Workit Health MI – Ann Arbor Detox and Rehab Services
What Workit Health MI – Ann Arbor offers, on record, is detox, intensive outpatient and outpatient care. The withdrawal stage is clinically observed, which is what makes it safer than stopping alone. Sessions follow a set timetable while people keep living at home. Anyone unsure which level fits should ask for an assessment rather than choosing from a list, since placement criteria exist precisely to make that judgement.
Only one side is on record here, so ask directly if both are needed. Medication-assisted treatment combines approved medication with counseling and clinical review. The weekly time commitment varies considerably between providers, so establish it early rather than after admission.

Provision extends to the wider area, so check the journey before you set off. The practical question of getting to appointments week after week is worth thinking through at the outset.

It works, they are professionals, & they care!!!!
10 out of 10 highly recommend for the busy person that wants to make addiction a priority but restriction is time or Transportation not anymore not with this program everything is done from the comfort of wherever you… choose still private can get one-on-one or group feedback the qualifications and steps are easy and if you have insurance it's a walk in the park before I head insurance I would have given it for three stars just because it was very expensive $75 a week plus the cost of prescription otherwise their time out of 10 amazing and they will try and find a way to work with you when it comes to payments if you're in that position I did not ask enough questions when I was in that place so don't let that deter you#wedorecover
I love these people, they're great.
I have been a meber for over two years, and never had a proble. Due to a recent surgery, I had to take a break from meetings and was unable to take my medication. During this time, I received automated messages… indicating that I would be terminated from the program unless I scheduled an appointment. I also encountered challenges with my insurance, as I was waiting for your billing department to initiate a pre-authorization. Unfortunately, this did not occur, leaving me uncertain about my out-of-pocket costs. As a single parent facing financial difficulties, it is crucial for me to have clarity on potential expenses. I attended the meeting as required, only to be informed by your staff member, Shanna, that she would not refill my medication and insisted on a one-on-one meeting instead. I received a message from your team indicating that she had an opening at 4:20 PM that day, which I confirmed. However, shortly before the scheduled appointment, I was informed that it had been canceled. I was disappointed to receive a suggestion to visit the emergency room if I experienced any issues over the weekend, rather than receiving the necessary support. Given these circumstances, I feel compelled to escalate this matter to the Better Business Bureau. I kindly request that you do not bill my insurance for services that were not rendered. If a one-on-one session was required due to my absence, I believe I should have been informed beforehand to avoid any misunderstanding and to conserve my time and energy. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.
So far so good..alot of information and I enjoy reading the comments that people take time to share.
Absolute disgrace this place stick it up you know what false information through out lazy workers and wasted my money thanks for nothing but taking my money ! I will not be continuing with this mill of a place do not… contact me either there’s nothing no one can say you had that opportunity and not a hire up called no worries all good thanks forr the meds that’s about all that helped ! Look for other places this place sucks
You sit through an hour group for a 2 second conversation. They can keep their medication. I don't want it anymore. This place sucks and is very sexist towards Men. They bow down to the females going through a rough… time. But if a man is homeless they expect him to jump through hoops. Worst place to get treatment.
This program is awesome!!!! It gives you a comfortability of doing it in your own home, as long as you want recovery is there especially at work it health.
WorkIt Health has been a lifesaver for me. I've been with them for a while now and because I've been living in small town USA I don't have options for a place to go to get the help I need & they were there for me. So it… is in my opinion that if you live in a small town & are in need of help, go see them. They make getting help easy & they don't judge or pick and pry at you about how you are going about getting better. They understand everyone's journey is individualistic and no two people do things the same. If you need MAT & there isn't a doctor near by, contact them & start getting better today
My insurance covers everything. It's over video. Hassle free. It is a game changer.
Workit has really made my stars change twice once for two years and this time thank u for the support cause I do not have much support working on it
Great place to get off opiates and stay off everyone there really cares about you and how your doing and they offer you many ways to help you to stay on the right path. Thanks guys I appreciate all of your help and… support. Greg Lauro
They messed up and didn't charge my insurance so was left with a bill and now can't renroll in the program until balance is paid in full so much for help with addiction
I absolutely love Workit Health. PA Ailey has a beautiful soul. She is very professional and kind. She listens to all my issues regarding my stress and what triggers my cravings. The group meetings we have every month… really help me keep focus on my rehabilitation. Thank you all for all you do! The app works fine for me and the only issues I've had were from my end.
Work It , is a one stop shop, for therapy, educational activities, prescriptions, group therapy in every area you can imagine. All from the comfort of your own home!! This is by far the best doctor/ therapy place out… there, I will never leave Work it
They are super great and welcoming I'm never judged about anything at all. We all relate in one way or another and there's so many groups for all subjects peers are always online to help along with the medical team… which are fast at needs. They have been great to me and understanding the best place and I rated y'all very highly and on Google
It’s okay. It’s consistent with medications but drug taking is convoluted and difficult to do, and appointments are only shared and never one on one, so each month you have to share your personal recovery journey AND… your personal medical information with a whole group of new strangers. Your shared appointments include having to discuss what is supposed to be protected medical information such as prescriptions and medical problems, in front of other patients on camera who you don’t know and change every appointment. That’s IF you can keep your required appointment because the doctors cancel your appointments every month sometimes several times a month and you are just expected to constantly rearrange your own schedule over and over to accommodate the doctors who just cancel appointments all Willy nilly. I wouldn’t really recommend this company.
