I have had such a positive experience at Sagepoint. Every single person I met both staff and peers was so kind and welcoming. Caroline the director was especially helpful and accommodating. She assisted me in extending… my time in treatment so I would be better prepared for the transition back to work. The staff truly cares about every person, and does all they can to meet your individual needs. I will forever look back on this experience. It changed my life, and has helped me address my mental health in a positive atmosphere.
This is the best mental health program I have ever been part of! I was particularly impressed with the counselors and therapists- they teach with empathy and offer great insight, but things unfold in a way where clients… are empowered to make their own life-changing discoveries. I was also amazed by the connections formed between group members. This is something I have never experienced in the mental health resources I have engaged before. Every human being could benefit from participating in something like this - whether you think you have a problem or not.
I had an incredible experience at Sage Point. Every clinician I worked with was supportive, kind, and genuinely invested in my care. I never once felt unsafe, every interaction and every group felt intentional,… contained, and emotionally safe. Caroline is truly amazing and deeply focused on helping clients get the treatment they need to succeed and transition back into their lives outside of Sage Point with confidence and support. I am endlessly grateful for my time there, and it’s an experience I would highly recommend to anyone seeking compassionate, effective care.
From my very first interaction, I felt welcomed by the friendly and supportive atmosphere of this clinic. Elena was warm and inviting, and I immediately felt at ease. I was also pleasantly surprised that my initial… consultation was scheduled much sooner than I had anticipated. During my initial intake with Caroline, I truly felt heard and understood. She showed genuine care and a clear willingness to help, which made a meaningful difference for me. My onboarding session with Morgan was equally positive—she was incredibly kind and took the time to clearly explain what to expect and how the sessions are structured. I entered my first session with open arms and no hesitation, as I had been longing to find the help and support I needed. I initially participated five days a week for three hours a day over two weeks, and then transitioned to three days a week for three hours. Throughout the program, every therapist was attentive, compassionate, and supportive. The group members were also kind and open, often sharing their own experiences in ways that helped me feel less alone. Overall, this clinic helped me find a community that is free of judgment and rooted in mutual support and understanding. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking help and support for their mental health.
I was apprehensive at first, group therapy is not common for me . It was the best choice I could have made for myself. The administration staff were so great, timely and always ready to help. The therapists were very… welcoming and they ensured everyone had time to speak and share their difficulties. I had issues with insurance and without a second thought, Carolyn had already decided on a solution before I knew it was an problem. I was able to stay 3 more weeks and get the full experience of the program without stress or worry. Izzy's voice will love rent free in my head for a long while. This is how every program should run mental health services; with kindness, dignity, humanity, and a sense of urgency.
I was nervous when I first started at SagePoint. I didn’t know what to expect and worried it might feel awkward. But from the first day the staff made me feel welcome and supported. They know how to be friendly and… approachable while still keeping you accountable, which made me feel safe but also motivated to grow. Everything is explained in a clear and nonjudgmental way, and they really take time to treat each person as an individual. They also give you real life tools you can actually use to handle whatever you’re dealing with outside the program. Amber, my therapist, is super chill and easy to talk to. She acts like a normal person which made opening up so much easier. Caroline, the director, is amazing at helping with referrals and will do whatever she can to accommodate special requests. Over time I even made good friends in the group who I still keep in touch with. By the end of the program I honestly didn’t want to leave because it had become such a supportive and positive place. I highly recommend SagePoint to anyone who is thinking about joining.
I had a really positive experience attending this IOP. From the moment I started, everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and supportive. The staff truly care and go out of their way to be helpful, and the group atmosphere… made it easy to feel comfortable opening up. It’s a safe space where you feel understood and encouraged, and that made a big difference in my journey. I’m very grateful for the kindness and guidance I received here. A heartfelt thank you to each person who showed me compassion and reminded me that I am not alone in this process. Your warmth and encouragement have meant more than I can put into words.
Exceptional Mental Health Support - Highly Recommended! I had the best experience at Sage Point. From the moment I joined the program, I felt truly supported and cared for. The staff are incredibly kind, professional,… and genuinely practice what they teach; they set an excellent example of compassion and understanding. The group room is warm, comforting, and light-filled, and provide snacks , coffee, and tea which makes it feel less like a clinical setting and more like a safe, supportive space. Everyone in the group is respectful, and the rules are clear, reasonable, and help us connect while practicing healthy boundaries. I have learned so much through this program and am extremely grateful I found it. Out of all the mental health programs I’ve attended, Sage Point stands out as the most supportive, compassionate, and effective. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking real care and guidance; they truly make a difference. Thank you to everyone at Sage Point for creating such a positive and nurturing environment!
