When this was New Horizons, it was a very well run office. Since being bought out by LMC, it has been an absolute disaster. Do not go here under any circumstances.

This office has been a nightmare since the real doctor left Peter is a bully he calls the cops on you if he sees you desperate and in tears just to see a doctor ! If you say something they take your script away and make… you suffer ! I have been in the ER twice because of them and I am in the process of finding a real doctor who actually cares ! Rachel does not care either he doesn’t even look at you in your meetings treats you as if you are an animal ! I only hope and pray that a manager from another location does something ! I was with new horizon for almost 4 years and since you have taken the Framingham location over your staff now does not care about any patient at all they are rude and not welcoming ! AVOID GOING TO THE FRAMINGHAM location at all cost trust me you will regret it ! I pray no one goes through what I am going through ! Not even my worst enemy !

Staff is good. Doctors are good. Sometimes some misunderstandings, or miscommunication, but like any other place. It goes with the territory IMHO. Look where you are, a rehabilitation facility. I've only had a few… issues and it wasn't with them. They atleast try and figure it out for you. The hardest part is not actually this place, it's the pharmacy. Literally profiling just because of the prescription it is, and assume you're trying to get one over on them. 99.99% of the issues, come from them. Just recently had a major issue with pharmacy trying to get one over on me, royally, and trying to make me pay 6x the normal copay, for a one month prescription. Despite a couple miscommunications & misunderstandings, the doctors office ended up resolving it. Chris & Peter were a huge help. These two are awesome. If it weren't for them, I'd have to be fighting the pharmacy over this stuff, in which case, they never listen to a patient with these medicines, & assume the worst despite what you're ACTUALLY saying. This doctor's office is one of the better ones around, if not the best in the area. I've been to quite a few. All have nearly given me a stroke at one point, or another. This one is by far, one of the best, easiest, fastest, and painless. Their lab is legit 2/3 streets over, for blood work. Doesn't get a whole lot easier. Most places make you drive miles, and wait days to get an appointment, or a phone call back. Always trying to call me back ASAP. Just sometimes, this place gets slammed, and usually it with problems from the pharmacy, or insurance, and NOT the office. Only downside - their phones are usually busy. They only ring 2/3 times and sounds like a disconnected number. So it seems like you can't get through, usually because they're on another line, or dealing with a patient. So you end up spamming it a few times, to see if it's your phone, or theirs. If upgrade those phones, 5 stars.

Had a BIG mixup getting set up elsewhere for MAT (two places in the same town, same name, similar services), it was quite urgent and someone suggested N.H. to me. After a quick couple phone calls with Chris, they got me… enrolled as a patient immediately and showed genuine care. Fast forward & it’s been about 14 months; it’s always a pleasure to see everyone here. In the long run, I hope I’ll not have to go to a place like this 😹 The staff will be missed when that day comes ❤️

Let me preface this with an update from Monday morning. Chris came through for me Monday, he called me immediately upon finding out I hadn't got my medications. He made sure someone would call me, he apologized for what… happened, and told me it was inexcusable. The doctor has already called me and called in my medication, before 10am. Fortunately, I pick up the script mon or tues anyways, and anyone reading this should as well. Chris has been there a long time, takes pride in his work, and I know takes this seriously. This is what happened: I had my appointment Friday, the doctor was gone for the weekend, but I should have gotten the call Saturday morning. By 130pm Saturday, I hadn't, so I called, and the staff seemed concerned by it, and put me on hold. The calls on hold get hung up on after a bit, which if I were them, I would probably change, let the customer know, or call them back, instead of essentially hanging up on them. My medication was not sent in, and I was told it would be, but they close at 2pm and I was told to wait till 3pm, so what do I do then? I called after 3pm, left a message, emailed them, and of course, they were gone for the weekend. If you do not have an answering service, or no notification for when this happens, then it probably should not happen. I luckily had a backup plan for this, so I did not run out, but I think the clinic could handle this scenario better, and I am sure they will in the future. They used to have some kind of service, or a staff member, covering the weekends for this exact scenario.

CAUTION: LAZY AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! When I first came here things were going well and I was asked to leave a good review by Chris and masha. But theyve lost all my respect, because recently I've expressed great concern… about side effects I'm having from a medication New horizon prescribed me. Even told them I went to the emergency room!! They told me they'd call back in 20 MINUTES and we can discuss further. Well......that was almost 24 HOURS ago. This is the 3rd time they've blown me off like that, while expressing concern for my health. LAZY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY DO NOT GENUINELY CARE ABOUT YOU!!!!!

CHRIS and EVERYONE ELSE ROCKS! FANTASIC STAFF - CARING, TIMELY, and THEY PUT OTHERS BEFORE THEMSELVES. If Your'e looking for people who you can truly depend on, this SPECIFIC New Horizons Location trumps all of the… others (Brookline, Quincy, Lynn) Because the admin staff possess a sense of urgency and an ability to get things done, that the other offices simply do not possess. This office also takes more time to get to know each patient personally, including specific needs. They will truly care for you, no matter what your situation, and that's the essence of what a good doctor's office should be. They are transparent in their communication, and are understanding and listening. They value Honesty, and if you have a slip up, and immediately and tell them, as they will not punish you, but help you. Any negative reviews must be from patients who either are not truthful, or do not comply.

I have been treated at NHMC Framingham for years. I’ve seen doctors and techs come and go, but the one constant for me has been Chris. I believe he may be an office manager or supervisor. Every single contact I’ve had… with Chris has been very positive; he is extremely professional and appropriately empathetic. This combination does not usually grace us In prevalence, but Chris employs both of these attributes towards an apparent end…caring and helping and listening as appropriate. To conclude, in my shoes as an addict, life can be depressing and Hope can sometimes escape my dashboard, however it’s clinicians like Chris that provide a framework of trust, empathy, and respect, which in turn can increase the chances of recovery and healthy life. I would certainly recommend this service, location, and clinical staff to anyone needing Opioid treatment without hesitation. A satisfied patient.

I just wanna say that I’ve been coming here since June 14th and I transferred from my other clinic to here. I’m super greatful that I did because they have been super awesome to me and my significant other who also goes… there as well. Chris who works at the front desk has been super helpful with everything I have ever needed help with and is just a overall great person that actually cares about the people who come in there for help and has a big heart. As well as everyone else behind the desk too that works with him. Every time me or my significant other has ever called with an issue Chris has always resolved it very quickly and I am truly greatful him and his team that works with him. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone that needs help and is struggling out there cause this place is full of people who actually care about us.
