Meridian Behavioral Healthcare – Palatka Detox and Rehab Services
What Meridian Behavioral Healthcare – Palatka offers, on record, is intensive outpatient and outpatient care. The structured element runs during the day and people go home afterwards. The right level of care is a clinical judgement rather than a preference, and an assessment should produce a defined answer.
Co-occurring mental health conditions are addressed alongside substance use, which is the approach the evidence supports. Ask what a typical week involves before committing, since the schedule determines whether the program is workable alongside work or family.

Meridian Behavioral Healthcare – Palatka Reviews and Ratings
Reviews for Meridian Behavioral Healthcare are drawn from around the web and from RehabSeekers itself, where patients, loved ones, healthcare workers and referring professionals can share their experience of the Palatka program.
The front desk woman Anita should really be spoken to about showing professionalism with patients. A simple good morning when opening the door in the morning to patients who arrive during business hours while the door… is still locked should at least be greeted by her when she does open the door, not given the cold shoulder treatment for being there. Furthermore, it almost seems as if she likes to make other patients wait for no apparent reason knowing they have work etc. to get to by her not checking them in for reasons like when a new patient is filling out paperwork but another comes in shortly after to dose. Why would you make the person who is just dosing wait for a person to complete their new patient intake before checking them in? Also, if two patients are speaking to each other in the waiting room about real scenarios where they have to wait, why then would the front desk check in woman feel compelled to butt into that conversation with confrontation. As a medical professional, the person you put at the front of your office provides the start of your patients interaction and experience at this office and that should be important for this company.
They should update the front pictures because I was confused when I came here earlier 😅 we weren't seen by anyone today due to the availability of the first come first serve basis but the couple staff members I've… talked to here were nice and very helpful answering any questions.
My home clinic. This Meridian has always been the best in listening and getting stuff done. I have been in the program for about 3.5 years, been to a total of 4-5 facilities (3 being a Meridean) give or take and I did… not feel like I could ween down on my meds until I got to this clinic. The Dr. understands that when people are trying to come off of these meds that the patient has to be in control of their own dose (with approval of course) because everybody is different and moves at a different pace. The staff here are always around to reassure that they are here for their patients throughout their journey and do not judge, but actually care about patient's well being and health. The telehealth counselor, Ms.Rose rocks!! The nurses Maddie and Miya are caring and always greet with a warm smile. There's never a long wait like there is at Gainesville Meridean, (you also don't see people hanging out in the parking lot making deals like in Gainesville)! The front desk lady, Ms.Audrey is always welcoming when you walk through the door. The counselors have big hearts and are understanding (they actually listen instead of sitting around collecting a paycheck). The supervisor/ coordinator Mr.Dale has a good sense of humor and warming personality! Overall I love this clinic and know that they are here for me, as I am working towards a better, sober version of myself! 💪❤️ (I have also started school since being a patient here at Meridean Behavioral in Palatka, Florida with the help of encouragement from the staff.
Everyone here is awesome, very helpful, more resources, & caring staff. The counselors truly care for their clients with addiction issues. I feel they work very hard to help people succeed. I was receiving treatment in… Gainesville for years until I switched to Palatka. I wish I would of done it earlier. 100% better facility in every way. The Gainesville facility had good qualities but doesn't compare to this facility. It's extremely clean, decorated nicely, much info throughout the facility to name just a few. I recommend completely to anyone seeking help to come here.
Don't go anymore. Wouldn't recommend to anyone was horribly treated for dropping my dose trying to do better and was punished because I was on a low dose of Xanax from my doctor.
I can never get on for my appointment it's been 3 weeks how do I get any help I called the office and no answer