I have no words. SagePoint saved my life. I am so grateful for Caroline and her incredible staff.
I am incredibly grateful for my experience with SagePoint Behavioral Health's Intensive Outpatient Program. When I first reached out to them, I was at a low point, feeling like my world was falling apart. I had no idea… what to expect, but I knew I needed help, and I felt an immediate sense of relief from the very first phone call. Though I initially struggled with feelings of embarrassment and shame about seeking help, from day one, I knew I was in the right place. The atmosphere was welcoming, and it quickly became a space of comfort and support. I looked forward to every session and always walked away more at peace. The skilled facilitators and group members created an environment where I felt truly seen and heard, and the meetings were full of meaningful tools and techniques that helped me heal and grow, even at my age when I thought I knew how to get past my tribulations. SagePoint provided me with the opportunity to release the heaviness and trauma I had carried with me, and I began to see my own potential for both my professional and personal life. I’ve learned that I have the power to choose a new path—one of hope, self-love, and strength. I am no longer defined by my past, and I now feel empowered to move forward with a brighter future. Thank you, SagePoint, for your unwavering support and for helping me rediscover my strength and resilience. I will forever be grateful for the impact you've had on my life!
Sagepoint was the pivotal care I needed. Quite literally saved my life. The staff are outstanding and attention to each and everyone on a personal level was amazing. Highly recommended
From the very beginning the director and her incredibly wonderful and compassionate counselors made me feel welcomed and safe. This program was life changing for me. My group counselor was just a stellar human being, so… kind and very knowledgeable. I really felt heard and was given useful feedback. I have learned so much about myself. Since being around my the other group members I now know I am not alone. Everyone was just so kind and supportive in a nonjudgement way. Every group we were taught and given psychoeducation tools that I can use everyday. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the staff at SagePoint. I am so grateful to you all.
Wonderful online group setting, it took me sometime to get use to the idea of being a part of a group but after a few sessions I became comfortable with it because of how the program is set up. I appreciate the program… and would recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive environment.
This place was life changing and eye opening. This place did more for me than 20 years of regular therapy. Now ready to move on and continue what I’ve learned to heal and cope and live a balanced life. Thank you… sagepoint.
SagePoint changed my life. I came to the program at an all time low and with the help of Caroline and Daniella I was able to begin working on past traumas, obtain sobriety and improve my mental health. I will miss this… program but am now excited for my future. Thank you.
This is not a safe place. One of their therapists got me admitted to an abusive psychiatric ward against my will.
SagePoint was such an amazing experience! The therapists were warm, insightful and extremely proactive. I was skeptical of participating in another IOP - but Sage was transformational. I highly, highly recommend it to… literally anyone was is struggling. Please reach out if you'd like to discuss further.
I'm so happy I found this place! I have done IOP with kaiser twice and my experience with SagePoint was way different. What I really liked about SagePoint first was the small group we had, the place just felt very comfy… and more intimate than Kaiser. Secondly, I really enjoyed the exercises/activities we did. The material didn't feel boring. I was actually excited to engage, and everyone had their opportunity to share in a timely manner. The last hour is free talk which could be fun. We would come up with a topic and go from there so again never boring! Caroline is very good at what she does! You never feel judged, and she gives great feedback and directs the group very well. The place is very clean. Water, tea, and snacks are available to have (Oreos are my fav!). After I completed the program, I was invited to attend an alumni group at SagePoint. I think it's amazing that they care so much about the people they treated to come back in another group setting to talk about our continued sobriety journey. I was happy and excited to start attending alumni nights because I loved the program so much, I missed it! It's nice to see other group members too! I highly recommend SagePoint. If you are reading this thinking about it just do it!
Sagepoint IOP is a safe and comfortable space to begin a recovery journey (or ongoing) from addiction. The therapists are amazing! Thoughtful, compassionate and very knowledgeable regarding addictive behaviors. They… genuinely care about your well being and help you navigate yourself back to a healthier person. Highly recommend!
It has been an honor to rebuild myself while SagePoint IOP was also in the process of building their program. The experience has been life changing, life rebuilding and safe. The most beneficial to my recovery was the… skilled therapists who are capable, compassionate and caring for those people with trauma. They guided me through learning how to address the trauma and not allow it to consume me; rather overcome it
