Triumph Treatment Services – Yakima (P.O. Box 2849) Detox and Rehab Services
What Triumph Treatment Services – Yakima (P.O. Box 2849) offers, on record, is residential treatment and sober living. Which of these is appropriate depends on an assessment, not on what sounds manageable at the time.
Co-occurring mental health conditions are addressed alongside substance use, which is the approach the evidence supports. Transitional accommodation appears on the record for the period after intensive treatment. It is worth asking how many hours a week the program runs, because that decides whether it fits around everything else.

Triumph Treatment Services – Yakima (P.O. Box 2849) Reviews and Ratings
Patients and loved ones with experience of Triumph Treatment Services are invited to leave a review here. Say what the program was like day to day, how staff treated you and how leaving treatment was planned.
I had some of the most challenging times of my life while in treatment, but I want to share how amazing my experience at Triumph Treatment Services was and how it changed my life for the absolute better. I have nothing… but respect and gratitude for this program; it has changed my life for the better in every way possible. I have grown immensely under the care of the entire team, including the RSS staff, counselors, supervisors, PCAP staff, nurses, and doctors. This experience has been truly transformative and has inspired me to one day help others struggling with the disease of addiction, just as I have. To the entire team at Triumph Treatment Services: thank you for everything you do. You saved my life and provided me with the tools to live, love life, and love myself. Because of the sincere help and guidance I received, I now know that I am a woman worthy of love, honor, trust, dignity, respect, and recovery. ### Why Sharing Your Story Matters: * **Encouraging Others:** Hearing a success story can provide the spark of hope someone needs to seek help for themselves. * **Recognizing Dedicated Staff:** Publicly acknowledging the specific teams—nursing, counseling, and support staff—reinforces the positive impact of their hard work. * **Documenting Growth:** Writing down your journey serves as a powerful reminder of your personal evolution, highlighting the transition from challenging times to a life of dignity and self-worth. * **Giving Back:** By expressing your desire to help others in the future, you model the long-term success that this program aims to foster in all its clients.
If I could give zero or negative stars I would!! I am absolutely DISGUSTED with Triumph Treatment Services. My sister has fought opioid addiction for over 12 years and finally did everything right. She got on injectable… Subutex in early March and walked into your program on March 26th ready to change her life. You knew her medication schedule from day one. Her shot was due April 6th and you told her she’d have to wait until April 14th or 15th. Are you kidding me? That is not a “delay,” that is straight up playing with someone’s recovery. She finally wasn’t having fentanyl cravings, and instead of protecting that progress, you put it at risk. And then to top it off other residents were openly talking about her and even bringing her daughter into it, and NOTHING was done. No one stepped in, no one shut it down. Just allowed it to happen. Imagine finally getting stable after years of addiction, finally feeling clear, and then being surrounded by judgment and disrespect in a place that’s supposed to be safe. That’s not treatment that’s failure. People come to places like this at their lowest, trying to rebuild their lives. The bare minimum is safety, respect, and competent care and somehow that still wasn’t met. Do better. Seriously. Because this kind of care? It’s unacceptable.
YES IM VERY BLESSED TO HAVE GONE TO BETH'S PLACE.. IVE BEEN TO A COUPLE OF TREATMENT PLACES BEFORE BUT I HAVE TO GIVE IT TO BETH'S PLACE WAS THE FAR BEST PLACE I'VE BEEN TO... I REALLY LIKE THE FACILITY N THE WORKERS… THEY ARE THE BEST N THE MENTAL HEALTH CARE WAS AWESOME TOO SPECIAL THANKS TO GRANT M AND MISS HELEN R. U PEOPLE SAVED MY LIFE FOR REALS THANK YOU SO MUCH IM FOREVER GREATFUL
Had a relative that was there recently, I was on the approved contact list and information list...... I have yet to receive 1 phone call back from management, my relatives counselor or any person that works there after… leaving messages with many phone calls about many different questions. Questions about graduation, procedures, etc. Every single time I came for a visit, staff could not get any paperwork correct, or find the correct paperwork. Would have me fill a form out, then upon return said that was wrong you need to fill this out, only to be different the next time. My I.D. was checked once, my husband's I.D. was NEVER checked! (This is a all female facility with children) and that rule is posted all over. Shouldn't that be checked every time? The child with my relative did not receive his medication that WAS PRESCRIBED by 2 of his doctors and lost ALL OF HIS BODY FAT to become all most nothing but skin and bones. My relative was told that that prescription was not enof. The child was also put back onto medication that he was taken off of and was no longer needed. Very dangerous! The 4 months the child was there, he did not receive any medical attention to his health problems and is now in worse shape then he was upon arrival. He was not allowed some of his favorite comfort items either, those were "aginst rules" were talking things like a stuffed Mikey mouse....... And somehow, my relative was allowed to meet a man and start dating while she was at the methadone clinic. Why is that not done at the facility? And why are they allowed to go mingle while on a INPATIENT treatment center? She was also allowed to go to the fair and shopping, via bus, alone and unsupervised. I watched staff being bullied by patients so they could get there way. Like patients yelling and causing a scene and the staff members doing nothing. I stood by and watched staff agree and yell at each other all due to neither not knowing what paperwork was right or how to fill it out. So much more happened, this is just a few key points. This facility and its staff is nothing more than a joke! The intake procedures i witnessed was a joke. The rules they cant even follow are a joke. Worthless program. If you arw looking to seriously get clean and want help for addiction, this would not be my choice.
