Mary Ann I wanted to write this letter to thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you have done for me. It is difficult to put into words how much your care, compassion, and guidance have meant throughout… my journey. We’ve been on this road for 10 years. You have never made me feel judged. Instead, you have always listened with patience, understanding, and kindness, helping me through some of the most difficult times in my life. Your support has given me hope when I struggled to find it on my own. Because of your encouragement and treatment, I have made changes that I once thought were impossible. One of my proudest accomplishments is quitting smoking and drinking—something I truly don’t believe I could have achieved without your support and belief in me. Those changes have improved my health and my future in ways I can’t fully express. Thank you for believing in me, even when I doubted myself. Thank you for celebrating my progress, helping me through setbacks, and reminding me that healing isn’t about perfection but about continuing to move forward. Thank you for understanding my diagnosis and being a gentle ear with multiple hospitalizations. The work you do changes lives, and I am living proof of that. I will always be grateful for your dedication, your expertise, and the genuine care you show your patients. You have made a lasting difference in my life, and I hope you know how deeply appreciated you are. Thank you for helping me become a healthier, stronger version of myself. With sincere gratitude, Priscilla Kirchner ❤️
The front desk and nursing staff here are absolutely fantastic—friendly, personable, and welcoming. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end, as the wait time to see the doctor was borderline egregious. Knowing… there would be a fair amount of paperwork, I intentionally arrived 30 minutes early. The staff promptly took my vitals, I finished the forms, and then the waiting began. I sat there long enough to watch a couple of YouTube videos to pass the time, with the only update being a misleading "you are next." By 3:45, I realized this was going to take much longer. I politely informed the staff that I could no longer wait and left. I sat in my car for 10 minutes wondering if I made the right call, and I absolutely did. My issue boils down to a lack of proactive and transparent communication. If there is a massive delay, just share that with your patients. I could have easily gone to Starbucks or taken a walk and come back. Instead, I was left sitting there. I operate on a simple rule: if a doctor expects to charge a fee for patients who are late or cancel with limited notice, they need to respect the fact that we are taking time off work to be on time. Patient time is just as valuable.
My name is Katina, and I began therapy with Dr. Richardson eight years ago. To this day, I am still receiving treatment through Integrated Behavioral Management—and I can truly say it changed my life. Before therapy, I… was all over the place. I didn’t have direction, and I struggled deeply. Then I met Dr. Richardson, and she became more than a therapist—she was a lifeline for me. From the very beginning, the office showed professionalism, kindness, and a genuine commitment to their patients. But what stood out the most was how Dr. Richardson saw me—not just where I was, but where I could be. She taught me that I have control over my emotions and that I must hold myself accountable for my mental and spiritual health. That lesson alone transformed me. As a former foster child, I’ve had many experiences, but one of my favorite foster moms was named Mrs. Richardson. Some may call it coincidence, but I believe what’s meant for you will always find its way to you. And there she was—Dr. Richardson, a former foster parent herself—someone who truly understood. With her guidance, patience, and unwavering commitment, I came from a dark place into the light. I am beyond grateful to Integrated Behavioral Health for their years of dedication, professionalism, and, most importantly, their heart for the community. They didn’t just help me—they helped me become a better version of myself.
I've been going to Integrated Behavioral Health Management for more than 5 years and I love them. When I have an appointment they are very friendly and make me feel like I'm part of their family. I see Maryann… Richardson she has stuck by me thru it all, when other places would have kicked me out. She is a very sweet women. Thank you Maryann and Integrated Behavioral Health Management for not giving up on me.
Dr Mary Ann Richardson is by far the best doctor, that I ever had. She actually care about her patient and their wellbeing. Dr. Richardson is kind and very patient with me. I can address all my problems with her, and it… is kept confidential. She very professional in her job, the office is clean, environment is very relaxing.
I love my doctor, Dr Maryann is the best doctor there is & l truly appreciate her, she helped me a lot & l wish l could put her in my pocket & take her everywhere l go (like when l leave this state) she's a really sweet… person l would just recommend anybody that goes to her EVERY TIME TO TELL THE TRUTH no matter how bad it may sound to you bcuz she’s not with any liars🥰🤦🏽♀️!!!! I love her♥️!!!!
DR RICHARDSON YOU ARE THE BEST I JUST WANT TO THINK YOU FOR EVERYTHING FOR HELPING OUR SON THANK YOU
Basically abandoned by the office once my insurance wasnt valid anymore due to being laid off to covid....made a hard time a lot harder. I understand fully that covid is difficult to navigate against, but my therapist… constantly cancelled or ended sessions early, My psychologist just gave random meds without really questioning or sometimes explaining to which I always refused. Going to have hard time wanting to continue mental health care after this staffs lack of care, I have zero trust in the mental health system now. Edit: My post was made 5 years ago and I said what happen that caused me to leave and how I felt and was treated during said situation. The nerve of this office to reply, "Not our client, dont know who she is" 5 years later is disgusting. Please choose another office, if I could rate it a 0/5 I would. Had you addressed this post 5 years ago you would absolutely remember who I am, but then again it show the lack of this office. Please notice how every comment thats rated similar to mine that speaks on the practice/speaks on the owner mary ann is met with very unprofessional remakes often years after comments or complaints are made. If you want mental health by a team that cares please choose anywhere else. God bless
I had a very disappointing experience with Mary Ann Richardson. My calls and texts went unanswered, and when I did finally get in touch, I was met with blatant disrespect and rude comments. She was unprofessional and… seemed completely disorganized — she asked me how old my son was about ten different times during the same evaluation. It was frustrating and uncomfortable. Honestly, Mary Ann Richardson comes across as too old and out of touch for the demands of her position. I would not recommend her to anyone looking for respectful or competent service.
