued for malpractice !!! You… won't find anybody eles in medicine with so many bad reviews...!!!...

Dr. Audrey Forka is a wonderful dr. Nothing but high praises and her secretary is a sweetheart!!!!

Audrey Forka was always very busy, hard to get in touch with, and never seemed to genuinely care about my situation. She put me on multiple medications for a mental illness that I have not been diagnosed with, and has… been repeatedly sending me bills for the past year even though I have not seen her for over a year and have payed for all of my visits. Would not recommend.

Very difficult to get in touch with anyone at times for an appointment. Call multiple times with no call back. Did not get records from previous provider who retired after being a patient for 15 years. From one… appointment to the next they do not remember who you are or your situation. Getting prescriptions filled can be a problem too. Staff lacks in professionalism as well as critical thinking. Only two nurse practitioners and one therapist and no back up if someone is sick or vacationing. When I first went to their website they had many more providers listed. But they must have left. No MD on staff. No accountability. Staff also fails in empathy and compassion. Of course the patient is the one with problem according to them. However after reading all these reviews I can see I'm not alone.

My kids have been going here for about a year. Audrey is great, Sarah and Mr. Williams are great too. Always respectful and quick to get back to me. I would recommend this office.

Aminata Bangura, CRNP is the worst provider I have ever seen. She is not knowledgeable and wanted me to stop taking my medication without weening at 32 weeks pregnant, when the day before she said that I would have to… ween. She gave up calling my other physicians office to discuss my care because the office was making her leave a message. Left me high and dry with no concern for me or my baby. DO NOT GO HERE!

I've had so many issues with getting my prescriptions from this place it's not even funny. They're literally impossible to get ahold of, for instance I've called multiple times a day (always leaving my name and phone… number) and they never call back. The people who work there are nice but it's DEFINITELY not worth it. I've never left a bad review on anything before, because I usually look at the bright side/good in situations like this, but there aren't any this time. So please save yourself from all the frustration and inconvenience and don't ever go here.
