BrightView Health – Easton Detox and Rehab Services

What BrightView Health – Easton offers, on record, is detox, intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Supervised withdrawal comes first, with the greatest danger in the opening seventy-two hours. Day programming is scheduled, with evenings spent at home. The right level of care is a clinical judgement rather than a preference, and an assessment should produce a defined answer.

Only one side is on record here, so ask directly if both are needed. Medication-assisted treatment combines approved medication with counseling and clinical review. Ask directly about session times and frequency, as those details decide whether someone can realistically attend.

This used to be a 5 star review but very disappointed with brightview good luck getting take homes for only 1 week when your trying get your life in order and when you have to ride the bus every mornings to get there .… I get it when you get take homes ur supposed to come in for a bottle count but when your trying work around brightview schedule its pretty hard to fit in ur daily life goals and them knowing that I have issues with transportation and the whole reason why I got weekly take homes to begin with they definitely know how to control and run ur daily life to be in a program to be sober ...then got told a lie that I pissed dirty for opids when I've been cleaning for about a year now and hade to reset on daily dose idk what needs to be done as far as testing but I feel like I got a false positive test results and the doctors should hold the person accountable but know urself and what you have done and knowing that you haven't hade any or used any it is very disappointed getting told a lie and when I come in Monday I want the test results as of Feb 9th 2026...please make it easier for people that are trying to do better and trying get there life back in order.

Brightview is a great place and most of the staff is very nice and patient with us, however the doctors are very short tempered and my major issue was that they started me on a medication and once you take it for an… amount of time it's causes withdrawal symptoms and they placed me on this medication long enough to get me addicted to it and then replied that they could not refill it anymore that id have to see a family doctor so I've been having very bad withdrawal symptoms and I've told them several times that I don't have a family doctor to get them to give me this medication that their facility placed me on in the first place.Ive had some issues with my id and am unable to get into a family doctor at the moment so I'm just going through withdrawal from another medication that they will not refill after they are the ones that started me on it. It's very depressing because I go there for help and just got another issue.

Brightview has discriminated against me for over 3 years. I had previous medical problems before I came. But neither of the issues interfered nor interacted with methadone.i signed a roi and still and submitted all of… my other medications. Neither was a narcotic. Their medical director Dr. K won't allow me takehomes nor will she give me a consolor because she makes the final decisions. Again I been up front with everything I'm on. And I have been clean for 3 years. Yet I can't get the treatment paid for for nor awarded for being clean because of methadone. No takehomes, no vacation dosing, just discriminated against because I have decided to not allow her to be my main treatment provider of my other illnesses treatment methods. I tried working with her but she won't even discuss with me my concerns with my claims against her. I'm here because my spouse also goes here and before she came on I was already making progress with methadone treating my addiction. Now I'm being forced to watch people with less clean time be awarded takehomes while I have to come every day. I plan on leaving brightview because being discriminated against feel horrible especially when Ive come so far in the program. I'll just have to find another clinic since my concerns will never be heard. Posted by dontray banks we share this email.

They made the process so easy. Everyone is so nice and nonjudgmental. Never waited more than 15 minutes and that was during the new patient intake, after that, I'm in and out in 15 minutes tops. Being able to get my… prescription right there makes it so much easier than going to my pharmacy and hoping that they have my medicine in stock. The best part is it is completely covered by my insurance. I was previously using an online doctor which didn't even accept insurance, paying $100 a month for the appointment. After my last appointment online, paying the $100, I was unable to fill my prescription from them because they didn't complete the paperwork for my insurance company. They refused to do anything at all to help me get my prescription and would not refund my money either. I was scrambling to get into a new place quickly and Brightview got me in the next day, I got my medication that day, came back the next day and took home 1 week's worth of medicine. I am so grateful that they didn't require me to start at scratch and I was able to maintain my current dose. I am so glad I chose Brightview! Thank you to all of the staff, doctors, counselors, pharmacists, etc. at Easton Brightview, you are the best!

I have been to a few different programs, first off Stacy the front desk help is very ignorant as today I was harassed verbally because it was Friday and she didn't wanna dose me at the 1pm cut off and said to just stop… whining as they are closed all weekend so i would have went fri sat and sun without medication.. smh.. this is a monthly accurance with this employee but there is no1 else working there so I guess bad help is better Than no help. Thankfully they resolved my issue but didn't fo without verbal abuse and ow feeling like I did something wrong. Stacy should not be in customer service if little issues like this make her so angry. Good luck every1. This place is a roller coaster. We are just a number on the paper

Horrible staff. There are no doctors or counslers in the facility for o er 6 months now. No one ever sees us and if there is ever an issue or problem there is no one to resolve anything at all. For someone that is tryn… to do everything by the books and live a normal life they make it sooo much harder .I have tried calling an expressing my problems and nothing changes how is it legal that I haven't even seen a counselor in over 6 months something very fishy

I have been a patient for over 6 years. I loved it here. I have worked so hard and I was a once a month dowser for years. I have had clean urine every single time for at least 5 years because Thats how old my son is.… CTS was bought out and the first urine I give under new management I was told came back dirty. They took all my take homes and told me "You got here once, you can do it again". I am furious. The only way this happened is someone messed up somewhere or they are lying to me. I have been a mess for 2 days because I am so angry..

I put one star because that’s the only way I can leave a review. It should be a negative number. If you love and care about your addict in recovery DO NOT go to CTS in Easton. They DO NOT have counselors. They do not go… over urine tests with clients or offer counseling if they are positive but will inhumanely cut a person off of methadone. Also, when they do that, they still offer absolutely no counseling. And…who is Dr Levin. He is the prescriber of methadone but my son never saw him in the year he was there. We’ve asked to meet keen him and never could. I wonder if he even exists. Google and LinkenIn don’t even show his name - well a Dr Levin that should treat addiction. I hope the “nurses”, “directors” and methadone distribution team have money and good lawyers because they will need them.

I'm no longer a patient here but this place hands down helped me learn how to be a productive member of society again. 9 + years of opitate addiction. it's not easy I couldn't see myself being on Maintenance the rest of… my life which involves alot of work and a 12 step program but these nurses and counselors will help u take them small steps that seemed impossible in active addiction!

I’m blown away by this place. This is the cleanest treatment facility from Maine to Florida. The nurse practitioner is a beautiful lady who truely knows her stuff. Miss Stacy is a great receptionist who is efficient and… caring. The nurses who work here are great and truely seem to care. The phlebotomist drew blood (I’m a hard draw) on the first try with ease, and she also knew her stuff and was kind. The facility itself is as clean as ANY nice doctors office. Parking is a breeze. Getting off illegal opiates using methadone has enabled me to buy a beautiful house on beautiful land and be a great mom and wife. I did this using methadone properly and really working hard to change my way of thinking. Six years ago I was a hardcore junky, stuck on the hellride roller coaster of addiction. If you want to get clean and fix your life, you can do it: but you can’t do it alone. This place will help you. Make the decision to stop using illicit opiates and fix your life, there’s still time to live well if your still breathing. This place is great.

Some staff is amazing like the nurse Lori, some are piss poor like the Executive Director . The frustrating part is they started with a Dr's office feel and it turned into a serving junkies type feel in less than a… year. Understaffed and takes a long time to be dosed too often. They need to operate 3 windows and problem solved. Props to the people who got is started though, much needed in this town, state and country!