Everyone is real nice. Did not take a long time to see me and my Husband. Witch was good because I my Mother was with me and she would have been upset if she would have had to be there for 3,hours Every thing went very… well.
Dr Mary Ann Richardson Truly Is Amazing! I have suffered with bipolar, dual diagnosis for over a decade. The last eight years I have been truly happy with the service. She is very understanding, open-minded. And truly… cares about your growth, and your success. And will provide everything that she can help you get on a path of living a life worth living!. she provides Psychiatric help, And therapy .. The office feels like a family. I even brought my daughter there. She is great with kids. I surely appreciate her Help on my journey. And would recommend her, And her office to anyone trying to start over. In need of any help with behavioral services.
My son was a patient here since he was 5 years old, now he is 8 years old. When we first started coming to this facility they were very helpful, concerning and return phone calls the same or next day. The last 2 months… I have been trying to get in contact with Maryann, it took her over a week to return my call concerning changes in my son’s behavior. When she did call back she was talking about another patient case, when I talk her this the wrong patient she said I’ll call you back that actually happened twice. I continue to call expressing that I needed to talk with her and never received a call back. My last phone call to try to reach her again the receptionist that answered the phone agreed with me to find another facility to go to. I believe that she has overwhelmed herself with patients and can’t give the attention that’s needed to patient. They did call today confirming an appointment for the next day but not to check on what I needed for my son. I have found him another facility to go to and a therapist.
Nicole and Maryanne are Great. They have made me feel as family rather than a patient. I highly recommend them for any diagnosis.
Dr. Richardson is great, she has done so much for me to insure I keep my life and she is a truly caring person!
Marey Anne is a great doctor. She takes the time to listen to what's going on with you and listens to whats bothering you and talks to you about what you can do to help things get better and how you can go about doing… it.She cares about her patients and helps them to better there lives and that means a lot when you need help to recovery.Plus the people that work there are great people and they are very caring and nice 🙂.
During the most difficult time in my life, Dr MaryAnne has helped me so much. Everyone in the office is super kind and on time which I appreciate. I would recommend anyone struggling to contact this Dr and her team.… They are absolutely amazing with great therapists! Shout out to Dr Wright one of the best you can get!! Thanks Intergrated Health
SIMPLY THE BEST. BETTER THAN ALL THE REST!!!!!
Started out good but I've been trying to get someone from there to call the insurance company and authorize the prescription. Been at this Dec 27 2022. I've made several attempts to get a message through for someone to… do their job. Not happy at all...
Great place!! Everyone that works there are wonderful and have great personalities.
Not punctual but willing to charge people $50 if they are late. My son has made 3 office visits and 3 online visits and I feel like no progress has been made. I am looking to go somewhere else because they are not useful
Been a patient for over a year. Marryann and her team Are very caring and understanding !!
All places carry their ups and downs, but if it wasn't for Dr.Richardson and her staff I'd still be in a terrible situation with the last doctor. You get out what you put in to any situation. If you are honest, open and… ready to receive this is the best place to be!!!! I am forever greatful.
This place as well as Marry Anne Richardson and her shady practices is a three ring circus, this "doctor's office" is the definition of a JOKE, if you need help with your addiction issues and or sobriety, do not seek… help here, you will get lied to, made fun of, berated, and stolen from, and that just the tip of the whole pathetic ice berg! I implore anyone that needs help to not go here, never cross paths with anyone who is employed here! If anyone has any questions or needs suggestions on how to get help I'll be glad to answer them... But please please please do not ever go here. They think that they can abuse us and treat us like complete garbage, because they are in control of something that we need, it's like they hold our meds over our heads, to manipulate and accomplish their own twisted goals. We may be addicts in recovery, but we are also people too! People who deserve a real doctor who cares about more than just money!
Well my granddaughter was a patient there Ms Richerson was her np we were going there for months maybe year and half then all of a sudden her therapist change locations and we were told she would have a replacement but… as of today no calls no contact nothing
I have one of the worst most stressful years I have had in my life. If it wasn’t for Dr. Maryann I don’t know what I would do or how I would cope Mentally with everything. As my year continues to get worse I at least… know I have her and the tools to help me make it through until life gets back to an upswing again.🎢
Love the staff and my doctor Mareyann she cares about her customers. She treats me like family and I can talk to her and feel comfortable and she listens and cares. She is the best doctor I have ever had!
Ive been ms. Richardson's patients for some months now i absolutely love her. She is the best and always listens to what you have to say or how ur feeling -Brittany F
