Providence – Santa Rosa

I attended the IOP program at Providence earlier this year and went 3 days a week for 3 months. From my initial contact and scheduling my intake appointment, to doing the intake, to starting and ultimately graduating… from the program, I felt welcome and supported every step of the way. I am so grateful to have been able to work with all of the amazing staff there to help me process trauma, prioritize my mental health, and take care of myself. This program creates a safe space where everyone is welcome. I left feeling seen, heard, and validated with improved self confidence, a more regulated nervous system, and a binder full of information to reference and coping skills to utilize when I need them. I am a better version of myself thanks to this program and the people who facilitate it.

I wish I could give them 10 stars. I participated in this program for 13 weeks for complex PTSD. I'd never been in anything like this before. This program was life altering for me in all the best ways. The staff is… compassionate and committed, they behave as if each day is the most important day of treatment. I shared my 13 weeks with roughly 40 different people there for a wide array of issues. My estimate is that about 75% left the program feeling similarly impressed and enthused as me. The remaining 25% either weren't ready in their minds to be there or they were there as part of some court order and just weren't fully engaged. It was heartwarming watching people who arrived in such deep despair leave weeks later like new people. I had to drive 45 minutes each way to attend this 4 days a week and I would do it again in a heartbeat. These folks at Providence IOP are doing something truly remarkable. If you are needing or wanting help, embrace this program.

They show more concern about their interns than patients. They use you as a test subject without asking your permission.

Great place for learning and healing. A safe place with a supportive community.
