The staff is very caring, respectful, & thoughtful. The therapy is comprehensive including mind and body. This was life changing for me. I can’t recommend Recovia enough.

If you’ve ever felt like a “frequent flyer” at your ER because of stress, chronic pain, or mental health struggles — I’ve been there. I tried the big-box programs with 20+ people in group therapy (good luck opening up… in that setting), I tried the programs that wanted me inpatient for 30 days (sorry, not leaving my husband for that long!), and I tried just pushing through on my own. Nothing worked…until I found Recovia Gilbert Mercy. Here’s the difference: small groups (my biggest was 5 people), therapists who actually listen, physical therapists who help your body heal, and medical staff who don’t miss a thing. It’s holistic, it’s compassionate, and it actually works. Plus, the front desk team (Stacy & Rafael) will make you feel like a VIP every single time. This isn’t just another program — it’s the one you’ve been praying for. Seriously, stop scrolling and call them. Your healing is waiting.

After struggling with mental health since childhood, this place has been a lifesaver! This is my second time doing an IOP and has helped me in so many ways that I never thought possible. I was searching all over the… east valley for a facility and once I read the description of the program, I called and was able to be evaluated the next day. My therapist Lydia has been the ONLY therapist (I’ve gone thru several) that has helped me get to the root cause of my issues. I love that they also incorporate meditation and physical therapy. I have learned so much about mental health and how it impacts the brain and body. This program is also helping me with my alcohol recovery as I’m no longer using alcohol as a coping mechanism and have learned healthier coping skills. I was skeptical my first day until I met a lady there that had the biggest smile on her face. She told me that this place has saved her and that she is able to live again which now I can attest to feeling the same. For once, I’m happy internally and can appreciate all that I’ve been thru because it’s made me a stronger person. Ive been coming for about a month now and even my husband says he’s noticed a difference. Im truly grateful for this place and its staff as everyone here is so friendly. Highly recommend as this place is a game changer when it comes to mental health and surprised more facilities don’t offer their module.

They are your typical money hungry pop psychology. All they want is your money. The only part that was helpful was the physical therapy. You see a nurse who asks you how you’re doing, tells you to call your regular… doctor because she can’t do anything, and send you on your way. There is no talk time, and you get to talk to a “psychologist” who was probably a school guidance counselor. It is a waste of time and money!
