A great place to start to heal your life. No matter the obstacles I presented,the staff was friendly and professional and made me feel at home. I highly recommend Crossroads to any addict looking to get better.

The cousilor Jamie is the best for real she goes to bat for you as long as you keep it real with her. She's the most awesomest person at the clinic she is my favorite person there!! I also love the nurse Megan she's… awesome as well very sweet and polite!! I highly recommend this clinic to anyone trying to get clean they made me feel very comfortable and welcome when I started my intake. It only took 2 hours to get all my paperwork and stuff done from my old clinic. I was impressed 👍 They are a amazing clinic for sure!! They are best clinic in this area they are 51 mins from my home but out of all the clinics around my area it's been the best best by far!!!

It's been awhile since I left my first review on Crossroads and a lot has changed there. We have new counseling and newest is the main Dr. I am totally amazed that I've seen him twice in the 3 months he's been there and… I never once met the main Dr. before him the whole year and a half I was there before that. Everyone seems happier. We even got a makeover which was nice! They put in work to make us feel like our money is spent responsibly all the way around. From staff to the actual facility. They deserve 5 thumbs up! I'm proud to be a patient there. And know my care is thought of in all aspects which is really nice bc we as addicts aren't used to being treated with such care and support. Thank you to the staff for really being behind my family and me. Peace and love

Awesome place for recovery! Everyone there has been so nice and understanding and they listen, and genuinely care. I have to say the employees are awesome!! Not just out to get money like most. It does take a minute… getting used to the early appts but also it keeps you on a steady schedule! I recommend this place to anyone who is serious about getting help with addiction!

I transferred take didn't long I was in and out in 2hrs compared to 10 hrs from BHG where I came from. Let me keep my same amount take homes I earned at BHG staff is great Dr was great. Best methadone clinic I have been… to the dr actually checks on you every couple weeks to make sure the dose is right. When I pick up take homes for the month I dose pick up meds drugs screen and see my therapist and back in my car on way home in less that a hour if that was daily dosing you could be in and out of the building less than 5 min each day.

Wow this place is heaven compared to Huntington treatment center, and I live out of state so I have to self pay here and it’s still heaven! The staff is tremendous and the environment is clean and calm and the time here… is smooth sailing!

Crossroads really does go above and beyond. If there is a problem and that's rare, it's solved quickly. I'm free of my addiction but couldn't have done it without Crossroads. All of the staff members are observant,… compassionate, and, caring. If you truly want to kick your habit, go with Crossroads. They not only stand beside you, they also will stand behind you too. True super heroes in rehabilitation! Saved life after lifes, including mine.

Since going back the second time this place has changed and have taken extraordinary care of me. I would suggest this place to anyone seeking treatment.

I have been going to the clinic in Ashland for almost 5 years I have always been treated with respect and given all of the same dignity a patient would receive at any professional medical installation. The counselors… there are very understanding and care about their patients. The nurses there are prompt and efficient and do their job as best they can always. Everyone that works there has always done everything they could to extend as many efforts possible to make my transition from my old life to my sober life I smooth as possible I owe them a big debt of gratitude.

I couldn’t have found a better place to help me get back to myself. I was in a suboxone clinic for 6+ years maybe a year of clean screens. Since coming to crossroads I have over 3 YEARS clean. I never thought I’d ever… have a year sober let alone 3+. If your struggling I would really consider reaching out to them & just dip your toes in the water. I absolutely love the staff. I love the doctor, they have never treated me like I’m a number to them, or a pay day. They take time to Get to know you, help you. They’ll go above & beyond for you. I couldn’t ask for a better MAT program & I mean that. I’m a better person today since choosing crossroads!

This place is amazing! Staff is awesome and welcoming . Lines are never long, quality care, and non judgmental zone! The provider is amazing as well! As long as you do your part, they do theirs!!! Crossroads gives you a… chance at starting over and supports your recovery process completely!