Best place to receive help with substance abuse
These people are crooks!!!! I was lead to believe my insurance would cover the cost of their services when I told them I am coming from a different app and don't want to pay big out of pocket costs. Long story short you… have to discuss your needs in front of a group of people you don't know from Adam. The only way to speak to your provider is right in the middle of an online "group" . Two appointments later I get blindsided by almost a thousand dollar bill. DO NOT USE THIS APP FOLKS. QuickMD is so much better. Your one on one with your provider and its only $99 a visit.
Wonderful experience
Been going to shared group for over a year. Rachel is the best! All of a sudden there are PA’s I have never seen before. I don’t have a problem with that, However! Shannon was dropping the F word several times and was… telling patients it’s ok to miss doses take your meds whenever you need it? I was skipping over they saw I was new never said a word to me and just as it was my turn to say how I was doing Sam said well we are out of time and even left during the meeting! Wow! I guess it was good and now I am not sure. I used to look forward to my meetings! Not today. I sent messages in the app and each department told me to tell the other that’s why I am here! To be heard!
Working Health is an amazing online LISCENED clinic for those opiate users wanting to get off the hard stuff and maintain a better sobriety. They have one on ones,, as wells as doodle diary , they offer ao many unique… groups that are fun interesting and full Of different ideas on how to stay healthy stay sober and watch our lives excellent! If it wasnt for workit idk where id be right now
I was with them for over 3 years,Laura was amazing. BUT I left and months later still having insurance they told me I owed $1,500. I did thier' new appointment system for over a year,I had no diff appointments,no extra… help, they just choose to over charge me $500 a month for three months! It has nothing to do with my insurance it's all on thier' end,I did it for 36 months with no extra services, and actually they forced u from one on one to group therapy where one question is asked something like "what are u greatfull for' then they send your script. Also what they don't tell u is this, opioids take 3 days to get clean,Suboxone takes 30-50 days minimum you are trading a evil for a evil, and when patients devolp problems like with your pancreas or your teeth start falling out, they'll say we'll see a doctor I don't know. I see alot of people say this program saved their life, but what they don't know is it just shortened it and now they got a worse addiction. And then they will charge you for some mysterious extra up charge for the exact same services..
As You know what 🐯 say's..... THEIR GREATTT!
Workit Health has deceptive practices specifically designed to take advantage of unsuspecting customers and future patients of their virtual doctor visit services. Whatever you do do not do business with these people… because they will never stop billing you! They are very dishonest. When you make an appointment to speak with one of their nurses, you are automatically enrolled in a program And when you look at their website, it says “you can cancel anytime” -- this is a big fat lie! Per their policy, I have emailed them to let them know that I wish to cancel my membership -- which I never even signed up for in the first place! I even also messaged them on their App (as instructed) to cancel my membership. But they STILL refused to cancel my membership! I have no problem paying for services as they are rendered .. and I did pay for the virtual consultation as well as some initiation fee. But I do not need ongoing care and they are making it very very difficult for me to cancel. I have now spoken with various departments within Workit Health and they are still refusing to cancel whatever program they have enrolled me in. Which has a weekly billing cycle! I had to even call my credit card company to inform them of what was going on so that they could put a stop. Thankfully, I put it on my AMEX card. I explained the situation to AMEX and they were more than happy to assist me in this matter. I only needed one virtual visit online and was more than happy to pay whatever it was going to cost. But I just needed ONE visit... Not a hidden lifetime membership with weekly billing. To this day, they are still not canceling my membership and I'm still getting messages on the Workit Health app, and also on my phone, letting me know that the card that I used isn't working! Well, that's because I had to put a stop payment thru American Express -- because Workit Health wouldn't cancel my membership and it's been over a week that I've been trying to get it Canceled! These people are probably going to try to mess my credit up and I will definitely get an attorney . I am a real estate investor with impeccable credit scores and I do not need this kind of harassment from Workit Health.
I just had my first appointment with Heather the nurse practioner and she is terrible at her job . She was not friendly at all even from the very first minute of the zoom . She did not greet me at all to the work it… health program and was rude from the first words out of her mouth . She made me immediately feel like I was aggravating her . She had a disgusted look on her face the whole time . She was so unprofessional that I would find hard to believe that she doesnt treat every patient like that every time . It was so bad that I disconnected my zoom meeting with her within the first 5 minutes and I will not be a patient at Work it Health . I would recommend that everyone stay away from Work it Health if that how your treated from the first point of contact with the company .