I am a woman worthy of honor trust dignity and respect Proud to say I am 2 years sober thank you for the experience a
A dump place is gross bathrooms stink bad
Great environment
Very Unprofessional staff the women “counselors” have inappropriate relationships with the men who are there for recovery. Theres one woman there in particular I think her name is Stephanie Aguilar who had an attitude… when I called the facility and she proceeded to block my number. Would not recommend this facility is a joke.
This center is not only for substance abuse, it is AWESOME for behavioral health service! From reception to the therapists just AWESOME! THANK YOU TO EVERYONE! Y'ALL ARE MAGNIFICENT! 💯❤️💯
Triumph Tx is very stubborn in how they consider the actual needs of an individual. That’s right, each individual is unique like a snowflake and not everyone needs help as some just need validation of being right. I… know because I gave a simple description of my problem and even gave them a clean drug test and they still think I need treatment! Basically, because I can hold a conversation and show self discipline to not purchase or use marijuana - this snowflake could teach a drug class. How funny it is to me during their IOP classes they allow people to smoke cigarettes which is clinically shown to damage someone’s tooth health.. That could probably impact relationships negatively and also the person has a compulsive disorder of buying more cigarettes to maintain their.. Addiction! How can they be so critical of something and ignore something else, it’s preposterous!
What a horrible experience! I went to the Women’s and children’s home with my 10 month old daughter and we were both traumatized by the experience. I was looking forward to getting into the 4 to 6 month program and only… stayed for eight days. From the moment I got there until the moment that I left the whole place just seemed like disorganized chaos. Upon entry, I was told to leave my daughter’s car seat that they had extra car seats provided. When I mentioned that to staff I was told I should have kept her car seat. The first night my daughter was forced to sleep in a toddler bed, which she fell out of and hurt herself, since they do not allow co sleeping and I was not provided a pack and play for her to sleep in safely until the next day even though I had brought it up several times the day I arrived and spoke with more than one staff member about it. The common area as well as the bathrooms were extremely dirty. My daughter and I caught whatever was going around a few days after we arrived and were violently ill for about 24 hours. Not to mention days later, when I left, the sickness was still being spread around from parents to children and children to parents. I only was able to shower three times in eight days as you are required to take your baby with you or ask someone else to watch your child while you shower. My daughter was greatly affected in a negative way by that place. She stopped eating and sleeping she would wake up every hour during the night crying and had permanent bags under her eyes. They also wanted to take some of my DSHS cash assistance for rent for the baby. They were also going to take ALL of my food stamps each month while I was there. Sorry but there’s no way my daughter and I would have consumed over $500 in groceries a month especially since I provided them with my WIC, as they also require, which purchased my daughters formula which is her primary source of nutrition at 10 months old. The counselor that was assigned to me, I was told by another staff member, was a new counselor to that facility and new to counseling in general. I would ask questions and would not get them answered. I was not told all of the assignments that were to be done each week and that they were due every Sunday. After a week of trying to get myself and my daughter acclimated and seeing the toll it was taking on my daughter which in turn was affecting me tremendously I decided it be in her and I’s best interest to leave. I let my counselor know I wanted to leave and was told to let them know if I still felt that way in the morning I told them there’s no need to check with me in the morning I had made up my mind and was leaving. I was told they would purchase a bus ticket for me to get back to Western WA, which they did. Yeah, that was fun holding my baby on my lap for a 3 to 4 hour bus ride because I didn’t have a car seat because they told me to leave it upon entry. Upon being discharged they gave me some other patients childs medications. There’s more but these were the major reasons why I left. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
My daughter was at this place, she ask me to check for interactions on the prescription drugs she was taking. I did so and found that 4 of them had severe reactions with the other meds she was on. She had told me that 3… times they could not wake her up in the morning. I call 4 times that day to speak to the person in charge, they never returned my call even tho I told them it was life threatening. I also called twice and ask that my daughter call me. They did not tell her. That day was not good for her because of a patient that was gang affiliated began harassing my daughter in front of the staff which would not do anything to stop this person from her verbal assaults. My daughter decided to leave because the staff would not stop or say anything to this person. Inspirations paid for her return trip to the Everett area, she was not ask her where would be a safe place for her to dropped off, inspirations told the transport people to drop her off at the Tulalip Casino. Inspirations was well aware she had a gambling addiction.
First of all Taking someone’s food stamps is wrong. They get funded through the state, and the government. I’ve never heard of this before. Should have said that at the intake appointment. Sounds pretty suspicious to me.
