Your doctors lie, then lie some more to try and cover the first lie. I had to explain basic pharmacology to THEM, they form a diagnosis without even examining the patient! In short: THEY SUCK! Your pharmacists whine and… cry if they have to answer the phone. They are rude, judgemental, and at times just plain mean. In short: THEY SUCK! in closing: COMPASS SUCKS!

My new psychiatrist is very good. Have only seen her once but I can tell. I've had good luck here in the past but during the pandemic had to see other ones that weren't so good. I'm seeing a lady named Amanda now and… she seems wonderful. After my first visit I was informed they don't prescribe benzos, Valium. Which I had been taking for years and was helping a lot with my anxiety and back problems. I told them if they refused I wouldn't be back. They said they wouldn't do it and so I left. Compass sucks! It seems like they were just worried about the drugs and not in helping me Compass bought Comtrea which was my old Health Network. Compass doesn't believe in prescribing benzos. I haven't been back since I found that out.

Please update your NA meeting. Said you have meeting at 7:30 on Thursday at 110 Mill St but there was no one there or no meeting. Some rely on the schedules posted on websites. Thx

Since Compass took over Comtrea it's been downhill, fast.My sister has been in Keaton center 6 years.The "staff" is very rude when talking to clients family who try to stay in touch with their relatives.Are the clients… prisoners now..yes

This company needs to seriously re-evaluate what's important and what is not. If I could take stars away,I would. Do not recommend.

Dr is on vacation so I can't get my meds refilled and the office doesn't care I ran out days ago. Comtrea was so much better they had people who actually cared for the patients.

I can’t reach my son’s transportation aid . She doesn’t have her voicemail setup so I can leave a message.

Let me clarify this. Kelly Ratz is a gifted N.P. In Behavioral Health! She is the best in my book! However, the office there in Festus is another story! Since Compass Health took over Comtrea, Festus, trying to get a… hold of that office has been confusing and time consuming to say the least. When I call the number listed on the Google, it ends up being a fax line! And Google list the Compass Health office as temporarily closed!! I had to talk to 4 or 5 people just to reach my provider line! It took at a lot of my time. This ought not be!

Compass wouldn’t be so bad if they were not forcing people off of Benzos. At least that’s what my psychiatrist told me. Including the people who have been on them for 10-20-30+ years. The brain and body get used to… having the medication over time. Taking it away causes severe withdrawals that I have already been through before. It’s literally hell. I don’t think the severe side effects of taking people off of them after YEARS of treatment is really truly understood at all. It’s very serious. The withdrawals can be so bad you could end up putting people in the hospital and then have a class action suit. They can even be deadly side effects. Even weaning off is incredibly difficult especially in the time frame that is expected. It’s absolutely ridiculous that I have to try to find a different provider to prescribe the medication I need when this shouldn’t even be occurring in the first place. I’ll be happy when I’m part of a program that doesn’t try to torture their own patients.

This is the welcome center. Its the first stop location where u basically register for services. Then you'll make a date for your actual assessment and get your appointments schedules for whatever they say you need or… qualify for based on your assessment Everyone was great here, got right in and was done in about 30 minutes. Very friendly staff.

I have used Comtrea for Thier mental health profesionals and also the Dental services.Excellent services and treated respectfully always.

I have been seeing Dr's and case managers for many years. Whenever I have an issue, it's usually resolved right away! I'm looking forward to working with my new case manager, Stephanie, in the coming months. Dr V is… great, too. My last concern was handled professionally and I'm very happy and satisfied about it!

Woman on the phone was extremely rude! Also what place does walk in only for scheduling an appointment and only allows for it during 7:30 - 11 am? I have a full time job why can’t I make an appointment on the phone?

Have a good relationship with both of my caretakers they are doing their best to help keep me on an even keel.
