I use to like that place but they talk to dam much

Very convenient right downtown. And I don't care what anyone else says these people care deeply about your well-being. They are willing to try to help with anything they possibly can.

Staff that works in the clinic has always been very helpful, but don’t expect anyone else to lift a finger for you. Management is a joke.

Staff are so nice and the two ladies at the front check in are absolutely the best very welcoming with no judgement at all HANDS DOWN THE BEST CLINIC AROUND!!!!!

I've tried a couple of other similar programs over the last 10+ years and STS is by far the best. They're genuinely concerned about my recovery and do whatever they can to help me stay focused on bettering my life.

This place has been very helpful with my recovery. The staff are kind,compassionate,and very helpful, thanks to this place I’ve been clean for 5 years. I would not be who I am today if I didn’t have this clinic, they… have helped save my life!

I came here from Valhalla minneapols this place is nothing like that the 2 women at the frot desk are super nice and if you are doing everything your supposed to they give you a months worth of take home which is super… convenient if you are looking for a clinic this is the one i would choose in the twin cities oh and my Counselor Anthony is great

Great experience so far. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful. The "lines" that exist at other clinics don't appear to exist at this place. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for anything. It's very clean… outside, you don't have people at the entrance asking if you want to buy Xanax and other b.s. I have nothing negative to say, just an overall good experience. Very greatful for this place.

Goofy looking lady at the front desk didn't let me wait outside for a ride after I popped my bike tire. They're all intrusive and extremely bored so prepare to be treated poorly.

I’ve been to a few methadone clinic and this ranks last of all of them. You ask for fentanyl test strips and they look at you like how dare you ask such a question at a methadone clinic? For real? Not a good look. Ick… desperately trying to transfer asap. Not good feeling here!!!

They are very caring ,my wife goes there to sts in St. Paul MN and I'm glad they have a caring staff , without the program, she would not have gotten help a very big thanks .

I love going to STS and seeing the ladys at the front. Love chatting with them. They are super friendly every day. Very welcoming when first started going there. Always happy and nice!!

I've been here for 3.5 years and I never have to wait in line to dose. Everybody here is awesome!! Best clinic ever!! I love this clinic!!

I do like this clinic. Very professional, the nurses are very nice and I have never felt judgment from any of the people who work there or the patient's. I have been to just about every clinic in the twin city's and I… will say this one and the one and the alliance wellness clinic in Bloomington are by far the best clinic in the city's.

STS Clinic on spruce St in St.Paul is by far above all the rest of the clinic's in the twin cities! I've been on methadone since 1997 and it's kept me off those cravings for heroin, hence keeping me from overdosing on… it BC I've lost 112 friend's and acquaintance's since 2010 in the twin cities. You heard right!! Dr.Lo is very friendly and has my best interests at heart. From the nurse's to reception I get the great care that I would at a small town clinic! They like their jobs and will spend the the time with you that you will NOT get at Valhalla!! The Ladc's there do the cut and paste and your just a number to them. At STS I'm in and out in three minutes average at 07:00 which I really appreciate. Every dosing nurse there is very friendly to me with no effort! You'd be hard pressed to find a better clinic! Skeptic's say that methadone is just a free high which is simply untrue BC it does not. It's kept me from slamming heroin, thus kept me alive and it's MY treatment plan, not yours.

Better than the unhelpful Valhalla system.staff try there best to make your day hard.smh..lots of lazy staff.who can't wait to put u out on something petty.

I used to go to Valhalla and absolutely hated it! I made the switch to STS because at the time I didn’t have a car and it was closer to my sober house that was in Saint Paul. The staff at STS are amazing and get to know… you, as a person and not just a client. I’ve been going here for 3ish years I believe and I do not have one negative thing to say! They are the best.

Better on almost every way than the capitalist facial system Valhalla place fell into. Where VP doesn't help or care much about their clients I feel very different and positive about making the switch and like there… could be something beneficial for my recovery being here now. Thanks STS.

Staff is great but been there a year and because I still have to go up in doses I still don’t have take homes. Also past 150mg they make you not only see the doctor but schedule and get an EKG done at a separate… hospital that can take a while to do. Don’t know why they don’t inform you of this ahead of time? So even after the doctor appointment you could be waiting weeks for anything to change!

They helping me be a better me and keeping me from doing drugs.

Locked the doors on me and numerous other people on a Saturday while we were walking up to the door. I usually don't say names in my review, but Melinda really caused a great deal of suffering because they wanted to go… home exactly at 10:00 today. We were actually there with one minute to spare before ten but that didn't matter. To add insult to injury, there were other clients inside the building so she wouldn't have been able to leave right at ten anyway. For me, getting my dose is literally life or death and not only did I not get my Saturday dose, they are closed Sunday so I didn't get my take-home either... What course do I have but to use and hope it doesn't kill me. If I could give negative stars, I would... Otherwise, staff is great especially Michelle.