I was just graduated yesterday! I felt well loved and very cared for. Even though they might have been under staffed they quickly had people in training for positions needed. I felt that they really loved their job and… so inturn i honestly felt loved. And that is one thing you cannot fake! I also believe it is what you make it! I believe they saved my life !!
I have called this place 3 times. Once last night around 6pm, today around 9:30am and just called at 1:08pm. Date September 24th 2022. Trying to get intouch with anyone with information regarding intake for clients… children is impossible! When transporting from 4 hrs away this is complete garbage! Disgusting display of lack of communication 😤 Edit: regardless of your statement " not doing intakes on weekends "is infact an inaccurate statement, because my niece was infact there and made it through the intake on the 24th of September! Like stated before my niece is the daughter of an existing client of yours. Shame on you for continuing to make inaccurate statements. Also, not one person has returned any of my three calls/messages i left! I hope other people read this review along with the rest of the reviews before choosing this treatment facility. I wish we had read them!
How do I contact my wife? When do they get to make phone calls? And are they allowed phones?
I was a shell of a person entering Triumph's services. On the brink of losing my only son, I was seeking desperately for someone to give me another chance. From PCAP services, to the Parenting and Pregnant Women's… Program, and eventually IOP, every experience has been pivotal in my journey to recovery. I was encouraged, comforted, and made to feel safe which is exactly what my soul needed at the time. I believe there is something special about Triumph and it's employees, and I would recommend their program to anyone struggling from addiction.
Crystal if you see this I love you and our son so much I just want you to know I'm here and I'm praying for you . And hope you stick it out as much as you need to ... Thank you triumph ..... God has taken her here and I… know it's the best.. jaxx loves you and we look at pics every day of moma like you asked
Just released today! I had my fair share of issues while in my 28 day program. Healthcare concerns, nutritional guidines not followed and aggressive patients (emotional, mental and physical). Safety concerns being… handled behind the scenes I'm sure but none the less scary. You take what you can from a program that is understaffed and over worked. The office staff are attempting thier best with what is expected of them. I agree timing of Apts ( over a week to schedule an LAB draw), medication (not refilled but NEEDED, and 3 months supply of medication I brought with me) and 50% of my meals were without proper nutrition. Meals were to be High protein and low Fiber. Lactose and sugar free. No soup. The list was approved and provided yo staff however not addressed meal by meal. From shredded cheese being brought along with a container of tomatoes and pickels....no protien. Ofyen meals were skipped. I was also given a partial cooked turkey burger as a replacement. My hardest Health barriers were a daily occurrence. Inspirations- Triumph.
Triumph is a good basic treatment facility- they saved my life. The only thing I don’t like is that they do MRT which in my opinion goes directly against the idea that addiction is a disease.
Triumph has absolutely saved my life in every way! They have also provided me with a place to grow and learn about myself and life in each stage of recovery until i am ready to move on with my life! From inpatient to… pregnant and parenting women program then through housing and out patient services.
This place is horrible Definitely would not recommend. This place will literally make you go insane. Emma is power hungry with control issues and not a good counselor at all. She doesn't help solve problems, I suggest… replacing her with someone with less control issues and more problem solving skills.
Inspirations Residential program needs to replace Emma B. She has purposely hid the fact the a couple of the patients have scabies from the other clients, the Heads of Triumph, and the Health department. There are… conflict of interests. Allowing a client to be high on meth and let here remain in the facility because they are friends outside. Did not record another clients continued dangerously high blood pressure and refused to let her go to the doctor. And all of this has happened in the past week. Emma does these things because she is money hungry and addicted to power, she does not have the clients best interest at heart. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. This should be a place of healing and for women who suffer from the disease of addiction to recover but unfortunately it is not. Hire more counselors!!! 2 counselors for 16 - 18 women is not enough to support and help the clients. I just graduated from there on 1/2/22 so I know all this to be fact. I hope this gets to the heads of Triumph and action is taken, please!
My cousin had to go to triumph and the the staff showed favoritism towards patients and manipulate patients into turning against eachother. They told her if she didnt apply for TANF and EBT that they would write a repot… to her cps case worker that she was in non complience which in return would seriously hurt her case as far as and the threat of cps taking ones child away for non complience is extremely nerve wracking not to mention heart breaking. The reason they were so insistent upon her applying for TANF and EBT is because they said that her insurence pays for her, but not her baby and the money from TANF is to cover her baby and the EBT is to pay for food. Triumph is advertised as a treatment facility that is for mothers and their children amd it is paid for by insurence. What is a mother supposed to do when she gets out of treatment and has no money to get housing or food because her ebt money is gone? And then they told her if she doesnt get housing that she has to stay for an extra 2 months, well her money from TANF was spent by the facility!!! This place is beyond terrible its unsafe and something needs to happen, please do not send your loved ones here
Helped me get my life on track. I am eternally grateful. Five years clean and sober. They led me down the right track and I never looked back.
Through triumph treatment I was able to go through treatment learn some skills that helped me in life.
