Comprehensive Connections – Mount Vernon Reviews and Ratings
Questions worth keeping in mind while reading Comprehensive Connections reviews: Was the assessment explained clearly? Were costs set out early? Was there a plan for after treatment?
Accounts that address points like these are usually the most informative.
From a support perspective: The person I was with was an addict so my perspective is one from a supportive role as opposed to a person in need of services. Comprehensive Connections was truly a godsend imo. They worked… with us multiple times getting us a detox bed , trying to make sure that the afflicted was supported in every way possible. I will never forget their kindness, the time they took to help the afflicted , feel comfortable, safe and secure to even leave the vehicle. I had never been through a situation like this before and they took the time to answer my questions, to take my calls whenever I was worried and to encourage both of us to continue the fight. I wish the staff all the luck in the world because you deserve so much more. I hope your paychecks triple and even then , it probably still wouldn't be enough. If you or a loved one are considering getting help for your addictions you need to know that it's always going to be hard. Whichever road you choose is going to be hard, be it sobriety and recovery or continuing down the path that you're already familiar with. The great news , though , is that you get to pick which difficulty you want to live with. I hope you choose yourself. I hope you choose love and life and peace even if it seems scary at first. And if you are a support person who has a loved one with addictions, please make sure you also get help. It is insanely lonely and difficult and I would not wish it on my worst enemy. Find support. Be mad. Get help. Fight for yourself.
Helped me in multiple stages of my life! Went when I was 18 and again when I was 28 and both times was able to be sober afterwards! They have great people who work there and is a rehab that works as long as you commit… yourself to gaining something from the program! The entire staff was amazing counselors, receptionist all of them go above and beyond!
These people helped me get my life right and I don't think that any other group of people would've been able to do that, everybody there is so sweet and help out with anything you need mental health/substance abuse… wise, would recommend to everybody!
I didn’t vibe well with my counselor. I called to get a different one who could possibly help me out and the first time I called to do that the receptionist said she would call me back. A week later I call because I… hadn’t heard anything; the receptionist hung up on me. So I stopped going. Highly unprofessional and rude receptionists; especially in a setting working with mentally ill people, mentally disabled people, etc. I highly DO NOT recommend this facility. AT ALL!
From the first day I started the programs available at Comprehensive Connections "Drug Rehabilitation", "Individual Therapy, "Group Therapy", It's been nothing but a blessing. The individual therapy has litterly changed… my life. All of the counselors are so skilled and caring. Ive been to other drug Rehabilitation places before and Comprehensive Connections is nothing like them. The difference is the staff truly care genuinely care with there heart. The counselors take there time and listen, and work on my problems in all directions not just drug and alcohol addiction but all my "character defects" which is in turn is what is causing my need for use. of a drugs or alcohol. It's been a battle and always will be but at least now I know how to fight back with the tools taught here. So thank you counselors and management and everyone that works there you truly are a blessing from God Anyone that's struggling for mental health problems or addiction of any sort this is your place I promise these people here are genuine and extremely knowledgeable. The only way to beat this disease, is to fight back, and you "don't" have to do it on your own. A special than you to "Kevin", "Brandon", and "Jamie" for truly helping me and being there for me in my time of need and teaching me techniques to fight this disease. 👍♥️✝️
