I always feel welcomed when I go in and they are good at cooperating with you! I also love the therapist I have! I’ve been going to NorthKey and seeing the same therapist for over 2 years
I've been to several northkeys I'll say here they have always been nice at front desk . My son has seen Shelby for a while now but today was told it's her last day . I'm very sad , shes always went above and beyond her… job to help my boy who deals with schizophrenia/ bipolar . He doesn't care for most therapist / counselors but he really likes her . He feels safe talking to her . Since we have been going there I see a huge difference in my son . She actually listens to what his father and I have to say. She genuinely cares for her patients .. I'm not sure that we will continue going to Northkey because she was the main reason we stayed I'm also not sure why she's leaving but I hope Northkey didn't let one of the better ones go . You can't fake empathy . She's a kind soul and she'll be missed . Five stars for Shelby
Very good for therapy. Helpful and multiple approaches based on your needs
The Front desk Service never answer the phone they be sitting right there some of them are rude in unprofessional some of them lack at communication. You would be waiting for all most for 30-40 minute wait
Not a crisis hotline just rings so if you risk this phone will not help
Very friendly staff. Every one is easy to talk with and always willing to help.
You leave several messages, no one ever calls you back. It's like a revolving door when it comes to keeping Therapist, I've had 3 different therapist in last year. I keep calling to see if they have hired anyone yet,… they never call back, ever!! I call in for my refills and the pharmacy try's too and it takes days, but I have to call repeatedly to the pharmacy to get an answer, but Northkey won't call you back. It's really gone down hill on the employees. I was reading employees rating site and the reveiws were worse then mine.
