My friend recommended me this practice back in 2024 and my experience has always been astounding and professional. Theyre excellent in communication and reminders. The front desk Megan is super nice and my doctors… Adrian M and Maria F listen to me and make me feel taken care of.

AMP Mental Health. Finding a safe space for mental health care is so difficult, but this facility exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was warm and welcoming. The environment is… clean, pleasantly quiet, and calming. The team showed genuine compassion, listened without judgment, and made me feel completely supported. My sleep was wacked for years with Insomnia after being a very long-time caregiver for my very ill elderly mom... After her death, I was depressed not even noticing it as I slowly isolated myself from most. Today, I am deeply grateful for the care I've received here." They are all amazing group, the staff and the professionals alike. they truly deserve a bucket full of stars for all they've done for me. May GOD bless everyone, the owner, for putting together such a reliable competent, excellent team to care and make everyone that walks through their doors mentally healthy again. Hey there! I wanted to take a moment to share what an amazing experience I’ve had with Megan these past couple of weeks while getting my stepdad set up for his visit, which ultimately led me to sign up for therapy… myself. Megan has truly gone above and beyond. She makes you feel so comfortable, like you’re speaking to a friend, and she always does exactly what she says she will. If she says she’ll call you in five minutes, she’s calling in four 😂 That level of kindness, reliability, and genuine care is so rare. I’ve already had my first appointment, and I’m really looking forward to the next one. I told Megan yesterday how much I appreciated her, but I really wanted you to know as well. People are quick to complain, so I love giving credit where it’s due. Megan is an incredible reflection of AMP, and I’m so thankful to have found you all 🙏🏼

I saw psych NP Juliana Thomas for the first time yesterday. She was great. I have a masters in the mental health field myself. She respected my textbook knowledge as well as my self-awareness and autonomy. She wrote the… scripts I needed and scheduled an appointment in 2 weeks to follow up as well as made herself available if I need anything in the meantime.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Sebastian, and I cannot speak highly enough of his dedication and professionalism. He went above and beyond to help me resolve a complex insurance coverage issue so I… could schedule a new appointment with my provider. What impressed me the most was Sebastian’s commitment during a particularly challenging time—he was dealing with a natural disaster that disrupted connectivity in his area, yet he remained focused and determined to find a solution. Despite these obstacles, he kept me informed, stayed on task, and ultimately resolved the issue efficiently. Sebastian’s perseverance, communication skills, and customer-first approach made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. This rotation was highly valuable and provided an excellent learning… environment that significantly contributed to my growth as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) student. I would especially like to thank the Program Director for his exceptional support throughout my rotation. He was consistently professional, approachable, and always available whenever I had questions or needed assistance. His prompt responses and ongoing guidance made the experience seamless and reassuring. I also want to acknowledge my preceptor, who demonstrated a high level of professionalism, clinical expertise, and dedication to teaching. I had an excellent experience completing my PMHNP clinical rotation at AMP Mental Health. The team was welcoming, knowledgeable, and committed to student learning. I've had several preceptors, and they all provided… excellent mentorship, encouraged critical thinking, and helped me develop confidence in psychiatric assessment and medication management.
