Ms. Sammy Cox is my counselor and I will have to say that when my old counselor at a previous Methadone clinic saw me at Walmart said that she had been trying to get in touch with me to come back to the clinic where I… went previous to being a patient at Tri State Treatment Center. Between Anita, Sammy and the nurses they have DEFINITELY made me feel very comfortable and welcomed as a patient. I love it here and as long as my counselor and is there so will I be there. In all honesty Sammy goes BEYOND the norm realm of being a counselor she is also a very dear friend. I love her so much.

This has been a great clinic to attend. The only issue I would have to say that sucks is that I've been through a lot of counselors in my 6yrs of coming here. Maybe upper management could look into why the good… counselors leave
