Dr. Chandler is the best OB ever! I moved 2 hours away and still drove to her for my appointments. Both of my kids were c sections so she was able to deliver them both. If you want the best OB, go to Dr. Chandler!

TANDEM in Sumter is ridiculous!! Way overcharged, charging for tests that either didn't happen or didn't need to be! Spelled name wrong, then they put address wrong. Didn't do anything but draw blood, take blood… pressure and write a prescription that he was already on. They don't care they just want $$. What happens to doctors actually helping. SHAME ON YOU!

Pharmacy Staff - ***Amber & Young*** Man Always Awesome

I waiting over 75 minutes, with an appointment, not a walk-in, because they double booked, took a new patient over an established one. At that point I inquired about the wait time. They sent in a different NP who… essentially told me I had conjunctivitis bc I didn't wash my hands when I changed my contact lenses. I am in healthcare & I am very aware of the value of good hand hygiene. This despite me advising him I was sick the previous weekend (so probably viral). The level of arrogance & lack of empathy was so disappointing. I would not return.

I really don't recommend going here for any reason. Every aspect of tandem is awful. It's obvious they pick and choose who they help. If you weren't depressed before going to behavioral health you will be after. I am… lucky and found excellent people outside of this horrible place that are willing to help me. Oh, the pharmacy is also awful. Rude staff and it takes forever for them to answer the phone. They give you a time and it's never ready. Be careful if you decide to go here.

Please don't go here! They were once okay but now they're awful. I wish I could explain everything here but it's too much to go in to. Just know they will mistreat and judge you. They will not call or write you back in… 48 hours like is claimed. Most likely they will not call back at all. I received a snotty note back 13 days after I asked a question. The behavioral health side is a nightmare. I just wish I could explain it all. Just be careful if you go to this place.

Doctor Ashley mis diagnosed me with these bumps on my leg when I was just 15. It was shingles and she would look at me crazy when I said I didn’t feel safe where I was at and thought people were out to get me (which… they were) I had to move away from family and this dusty town just to get my health right bc South Carolina men like to touch little girls and nothing gets done abt it I have been mis diagnosed here like 2 times and it didn’t help they wouldn’t listen to me but tried to only listen to my mom who is a alcoholic I been saying something was wrong with me and they wouldn’t listen until my mom made them send me to the mental hospital and then they diagnosed me with herpes when I was sick and leaking and hurt for WEEKS and then I get sent to the mental hospital beat on by GROWN UPS BY THE WAY I WAS 15!! Just to finally get diagnosed when I get sent to a mental hospital I didn’t deserve to go to. Thank god I don’t live in Sumter anymore and I would never talk to my mom again

Drs, Nurses and staff members need to take some training in how to treat patients.

This is for North Salem….. they are amazing 🤩 the staff was everything from the front desk to the PA, nurses, nurse assistant…. I just love it 🥰 i felt at home…. Thank you 😊

This place has declined significantly. The lack of respect for people's time is unacceptable, and the constant repetition of unnecessary questions makes the experience frustrating and inefficient. If you value your time… and sanity, I strongly recommend finding a better alternative.

I love the front lady Dolores she’s always a joy and I love my Dr Etheridge he actually cares about his patients and goes into detail and make sure you understand. However, this review is about Dr Russell Brant…if they… ever put you with him just know if any important paperwork you need for anything will never get done!!! I told this man several times I need this paperwork cause my job was on the line and he still hasn’t budged. Now it’s passed the due date and he still hasn’t attempted to fill it out. So I do not recommending as correct Dr if you need stuff like that done. Also, I would like to praise nurse Joe I just adore him. He’s always so kind and sweet to me.

Money focused not patient focused. Missed an appointment and got charged and banking account drafted for $100 and discharged from care.

I had an appointment with my doctor office on Friday.They've a lady, which is the greeter when you sign in named Mrs. Delsey Doney. What a delight to have someone with a beautiful spirit and attitude greet you the same… way when you're there. She'll have a conversation with you and have you smiling and laughing. What an amazing gem to have at their office. She makes everyone feel at ease and shows touching kindness to everyone.

I have recieved services through here for over a year. Alisha Davis OBGYN has gone above and beyond to help me with my issues I have been having. She has taken the time to explain things to me instead of leaving me… unaware, dumb founded, or upset not knowing what the plan is in the situation. I couldn't ask for a better OBGYN through this difficult time. I have recently seen Joel Snipe, MD she was a big help as well. Her nurse Tiffany has been awesome with helping me with my and questions and needs. I'm very pleased with my services here. Not every day is a good day when you are sick, but these ladies have made it bearable for me. I appreciate them more than they know. I highly recommend Tandem health.

My two doctors really care for you can't say that about the rest

I’ve been trying to make a dentist appointment for a year now and haven’t been able to get one. When I call they tell me they will be putting me on a wait list yet I never received a phone call. They probably are a good… clinic but their services are horrible and they need to do better.

It takes so little effort to update hours. The pharmacy doesn’t actually open until 8:30. Just annoying when you stay up all night at the ER then get to the pharmacy only to find that more waiting is in store.

From the office staff (shoutout to Monica the site manager!) to the providers (Annalilly Wlliams), tandem health has gone above and beyond to hear me and my child regarding behavioral issues and mental health illness &… care, and assist. This is a good place. If you aren’t being heard at your current providers office or you feel no one is helping with financing, come here. They care.

Tandem Health was a wonderful choice, when I became irritated with a large healthcare office, that seems to be on every corner of Sumter. I have had doctors stay with me for up to 45 minutes, and get me into the… hospital when I needed a spinal tap and other issues. Reading the reviews, and being retired from healthcare, where I was a nurse, EMT, and lab tech, throughout the years, there are always some who find fault in the rigorous duties that healthcare demands. I love the care I have received and the doctors have even called me, at home, to check on my progress and condition. From the start, with Dr. Ashley , to Dr. Spencer, Tsang, and others, I am completely satisfied. With the Lafayette pharmacy location; there has always been someone that answers the phone and calls me, if they have to order a prescription. You can't please all the people, but as for this patient, I am well pleased.
