Gave me the run around on my medicine almost every week. Then dropped me as a client now I'm stuck without medicine or a doctor
Excellent place. Staff is all so friendly and helpful and make you feel like they really care about you and have your best interest in mind. Highly recommend.
I have been with eleanor health for almost 2 years now! Therapy has helped me so much! Everyone is so nice and caring and they offer so many services that has helped me stay sober!
Dr does not explaon herself right 3 appt to get started becoming really unsuer if this is the right place
Wonderful bedside manner and unmatched professionalism is my reason
Absolutely disgusted by how this place markets on social media making themselves look like they are an organization trying to help people that need help. All they really want is your insurance company's money, they… don't actually care about your recovery or what is good for you. They are a sad example of "healthcare" to say the least. Don't waste your time and resources.
While Eleanor Health, is a good 💯 place... Very nice, just all around good place. There great
I am be listened to. And explain everything so clearly for me. The most convenient resources available for my needs
I am very pleased with the service that I have received. Thank you Elenor Health.
So far it has been a great place
Excellent care for suboxone care.
I am very happy and satisfied with the care and services provided by Eleanor Health. Everything is handled in a professional and timely manner. Everything is easy to access and all the tools are provided and very simple… to use.
I found Eleanor Health kinda by accident. I was looking for a new Telahealth doctor that could fit my needs. Once I got my appointment and got set up on services my recovery process has been so much easier. I have been… in recovery for two and a half years. The support that you get from your provider, counselor, nurse and peer support is absolutely amazing. They make you feel very welcome and a safe place to talk to someone. If you’re looking for a great support system outside of family and friends, this is definitely a place to try.
Great service provider!
I have been trying to maintain my recovery with Eleanor health for 2 years. How is it possible to see the Dr once a week working out of state with no vehicle of my own? Why can't they give me a whole months worth of… medicine, like any other Dr.? They have made it damn near impossible for me. I call and I'm supposed to get same day appts and I get pushed off for 4 days. I do not recommend Eleanor health to anyone that is trying to maintain life and recovery at the same time
Eleanor Health is the best place to become free of addiction. And they take insurance, are kind, understanding and offer therapy and peer support. I love my staff and so glad to be a patient.
After almost 20 years, of active addiction I finally found freedom when choosing Eleanor health. A psychiatrist I had prior recommended Eleanor health as my situation was obviously at the point Where I needed to look in… a Harm Reduction route. I’m very pleased with all the staff of Eleanor health. They keep me accountable with my UAs And I have managed to accumulate 70 days clean from my life, crippling addiction. I’m very satisfied. Thank you!
I love Eleanor Health. They are so easy to talk to and they understand. Plus they take insurance! They care and offer therapy and peer support, which these Dr offices don’t offer. I thank Heavens I have this group to… manage my addiction.
Horrible experience for a 20 minute consult on zoom this place charged my insurance over $1,100 and my insurance paid air over 650 and now they sent me a remaining bill that states treatment which never happened. I will… be filing complaints. These so called medical professionals that say they care and help people just want to take your money and don’t help in any sort of way not even advice which is hilarious. They are a joke don’t trust them. Consult was also with a NP not an actual Dr. Beware!!
