Great and Excellent 👌👍
Nice and understanding place, honesty, compassion, and respectful.
I would not recommend this practice to others based on my recent experiences. During my counseling session, my assigned counselor appeared to be falling asleep throughout the appointment. I eventually asked if she was… okay, and she said yes, but during the 38 minutes I was with her, she never once logged into her computer or conducted any form of assessment or documentation. When I reported this to the receptionist, I was told that this was not the first time this had happened. I was also informed that my insurance would still be billed despite the lack of care provided, which I stated I would dispute. I was later scheduled for a phone appointment with a nurse practitioner. When she called, she asked why I was seeing her. I explained that I wanted to be evaluated for ADHD, as I believe I have had symptoms since childhood. She responded by saying she was retiring soon and would not be prescribing narcotics. She did not ask any diagnostic questions or conduct any assessment and made me feel as though I was being accused of dishonesty or drug-seeking behavior. I do not believe this interaction met ethical or professional standards of care. At no point did I receive a proper evaluation, and I left both appointments feeling dismissed, unheard, and invalidated. I am seeking appropriate mental health care, not medication without assessment. The way I was treated was unprofessional and distressing.
I had to rate this a 1 but if it would let me I'd rate it a NEGATIVE 10!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!! I have reached out for medication management, been to therapy twice for the therapist to ask… me if I had any intentions of self harm and what my goal was. And charge me for an hour visit! Suppose to have a telehealth visit with NP today for medication management and I called 30 minutes after my appointment time and they told me she called off for the day. Very unprofessional!!!!!!!!
Very unhappy with the care I received. The doctor who prescribes medication told me I “Wasn’t going to walk out of there with a narcotic” when I was being treated for ADHD. She also told me my father was a “monster”.… Very unprofessional and discouraging. I will never go back.
Nice clean place nice people
Very unhappy with how this place has handled things so far
