They deleted my last review but trust and believe the man that works there should not work with mental health patients. Absolute garba

Groups are easy to attend since wifi picks up good. Goups are educational and encourage you to be involved. Time well spent!

Tasha is the best therapist and she is my person

I've been in the daymark program for over a year and Ms ebony had been absolutely amazing in the short time I've been seeing her virtually, she keeps us held accountable and is always there and so understanding when… needed and always keeps us updated. I'm very thankful for everything daymark has done for me

For months now I have been outpatient classes with Ms. Ebony. She is one of the most sensitive and caring counselors I’ve had. Her classes have very good insight to help you learn through recovery. Highly recommend!

Daymark is a great place for the help you need, Lisa is a great person also, she makes you feel comfortable and you’re at the right place.

I don’t have insurance. I never have to pay anything for a visit and I get affordable mental health meds. They even have cheap drug screenings if you need to make sure you are clean. 10/10. DAYMARK IS AWESOME!

Impressive professional atmosphere, combined with personal care. I would highly recommend this facility. The staff went above and beyond. I can't say enough good about them.

The receptionist staff are always kind and helpful. Ms Kitty and nursing staff are also kind and follow up on voicemails. Troy is empathetic and easy to talk to.

First time in about 15 years a psychiatrist didn't just straight up try to push medication on me for something I don't even have. Thanks Troy! Also shout out to the admin staff, specifically Tanya and Wanda. Yall know… how to treat people for who they truly are: people.

My granddaughter was in the Atrium hospital for 6 weeks because she tried to take her life. She was then in rehab for 2 week then released and was ordered to go to Daymark in Salisbury for counseling and for med.… control. We went for her assessment which they never called to schedule i had to and completed. I was told they would call for her counseling and psychiatrist appointment. After waiting a week no call so I called. The response was they'd have someone to call me back within 24 hours. No call. This went on for 4 weeks with the same response everytime I would call. While waiting, her meds were getting low, which was an issue. Still no calls while I continued to call back asking for help. I finally called Monarch in Albemarle for help and advise. The next morning I was in Monarch office and she was assessed, set up with counselors and psychiatrist for the next week. Staff was awesome. All Daymark did was threw her out to the dogs after getting the treatment and care she needed while in the hospital for weeks. They did nothing to continue her treatment or cared. Monarch is by far the best and cares about their patients. I'll never go back to Daymark or refer them to anyone.

As a professional seeking professional help i would certainly recommend Daymark. Thank you all for your help on this journey.

🌹 today Daniel was awesome in the preceding of taking my urine test very timely manner and he was very nice I really liked him five stars in my book

My daughter took her brother as a walk-in for an assessment needed for court. She got him there at 10 AM and it is now 4:37 PM and after 25 pages of information to be filled out prior to ever be spoken to, he is only… getting an appt to come back on another day. He was sent to the BHUC rather than the outpatient center. My daughter went inside after waiting all this time to inquire about her brother and when he may get out of this interview I guess you could call it not knowing the confidentiality practice and HIPPA compliance. I was on FaceTime the entire conversation and the lady asked my daughter questions only to say “I can neither confirm nor deny he is here.” My daughter stated “I’m the one who brought him here and I know he is here and I just wanted to know do I have time to take my 10 month old home and be back in time to get him?” Another lady comes out and begins to speak to my daughter who at this point is a bit frustrated and they say something that I couldn’t quit catch but I heard clearly this “professional” say to my daughter- “I seen you giving me the side eye so I felt I needed to explain.” Let me say this- I work with private information everyday and it doesn’t surprise me that most people have no clue what HIPPA entails and how important it is to apply compliance. That lady could have just simply explained that rather than nothing but I can’t confirm nor deny and then be unprofessional as a finale response to a frustrated person who is there to support a client THEY have in their building! I’ve never cared for this place for so many reasons and this just adds to my frustrations! I don’t prefer them for personal or professional purposes! Do better Daymark! I originally gave this agency a one star, but I will give it a three star after I spoke with the regional director. She did call me back we discussed in detail my daughter’s experience. It would be taken care of
