Wellpower has really helped me a lot in life. For 30 years I had been afraid to go see a psychotherapist because of a bad bad diagnosis in the early 1990s. When I chanced to go back to wellpower I found that psychiatry… had changed and I found doctors that I could trust. I'm glad that I did and I am better for it to this day.

2 year wait list for residential help. Receptionist was very discouraging about even applying for the program, as she told me the wait is long and some people don't even qualify. Very deceiving and disappointing, for… sure. Not a place to go for crisis mental health services, IMO.

i’ve received care here for about 2 years. my two therapists have been absolutely wonderful. Christina and Faith helped me through such difficult times and rewriting narratives and helping me with healing. They are both… such souls and i love how wellpower really shows up for their community in every way they can it’s beautiful

I had a divisive experience here. The pharmacists and psychiatrist I experienced were fine and helpful, but the therapy team eventually fell off for me. My recent experience is switching to another therapist as a my… current one left, and eventually was left with 0 response or help to get another therapist.

Nurse Jane at Wellshire Behavioral Health is fantastic! She not only communicates timely, but also follows through with medication issues right away. My stability depends on Jane and Dr. Ryan.

I've been receiving services from Wellshire Behavioral Health for several years. In the past year, they have become woefully unreliable, from being unable to fill psychiatrist positions for months at a time (they… currently do not have one on staff) to allowing providers to either miss or skip appointment times entirely. This puts an extreme strain on patients, especially ones who cannot fill their critical prescriptions without regular doctor consultations. I will be seeking services elsewhere in the near future.

I had my first psychiatric appointment with Dr Kenneth MacIntyre, and I have to say that he was very understanding about everything. He understood and respected that I didn’t want to try previous medications again, and… prioritized what I wanted to be treated first. He’s also helping me get affordable care as well as transgender care. He proved within just 90 minutes that he truly cares for his patients no matter the color, identity, or background. Highly recommend!

I do not recommend Winifred Wolfe, the psychiatrist. On the first visit, without any knowledge or reason, she announced that ADD---a diagnosis of years from the prior psychiatrist---was a misdiagnosis. Worse, she… repeatedly fails to submit the correct prescription or to keep up on submitting refills. She is given plenty of lead time. But she ignores the pharmacy's phone calls, she ignores messages from the nurse line when a week has passed and the situation is urgent, and she makes her patients miss their meds (and get the nasty side effects and risks that flow from that). How can she be so arrogant yet unable to do the most basic work? Do the basics, first, and maybe afterward as a reward you can play god with people's mental health.

I had been going to MHCD since 2004. Made my way up to Wellshire Clinic. Everything went down hill once Wellpower took over. 1 doctor over medicating me, therefore I couldnt hang on to a job for very long. Next doctor… does a med change, then leaves the practice 2 weeks later and the only help I could get from them is in mid february. Ashley could CARE LESS about the predicament I am currently in. Its a sad day when doctors dont mind that because of them Im barely functioning. Sad.

I highly recommend this place that I have been going to for about 4 years. Making appointments is very easy. Doctors also allow video and phone appointments as well. There have been times when I don’t feel like a… medication is working well or have questions and the nurse will contact me back usually within the hour to discuss details and possible solutions/changes that can be made. All staff here is very friendly and helpful.

I attempted to contact them because they showed up as someone I could use for my insurance. Called multiple times. Not able to leave a message. Once I did get some one stating I'm new patient, they said I needed to be… transferred to another area because of using insurance. Once I was, and mentioned the person I would like to see that person wasn't even at their location. Good thing people aren't struggling already with mental health, but trying to find some one to help? Impossible. Thanks

Can't talk to a person, they say their front desk hours but there is no way to talk with them your only option is to leave a message and hope for a call back to even hope for getting a appointment. Mental health is a… serious issue. But they act like people can wait to start getting the help people need.

Nobody answered the phone. Tried all different options. They wanted my birthdate and insurance information to decide if they’d call me in two business days. Disabled veteran that just wanted help and someone to talk to… that wouldn’t automatically lock me up for months like the VA hospital.

This group is unbelievably unprofessional. I’ve contacted them 9 times over the past 3 weeks, voice mails each time and only received 2 calls back, which i immediately returned to no answer. I’m not sure what’s going on… here, it could be that working from home has caused them to disconnect, regardless i knew this would be an issue when the first gentleman who gave the phone number for the intake manager was concerned with her reliability and warned me that if the person was unresponsive to call him back if that’s the case. Please don’t bother trying to do business with this group. And Wellshire, I hope you all improve immediately and re-staff if needed. There’s people who are really looking for support and you’re dragging out their ability to find a responsive operation who’s willing to take their business by stringing them along with your unresponsiveness. Beyond disappointing.

Was a patient here for a very short time. My assigned psychiatrist was extremely uncommunicative and did not help me navigate or even TELL me my diagnosis. She didn't even introduce herself when I met her for the first… time. I did not, at any point, feel like I was heard, understood, or cared for in the slightest. Do NOT go here if you're seeking mental health help– you're going to run into a brick wall. The staff here doesn't know what they're doing. Go elsewhere, please.

My doctor, Dr. Conger, is really great! She is both empathetic and professional, as well as being extremely knowledgeable. She has helped me a lot since I've started working with her nov '19. She works great with… insurance too. But the rest of the staff is very lovely as well. People working the front desk are prompt and kind. The pharmacy here is always stocked and goes the extra mile for you. The nurses who can authorize refills are also friendly and quick as well. Overall, a great place, but usually booked a month out.

A Wellshire therapist told my abuser that he is the one being abused. At least one therapist here is encouraging an abusive man in his delusions instead of helping him.
