Barth Clinic – Yakima Detox and Rehab Services
Barth Clinic – Yakima carries a listing for intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Sessions follow a set timetable while people keep living at home. Which of these is appropriate depends on an assessment, not on what sounds manageable at the time.
The listing records a single focus rather than combined treatment, so anyone needing both should confirm what is available. Medication-assisted treatment combines approved medication with counseling and clinical review. It is worth asking how many hours a week the program runs, because that decides whether it fits around everything else.

Barth Clinic – Yakima Address, Location and Contact Information
The facility address is 201 East Lincoln Avenue, Yakima, Washington, 98901. The city lies within Yakima County. The catchment reaches beyond the city itself. How someone gets there matters more than it sounds: travel is one of the commonest reasons a course of treatment stops partway.
It is worth calling first to confirm access, parking and the shape of a first visit. Where no one answers, leaving a message and calling again later usually works better than giving up.

Fantastic place. I'm so glad I went here. Everyone was so inviting and friendly., didn't look at me based off of why I was there. Kim is amazing! Highly recommend them.
Great place for those serious about recovery, this place will help you in every way possible.. even rental assistance.. in fact this place is the only reason I stayed in Yakima for as long as I did.. (3 months) lol
The people here are amazing. They go above and beyond and it's very much appreciated. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️

Good people there that care about ur recovery
Michelle, Jaime and staff are amazing to work with. I have seen so much growth in myself and peers. Addiction is hard on its own but they create a safe and family like atmosphere. Ultimately turning recovery into… something that has a stigma of being "bad" into something surprisingly beautiful. I would recommend Barth to anyone I come across struggling in addiction because they truly care for their patients inside and outside of the classrooms. They go above and beyond to help people.Myself and my family are grateful for Barth and everything they do for us and the community.
Let me give you the definition of a Quack: "a person who dishonestly claims to have special knowledge and skill in some field, typically medicine." I really don't understand how I can explain something so clearly so… coherently, So obviously I don't have drugs in my system yet still it's recommend that I have a Severe Substance use Disorder. To claim, such a bad substance use disorder they're recommending I seek treatment at a different facility, probably because I would speak how bad their initial diagnosis was during my whole of treatment at their facility - because I can see past their business model. What a waste of funds, what a waste of potential, how can such a nicely organized room contain such an inexperienced unscientific person that can so easily recommend treatment which isn't needed.
Sarah was an amazing instructor. Very professional, very helpful, and very friendly. Would recommend to anyone in need of the ADIS class.

Sara is an excellent advisor; she tries to make sure I understand the information.
Sara is a very good teacher. I'm learning a lot and I'm on the right track right now.
I grew up in Yakima and have been to multiple treatment facilities. And none of them are even comparable to Barth Clinic. The sense of family and unity I experienced during the 2 years I attended here is unmatched.… Nothing felt forced or redundant. The groups felt structured and the atmosphere also felt secure and safe. I met many individuals from consolers to fellow group members from all walks of life and never felt judged, just accepted and encouraged to be myself while striving to improve the areas of my life that I felt comfortable enough to work on. The help and guidance I received at Barth Clinic ultimately saved my life and transformed me into someone I can be proud of. My family and I are eternally grateful.
Very rude people who work here. don't recommend if your looking to actually get help in recovery.
